These little ditty's taste amazing. I bought the standard mix and used unsweetened Almond Milk to blend with. Have started adding Cinnamon and 100% Raw Cacao into the mix. Top it off with some Blueberries and 100% Peanut Butter. Works a treat!Goes Well With:Blueberries. 100% Raw Cocoa. 100% Peanut Butter.
As a massive foodie this mid morning meal really hits the spot. 100% luxury. At first i didn't really think much of the pancake mix but with my experience as a chef I decided to persist and managed to perfect it! Here's how: 50g Pancake Mix (I use the maple syrup) 125ml water (this may look a bit thin when added but trust me on this ;) ) Optional: Dried/fresh fruit and/or nuts (make sure you cut the fruit up into little bits and crumble the nuts) 15g Mascapone 25ml Apro Hazelnut milk Heat a non stick pan to hot/very hotBreak down any lumps in the pancake powder with the whisk before adding the water. There is no need for any oil/butter/spray oil, they will not stick. Pour in the water all at once and whisk for say 30 seconds until smooth. Pour half of the mix into the pan evenly (making sure the pan is flat). Sprinkle on half of your prepared nuts and/or fruit. Now here's the important bit: make sure you only cook the first side jsut to the point where it starts to pubble and theres still a little liquid ontop. Now using a spatula, carefully flip it over. The pancake is now 90% cooked. Cook the second side now for literally a few second, this way the its still going to be nice and moist inside as the pancake has still maintained it's moisture. Repeat again for the second pancake. Now I like to mix the mascapone and hazelnut milk until it starts to froth. Then pour over the top (this makes the pancake super moist). Enjoy guys, you will not regret buying this.Goes Well With:Fresh/Dried Fruit Nuts
I have the maple syrup flavor pancake mix and it is amazing! Especially if you have a sweet tooth. The only downfall is that they might be a bit TOO sweet. I admit that I get a bit bored with my entirely savory diet and these hit the spot! I couldn't have ate another sweet thing all day! Goes Well With:Chopped banana in the mixture - IT CARAMELIZES!
I used this mix for the first time yesterday and must say I am very impressed. Mixture is a bit lumpy but it doesn't affect the pancake once it's on the pan, I have the golden syrup flavour and they do taste just like that! Smell great too! I do have to add a sauce on my pancakes as I find them quite dry otherwise but that's more of my own pickiness than the actual pancakes themselves.
I might not be a trained Masterchef however I know how to cook a pancake. My normal pancakes always come out well. Yet using this pancake mix it just turns into a scrambled type mess. It also sticks to the pan like nothing else Ive seen. I nave to soak the frying pan for several hours to remove the residue. Overall I would not recommend
They taste amazing. They keep me filled up for hours. They're REALLY easy to make. If you want them extra fluffy - add an egg. I'm just going to keep buying them. Have tried all the flavours and love them all.
As someone who often misses breakfast this give me something quick, easy and fulfilling to eat in less than 5 mins and is obviously much better for you than a stop en-route to the office. Will definitely be re ordering, I purchased the Golden Syrup version, yes it is sweet but hey it is a pancake after all....
Very excellent taste, ordering several times, never disappointed
Ordered the plain pancakes as I wanted to add fruit and syrup to them. I tried them today and the first two got stuck to the pan. So I binned them and started again and it happened yet again. So I had two pancakes in the form of scrambled egg. :( Bet when they're properly done in the form of pancakes they will be fantastic.
