Chicken Noodle Soup
This hearty Chicken Noodle Soup is a high protein, low fat meal. Its deep rich chicken flavour coupled with filling chunks of chicken breast, its a satisfying winter warmer.
You will need:
Ingredients
- 1 Pack Protein Chicken Soup Mix or 1ltr chicken stock
- 1/2 Instant ready to wok Noodles
- 1/2 Large white Onion (sliced)
- 1 Cooked Chicken breast
- 1/2 Garlic clove
Time to prepare – 5 minutes
Time to cook – 20 Minutes
Method
Firstly
Start by sweating off the onions and garlic in a non-stick pan on a medium heat with the lid on to retain moisture.
While that’s cooking make up your protein chicken soup or 1ltr chicken stock using chicken stock cubes following the instruction on the packet.
Once the onions are soft add the noodles and chicken stir and place the lid back on until the noodles soften and the chicken is thoroughly warmed.
Lastly
Pour over your Myprotein chicken soup or stock, add salt/pepper and serve
