Overview

Creatine Gluconate is a molecule of creatine bonded to a molecule of glucose. When these two molecules are combined, the result is a form of creatine that is absorbed in much the same way as glucose. This means an advanced amount of creatine can arrive at your muscle, increasing all the usual benefits of normal creatine.

Various studies suggest that creatine is best consumed with a fast acting carbohydrate in order to drive the creatine in to your muscle cells. With Creatine Gluconate, the glucose molecules act as your transportation system giving you an increased absorption of creatine in to the muscle. When Creatine Gluconate is absorbed, it is broken down into creatine and sugar. This in turn drives the creatine and other nutrients directly into your muscles. Suggested Use

    I have now been on this creatine for 2 weeks now, and already I have became noticeably bigger. My arms especially look more "buff" and I also see the difference when actually working out. This product gives me that extra bit of power to achieve those last working reps. When mixed with protein, the taste makes it slightly sweeter, but nothing that puts me off taking the shake. I have noticed also that it supports the mixability of the protein shake itself, which causes less time wasting. Really good product to have, recommended greatly by myself!

    I bought this to supplement alongside hurricane evo as it works out cheaper to get the required 5g's of creatine each day. I have 1 hurricane shake and 2.5g's of the gluconate which equates to the 5g's. Since taking this product I've gotten stronger and noticeably bigger. My favourite creatine!

    Taste, is unoticable when taken with fruit juice or protein shake. Decided to go on a course off this and after a year I seemed to gain strength will on a cut, and felt my recovery was quick when using this product before training and using Hurricane XS after training. Muscles became more defined as well as greater lean muscle development, will definitally order more of this when im done.
