Been taking these for a while now and think they are making a difference to my well being. They certainly don't smell bad or taste bad like some other vitamin B tablets. I 've been energetic all of my life so I cannot really comment on the energy production thing although I 've noticed big changes in my mood, for the better, as well as how less tired I am by the end of the day. Since I 've been also studying a lot I wanted something to aid me , support me in studying, and this product seems to be doing that as well, however big or small the change I cannot really comment on, but it sure works. I 've been much more mentally agile and I got lots of energy to get through the night even after 8-10 hours at the university and lot more hours of work right after.
