It’s time to put that waffle iron languishing in the back of your cupboard to good use.
These airy, delicate and sweet-tasting waffles are so easy to make, super tasty and high in protein!
✓ 50g Vanilla Impact Whey
✓ 150g Whole Wheat Flour
✓ 30g Coconut Sugar +10g For Caramel
✓ 3 Eggs
✓ 200ml Skimmed Milk
✓ 5g Dry Yeast
#1 In a bowl, stir in the yeast to the milk
#2 In a second bowl, mix together the flour, whey, coconut sugar and eggs
#3 Add both mixtures together
#4 Mix well to form a homogenous paste/dough-like texture
#5 Let the dough rest in a warm place for 90 minutes
#6 Using your hands, add the additional coconut sugar to the dough
#7 Your waffle paste is ready, simply place on the iron and wait until the waffle turns golden
#8 Tuck in!
