Apple & Cinnamon Protein Yogurt

 

Ingredients

35g Myprotein Impact Whey Protein Powder (Vanilla)

1 pot of 0% Greek Yogurt (170g)

100g chunky applesauce (either homemade or bottled)

½ tbsp cinnamon

 

Directions

Mix all ingredients together.

 

Sprinkle with cinnamon.
