Insulin Cleanse


The Myprotein insulin cleanse is created for those who are looking for an immediate drop in body fat and weight. Whilst this is a plan to be done for 14 days only, I will also provide you with the following phases to ensure that you do not rebound and put weight and fat back on.

 

The insulin cleanse is a 14-day cycle where we begin to eliminate certain food groups and introduce foods you may not have thought about consuming at the times I am stating, however, this is a trusty method and has proved time and time again it is an amazing fat loss protocol with clients.

The Elimination Of The Following Foods:

 

✗ Carbohydrates (including root vegetables, however not including other vegetables)

✗ Processed foods

✗ Chocolates and sweets

✗ Alcohol, fruit juices, energy drinks and fizzy drinks (including flavoured water)

✗ Caffeine (herbal tea is ok)

✗ Fruit


Therefore Food On The ‘Allowed List’ Are As Follows:

 

✓ At least one portion of organic meat and fish per meal

✓ At least 3 portions green or mixed vegetables per meal

✓ 039L per kg body weight of water (use lemons and limes for extra alkalinity)

✓ Fats such as nuts, avocado, oils, olives and nut butter

✓ Avocado

✓ Coconut Oil

✓ Whole cream

✓ Almonds

✓ Macadamias

✓ Hazelnuts

✓ Pecans

✓ Eggs

✓ Cashews

✓ Olives

✓ Raw Olive Oil

✓ Fish


Protein List:

 

✓ Steak

✓ Beef Mince

 Turkey

 Turkey Mince

✓ Chicken

✓ Lamb Fillet

✓ Game Meat

✓ Fish

✓ Nuts

 

Sticking to these foods you will find there is a massive array of meals you can create to avoid it being tedious, as you should remember that herbs and spices are all ok to use therefore building a healthy and tasty nutrition plan are easy.

Salmon Fillet with mixed veggies and almonds
Lamb Fillet with mixed veggies cooked in coconut oil

Tuesday

Beef Mince with avocado
Chicken Breast with mixed salad with raw olive oil
Tilapia  and mixed veggies and olives
Salmon Fillet cooked in coconut oil with mixed salad

Wednesday

Smoked Salmon with scrambled eggs
Beef Mince with mixed veggies cooked in coconut oil
Chicken Breast with mixed salad and raw olive oil
Tuna Steak with mixed veggies and avocado

Thursday

Omelette with avocado
Turkey Breast with mixed salad with raw olive oil
Cod Fillet with mixed veggies and pecans
Lamb Fillet with mixed veggies and raw olive oil

Friday

Beef Burger cooked in coconut oil
Cod fillet with mixed veggies and macadamias
Turkey Breast with mixed salad and cashews
Chicken Breast and mixed salad with raw olive oil

Saturday

Bacon with scrambled eggs
Turkey mince with mixed veggies and cashews
Ostrich Steak with mixed veggies and avocado
Salmon Fillet with mixed veggies and olives

Sunday

Turkey Sausage with scrambled eggs and avocado
Chicken Breast with mixed salad and olives
Swordfish with mixed veggies and raw olive oil
Lamb Fillet and mixed veggies with avocado
