Granola Recipe

Ingredients for Granola Recipe:

400g             Cashew Nuts
400g             Whole Almonds
400g             Walnuts
300g             Omega Seed Mix
100g             Coconpure

Method:

  1. Place the nuts/seeds separately into a blender and blend for 15-20 seconds.
  2. Add all the ingredients into a bowl.
  3. Heat a pan with the coconpure until it turns into a liquid, add the coconpure to the nuts/seed mix. Stir the mixture then place on several baking trays.
  4. Cook on Gas Mark 3-4 (180’C or 350’F) for 20-30 minutes until the mix goes a golden brown.

Add 300g of Porridge Oats and 200g of Honey
