    Overview

    Echinacea is renowned for its medicinal benefits, and is used by people all over the world. Even though it has yet to be looked at in depth, Echinacea does have many medical benefits to offer.

    Echinacea does an excellent job in activating white blood cells. In turn, this makes for a more healthy and potent immune system. And along with this, Echinacea allows the human body to fight off infections and other health problems. It is also thought that Echinacea may have anti fungal properties.

    Each tablet provides on average 100mg of Echinacea 3:1 Dry Extract, equivalent to 300mg fresh Echinacea, standardised to contain 4% Echinacosides (the active principal of Echinacea). Each tablet will provide on average 4mg of Echinacosides.

    Echinacea 3:1 Dry Extract, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Modified Maize Starch, Maltodextrin, Silica, Magnesium Stearate.

    Free from artificial colours and preservatives, yeast, gluten and lactose. No added salt or sugar.

      This stuff is a miracle. When you feel run down and feel like you are going to be ill/get a cold, I take 1 tablet (only on the days I feel poorly) and I am soon feeling 100% again, truly great tablets, I highly recommend them. I used to get lots of colds, but now I am fitter and healthier, I fight them off. These tablets give me a boost when I am a bit run down.

      I have been taking one of these tablets per day for the last 6 months. I did not think were doing anything until at xmas i got ill. I had a bad cold/fever/chest infection (usually get one-two per year lasting about 10 days) so i took 3 tablets per day and within 3 days i was alot better. I got ill again recently and did the same and within 2 days i was fine! The reason i started taking these is because i do mainly powerlifting training, and being drug-free my immune system takes quite a battering.
