Here at Myprotein we’re constantly think of ways you can spice up your meal preps! Our Omelette wrap recipe is a quick tasty meal that is super quick to make and extra low in carbs and fat!
To make a veggie omelette roll you wont need a lot of time or a lot of ingredients! All You’ll need is:
3 egg whites
A Handful of spinach
Two cherry tomatoes
1/3 of a red pepper
Half a red onion
25g of Feta Cheese (optional)
Salt and Pepper
Add two eggs and 3 egg whites to a my protein blender bottle and shake until whisked.
Chop up all your veggies.
Add half of your vegetables to the egg white and egg mix and pour into a medium or large pan.
Cook on a low to medium heat for 5 minutes. When the omelette starts to lift away from the pan, place under the grill on at 150 degrees celcius for a further 4-5 minutes.
In a separate pan cook your vegetables on a low heat.
Once cooked, remove your omelette and leave to cool.
When cool enough add your cooked vegetables, feta cheese and some raw spinach and seasoning to the middle, and roll into a wrap!
Cut into mini rolls or wrap in cling film for a quick on the go high protein meal!
