How To Get Rid Of Fat

Let's break it down very clearly for all you ladies that find it ridiculously hard to lose that persistent fat from your legs. Bare with me, there are some facts that may shock or surprise you, but do not underestimate the importance of doing all of these things that I am about to write about.

Oestrogen is the hormone in which develops body fat, particularly on the Quads, Hamstrings and Glutes. However, we induce the hormone by many different methods, some in which we can and we cannot avoid. Let's start with what we CAN avoid; first of all, our eating methods.

Tip 1

Take out processed sugar, including low-fat/fat-free products. Increase protein intake, use grass fed organic meats, oily fish and good healthy fats such as nuts, avocado and coconut oil. Vital uses of green vegetables in order to create alkalinity. Great vegetables such as spinach, broccoli, kale and watercress all amazing uses in the nutrition plan.

Tip 2

Look at toxicity. The environment is key and decides whether or not we live in a healthy area. Xenoestrogen is a type of oestrogen which is found in some pesticides, fuels, drugs and plastics. These can create a hugely negative environment and increase oestrogen in the bodies.

Therefore, look to avoid certain Tupperware, drinking from plastic bottles, even using 'dirty electricity' such as microwaves and other things such as training on treadmills and other elliptical equipment. This as well as increasing estrogenic increases, it also releases a huge amount of oxidative stress, again causing fat gain but around the belly.

Tip 3

Training can either diminish oestrogen or increase it. You choose? My tip, train clever. Women, you spend your life worrying about fat around your legs and bum. Yet, you sit on a bike and walk on a treadmill for an hour. Perform Olympic lifts, use both strength and high-intensity phases and longer phases of interval work, aim to increase your lactate capacity.

Tip 4

Ensure methylation pathways are in good shape, and the body's immune system is able to work fully. Methylation regulates hormones, in particular, Oestrogen and Testosterone.

Tip 5

Improve gut health, good bacteria is vital, alongside plenty of healthy digestive enzymes. This allows you to process your healthy nutritional foods much better. Doing this will then allow your body to absorb the minerals and vitamins in which you give it.

Tip 6

Increase sleep time, reducing your cortisol is key to help battle oestrogen at the same time. Sleeping well will do this as well as allow your growth hormone to be better optimised and help the body repair and recover.

Tip 7

Increase water intake, the minerals that the body takes through water allows the body to reduce toxicity. Water plays a huge part in allowing the detoxification process to work in a much more effective way.

Ladies, do this. You'll get results.
