The ‘HERO sessions’ are based on a super-set principle. A super-set principle is an advanced training method in which you are required to perform two exercises immediately after the other with no rest in between. The HERO sessions program places a lot of stress on your body – therefore it’s important to eat enough food from the correct sources in order to grow muscle and/or burn fat. Your body will need adequate protein, carbohydrates and fats to recover properly and in turn grow and progress .
