Steak slices with asparagus parcels in Parma ham
Ready in 10 minutes, serves 1
3 spears of fresh asparagus (ends snapped off)
170g of beef or 100g chicken
1 Slice of Parma Ham
Olives Drizzle of Olive Oil
- Slice up the beef or chicken and fry in coconpure from Myprotein. Fry the beef for 3-4 minutes or the chicken until no pink remains.
- Place your asparagus under the grill on a medium to high heat for 2-3 minutes or to desired tenderness.
- Place your meat in the middle of the plate. Wrap your asparagus up in a Parma Ham slice and place on top. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add a few olives around the edge and a drizzle of olive to complete your meal.
