BBQ Avocado Fingers[/su_heading]
A low-calorie, simple and quick snack!
Enjoy these these BBQ avocado fingers any time of day - their deliciously salty-sweet taste with a melt-in-the-mouth texture will take you less than 15 minutes to prepare!
Ingredients
- 1 Avocado
- 2 Smoked ham slices
- 1Tsp Ketchup
- 1Tsp Brown sauce
- 1Tsp Honey
- ½ Tsp Chilli powder
- ½ Tsp Cinnamon powder
Method
1) Cut the avocado into half and then quarters take 2 pieces of smoked ham and roll it around the avocado
2) To a bowl mix the ketchup, brown sauce, honey, chilli powder and cinnamon powder together and rub all over the ham rolls
3) Put in the oven for 10-12 minutes on 190oC until ham edges have darkened and serve
