      People who are complaining about a burning sensation its because your taking too much. This product's side effect is this. It's just something that happens to start off with. I'm on 4 tablets a day now and this allows me to increase my carb intake to a reasonable ammount and still stay in ketosis. The only thing I would warn about is that this product can indicate a false positive on ketostix. If you want to try a lower dose then I would suggest staying away from these tablets, they also taste like garbage if you drink them in water (this is NOT what they are meant for). This is by far the best and cheapest ALA I have found.

      This has worked for me. I'm a diabetic and it has helped me control my sugars and aid in recovery dramatically. Note for diabetics though be careful as you will need to monitor your sugars very closely to begin with.
