Want a better way to enjoy local produce? Ditch the frozen gateau and create these stuffed apples, filled with crunchy peanut butter, cinnamon and oats.

- 2 apples
Ingredients
- 2 Medium Apples
- 1 Scoop Rolled Oats
- 20 g Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
Instructions
1.
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees.
2.
Add the oats, peanut butter and cinnamon to a mixing bowl.
3.
Mix until a thick, stiff mixture has formed.
4.
Cut the tops off the apples and hollow out the centers.
5.
Stuff the oat mixture into the middle of the apples.
6.
Place on a baking tray and add the top back onto the apples.
7.
Place in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
Enjoy warm with custard or as a cold snack on the go!
