Makes a difference to my day, would recommend to a friend, taste better than I anticipated
Being very picky about veg generally and I struggle to eat it, i thought I'd give this a go and at very least if it was horrible I could shot it down quick. But to my surprise and delight it was really nice! I bought the tropical flavour which tastes a bit like tropical squash! Don't get me wrong it looks like pond water but don't let that put you off. Was very pleased with it :-) Only just opened it today so time will tell if it proves effective.Goes Well With:Water
Well I hate veg,.. so thought try this.. it looks revolting.. like something I made out the garden when I was a kid with soil, green leaves etc etc... so I sipped it thinking I would be sick but to my surprise it tasted lovely.. I have no idea how or why but its got to be the maddest thing that looks horribvle but tastes lovely.. and its all good veg.. so extra plus for those that hate veg.. Goes Well With:water
Awesome product . Great taste most greens are usually quite dead in taste.. Used a reasonably high dose with zero ill effects . Would recommend
Been using this for a few days and feeling better already, no doubt there will be further benefits. I got the unflavoured one which mixes well but doesn't taste great, worth putting up with for the benefits though!Goes Well With:Water
I use this with my morning and afternoon protein shakes which consist of : 1 banana, cold water, 1-2 handfuls of frozen berries, raspberry flavor protein powder, fibre supplement and creatine. Can't really taste it too much over the other ingredients and I usually put 2-3 heaped teaspoons worth in. it'll turn your shakes green or in my case a grey kind of colour. a fantastic way to help you reach your nutritional requirements. also note: the above protein shake combination really helps keep your bowels in good order. I usually take the shake with alhpamen and omega 3 tablet Goes Well With:Protein, Fibre, Creatine. alphamen, omega 3
I'm using this for my attempt at the Warrior diet, 3 days of taking this stuff and I have felt good. But like taking large dose of vitamin c, certain things change colour. It can be a bit scary but apparently it's normal. Seriously if you want a detox this stuff is good. I chose the unflavoured version not the great of tastes but palatable.
Firstly, I was about to go to the toilet because it caused nausea and I didn't like it at all, but after a few more shakes I get to like it! Mixability is not the best but there are a lot ingredients which aren't water solulble, so it is not surprising at all.The tropical flavoured is good, however I usually mix Nutri Greens with something else.Overall I feel the benefits of it so recommended to everyone who trying to consume more vegetables and anti-oxidants.Goes Well With:Fruits, Vegetables, Amino Acids, Flavouring,
Works a treat, tastes good (no need to get the flavoured option, the unflavoured one tastes great too). Goes Well With:Porridge Soup
