If you are looking for a simple, quick and healthy snack bar, look no further than our chocolate energy bar.
You can make this in bulk and freeze it individually - they are a great pre-workout snack with only 7g of sugar and taste deliciously moreish!

- 50 g Soft Dates
- 50 g Myprotein Instant Oats
- 75 g Myprotein Protein Hot Chocolate
- 50 g Milk Chocolate Chips
Method
a) To a food processor add the oats, protein and dates.
b) Then add hot water a drop at a time until it make a firm dough then press into a cling film lined tray and scatter with chocolate chips and press into the dough
c) Leave in the fridge for 2-3 hours to set
d) Once firm cut into portion sizes and wrap individually
They will keep in the fridge for 5-7 days or 3 months in the freezer! (best for freshness)
