    Please follow the instructions carefully (included with the product): Put base on stand Separate capsules Put large part of capsule in base, small part in top (open ends up) Click on picture to see components Put base on shallow bowl or plate Pour powder Spread with enclosed card Use tamping tool to compact powder,if desired, and then pour in more powder Spread excess off of open corner into bowl or plate Replace top Remove CAPSULE MACHINE from stand Put on flat surface Press down firmly until unit bottoms out Capsules are automatically joined and held in top Press top evenly and firmly... capsules are automatically ejected

      Agree with the last review, I don't see what the fuss is about. Kit comes with everything you need, site sells the '00' capsules to fit it and works great. Like everything new, takes a few tries to get it right but after 30 minutes I was knocking out 24 pills in no time. Sat watching a film and before I knew it I was 500 down. Great piece of kit for those people (like me) that find the BCAA and EAA pretty hard to drink. You can squeeze each capsule a little once dispensed to make them a tight fit but I'm not going to be picky. It's not actually necessary as they won't come apart I'm just a little OCD. With the gel capsules I worked out each one contains 0.7g of powder. You have to use the tamper device 3 times to achieve this. This machine works and for the price it's a no brainer. Well done on another great product MP

      Ok, so I took a leap of faith and brought this with he Gel caps and the BCAA powder - it works perfect for me. I use the moisture absorbent pad that comes in the capsule maker box and put this into the gel capsules pouch. On a Sunday afternoon watching films with the Mrs, I can make up around 500 of these bad boys - once you get the hang of it, its pretty simple to use and can be kinda fun - make sure you use a plate underneath otherwise you'll lose your powder. The tamper fits perfect the Machine works perfect - the Gel caps sold here (size 00) and the machine work perfect i dont know what all the fuss is about.

      pretty rubbish to be honest, neither the veg caps or the standard gelatine caps fit in my capsule machine, although i dont know why the guy below cant find any capsules to use seeing as they are so easy to find on myprotein.

      Great idea ,would buy if larger capsules available. Too many pills to pop at dosage req for bcaa ,creatine. Stick to shaker until larger available.

      This is great for recapping any gelatin capsules you may have. Its a great product, fairly quick and simple to use! One thing i have noticed is that it doesnt 100% close the caps (i use the vege caps sold on this website) so you have to, after its popped all the caps out, double check they are sealed. Other than that its fantastic :D

      As stated before, these are essential for creatine ethyl ester HCL. You really do not want to take that foul tasting powder without this tool and the empty capsules that go with it. Each capsule (00 size), when packed properly with the tamper tool holds approx 0.5g of CEE. (I weighed 100 empty caps (~10g) and 100 full caps (~60g) and the difference was almost exactly 50g, so 0.5g each). Can't fault them, so 5 out of 5.

      Just what i was looking for to avoid the bitter taste of the creatine CEE. Easy to do, and as it says on the box, within 2mins i was capping 24 pills. \r\n\r\nTamper comes with this capping machine which is very handy in compressing contents, otherwise you'd have to take about 12 pills to compensate. \r\n\r\n24 pills took about 6 small MP scoops of creatine CEE. Therefore 4 pills = 1 small MP scoop.\r\n
