Protein Fluff is one of my favorite things to make with whey protein powder. It takes no more than 5 minutes to whip up and it’s absolutely DELICIOUS! There’s nothing like it out there really – nothing so smooth, so light, and so creamy. It’s the perfect post-workout snack too, being as it is pretty much just protein and carbs (from the fresh fruit). Below is a recipe that I love to make this time of year, as a way to celebrate this gorgeous sunny weather we’ve been having!
1 cup of frozen mangoes and strawberries
½ cup of vanilla whey protein powder
½ cup of milk (either cow’s milk or almond milk)
Stick all ingredients in a food processor and blend for 2-3 minutes. That’s it! Take out a spoon and enjoy.
