Missing those salty savoury snacks? Unfortunately some of our favourite foods are also the unhealthiest, but we’ve got a delicious healthy alternative to crisps that can be served on the side of your favourite healthy sub or sandwich! So why not give these Zucchini Crisps a try!
Making these crispy snacks could not be easier and you literally only really need 3 ingredients! You’ll of course need:
Some olive oil or vegetable oil
Your favourite seasoning! I used garlic salt, chilli flakes, salt and pepper!
Pre heat your oven to 180- 200 degrees Celsius.
Using the slicing panel of a grater slice your courgette into very thin round slices.
Lie on a baking tray and add a tablespoon of oil and sprinkle on your seasoning’s.
Using your hands make sure all the courgette pieces are covered in oil and seasoning, then spread them out evenly along the baking tray.
