Berry Beetroot Overnight Proats

So to say the absolute least, the health and fitness industry is going absolutely nutty about oats.

No cooking required and can be whipped up the night before, proats are the perfect protein pud!

Containing berries and beetroot, these proats are rich in both antioxidants and nitric oxide, ideal for those intense workouts!

Method

#1 Combine the oats, protein powder, milk and beetroot powder in a bowl and mix well.

#2 Mash the fresh raspberries with the back of a fork and stir these through the oats.

#3 To make the topping, gently heat the frozen raspberries until melted and stir in the chia seeds, honey and a splash of water.

#4 Allow the mixture to thicken to create a jam-like consistency, then add this to the top of your oats and enjoy.
