Empty 1 sachet into a bowl/mug and then add 150-250ml of boiling water and stir thoroughly (the less water the thicker the soup will be). For best results first add half of the boiling water and stir thoroughly for 30 seconds, then add the other half of the boiling water and stir for a further 30 seconds. Leave to stand for 1 minute before consuming.

MIXABILITY I've bought and consumed Beef, Chicken and Thai Curry. They all are reasonably mediocre in mixing, even if you follow the "directions" of mixing half the content of the packet into half of the desired liquid, letting it stir for 30 seconds, and then adding the other half (of both packet and liquid). Out of them the beef appears to be the one that is more mixable. TASTE Thai curry - stronger taste, bit spicy but fine overall. Chicken - smooth and chicken like. Beef - smells like beef, tastes ok. EFFECTIVENESS Effectiveness isn't really a factor here, this is basically whey protein mixed with artificial flavours/scents in a conveniently packet. It's a cozy (for colder weather) of getting your protein requirements. TIPS You don't need to boil water, you can just pour out water from a Nespresso machine and it will be hot enough for mixing the protein soup. You can also try this with oats, as they get soft in no time. No need to boil water, just use a nespresso.
Nicer than I expected it to be, I bought the tomato flavour, the macros are great and the flavour is also very nice. However like most packet soups you still find a few bits at the bottom but this doesn't really effect the drink. I would recommend it Goes Well With:Protein flat bread

I bought beef and the tomato, wasn't what I expected, doesn't mix well, needs a good stir for 10 mins, it has a funny texture and leaves a strange after taste, the more I've had the more used to it I've got, as it does make a great quick and easy to make snack, beef flavour is better but I won't buy them again.
On first try, after mixing (without trying it) I was left rather underwhelmed by it. There was basically enough to fit in a small cup - think a small cup-a-soup! However after tasting and finishing it all, I was left pleasantly satisfied and filled from it. For me, this works great as a late evening snack suppressant due to the savory taste and texture of it once I get sugar/food cravings, that a protein drink just cannot satisfy on it own. My wife likes this also for the same reasons, and finds it an easy hot office lunch too, as you only need a kettle!
bought the thai green curry flavor, tastes a lot better than expected and is a change from the usual protein shake. the soup is a bit on the thick side therefore would probably be an excellent base for making a high protein chicken curry.

The taste of the Beef and the Chicken soup is not bad at all, I add the powder to a cup of boiled water bit by bit stirring continuously which works better for me than pouring water on the powder. The finished soup has a rather powdery texture no matter how much water is added but that's the protein I guess and there is a good amount of protein for what in essence a cup-a-soup. I will buy again.
Ok I got tomato, it tastes fine, but has a strange texture, but not bad, does not mix well though it has taken me around 10 mins to stir the lumps out. Not exactly quick and easy but if you want a change, go for it. As I said it does the job, probably won't buy it again though.Goes Well With:lumps
