Mini Chocolate Puddings
Some protein recipes, especially cakes, may end up dry heavy and tasteless! But not our recipes! We’ve have a range of recipes that create the softest tastiest treats!
These Mini Chocolate Puddings are amazing and perfect for if you’ve got a chocolate craving!
To make these gooey chocolate puddings you’ll need:
Half a tin of Red Kidney Beans
1 heaped teaspoon of coco powder
2 scoops of whey protein (vanilla, cookies and cream or any chocolate flavour)
1 table spoon of peanut butter
1 heaped tablespoon of Greek yoghurt or quark
Chocolate chips, sultanas and dates ( all optional)
Add all you ingredients except the chocolate chips and dried fruit to a food processor and blend until a chocolatey runny mixture is produced.
Stir in your dried fruit and chocolate chips.
Add your mixture to muffin or cake cases.
The trick to getting soft and gooey puddings is behind the cooking! Preheat your oven at 100 degrees Celsius.
Place your puddings in the oven for 7- 10 minutes.
Remove the puddings from the oven, leave to cool and enjoy! Taste great with ice cream for a cheat meal, or with Greek yoghurt!