Very happy I bought these! Not only a relatively high level of protein, but low carbs, meaning I can add what I want without feeling overly guilty. I like to either enjoy as a breakfast or as a pudding/snack to curb a sweet tooth. It took a few attempts to perfect, but now its very quick to create a high protein meal or snack. I noticed a few lumps in the shaker I used, but was unable to tell once cooked. Goes Well With:Bananas and maple syrup MyProtein smooth peanut butter
Bought MP's Maple Syrup flavour. Very very tasty! Not too sweet. Just right and nice and moist too.Tried this pancake mix because I was getting tried of protein bars and wanted something for work that had good ingredients and nutritional profile. Plus it's very cheap. This has twice the protein content of most bars and is very filling compared to endlessly having protein shakes. Very easy to make either in the morning or the night before and put it in the fridge. Vanilla would be a great flavour to introduce MP! :)Goes Well With:Omega Balance :)
Great product like the taste but needs to be made very thin
Recently bought these and they are already my new favourite breakfast! Bought the unflavoured version - I have 1.5 scoops with 100ml almond milk and that makes 2 good size pancakes (I like them slightly thicker!). I mixed it in a shaker with a ball and it mixed pretty well, although there were still a few lumps left. I found them so easy and quick to cook!! I don't think i'd like to eat the plain ones by themselves, but when you have them with fruit etc they taste sooooo good! They are really fluffy too. And they are SO FILLING! If I have these for breakfast I know I won't be hungry again until lunch. Goes Well With:Fruit, peanut butter, honey, maple syrup
So easy to do it and getting 20gr of protein just like that. Love this product totally!!! Shame didn't get more!
Love these pancakes. Tried the unflavoured one at first, which were ok but found had to add toppings to them for added taste. Following this I bought the maple syrup ones and they taste so good! I don't need to put anything on them, although I am not sure of the nutrition value for these ones. They mix really well and if you only cook just for a minute each side they do not go dry. Excellent for breakfast as gives you a feeling of fullness of protein and carbs, or as an after dinner treat if you have a sweet tooth but don't want to eat something unhealthy! Will continue to buy these, would love the nutrition info for them!Goes Well With:Honey, Banana
Great value pancakes, excellent macros. Perfect protein breakfast!
I got maple syrup flavour and these are the absolute BOMB. Had chocolate before but these are way better. I think they mix okay too.. I find 125ml of water is best and you've got to be patient when cooking them to keep them from sticking or tearing but that's pancakes!Goes Well With:Cinnamon & calorie free pancake syrup
great product, mixes well, tastes great (choc favour) and is effective. keeps me full all morning and not to heavy a couple of hours before a workout. I will buy again. Goes Well With:bananas, nutella, any fruit or greek yogurt.
These are deeeeelicious and the high protein keeps you full for an age. The maple flavour is really good, but it is far too sweet on its own. Luckily I anticipated this and bought one maple and one unflavoured. A half and half mix of the two is great and did not require any syrup. I imagine you need a pretty good non-stick pan though as mine is great and they were still a little tricky to flip. Great breakfast though, would highly recommend. Goes Well With:Banana and chocolate chips,. peanut butter or pb2, baked apple.
Tried these unflavoured pancakes with the MyProtein Peanut Butter and they are awesome. Taste just like normal pancakes and give a good protein return too. My missus has also had them with honey and says they were delicious. They mix with no effort at all. Definitely worth a shot!Goes Well With:MyProtein Nut Butter (any of them) Honey Banana
Really simple and easy to make. Great protein content. Low in fat and carbs. Makes great pancakes! Unflavoured version not so tasty.Goes Well With:Breakfast and Impact whey protein
Loved this product! Great to eat for breakfast lunch or dinner or as a pudding! Guilt free! And so easy to make! Putting greek yoghurt and fruit over the top makes it less dry, also try putting peanut/almond butter on too! Goes Well With:Almond butter peanut butter. Greek yoghurt. Fruit.
Decided to give the Protein Pancake mix as go as I fancied a change from shakes. Really surprised at how good this stuff tastes, I got the Maple Syrup flavor, used my normal protein shaker to mix it with some milk, and 10 minutes later had an enjoyable high protein snack! Highly reconmmend this product.Goes Well With:Milk.
Today morning i cut out the pancake first time and cook in almond milk 100ml. but for me it is so huge too much pancakes unnecessary, so save other for tomorrow. i cook then it cooked then when i try to flip over but it become stick n stuck as if i need another a bit of oil on other side! so i force to push it and take it on to plate! then i spread 1 big tablespoon of peanut butter, but difficult to spread on it. After read some people review that they put peanut butter in mix so i will do that tomorrow! instead of spread on top of cooked pancake. Goes Well With:almond milk, very low calories dont affect any way.as almond is healthy fat than water , what do you think
I add an egg to make them fluffy, but even on their own... the taste is amazing and they really fill me up. Better than cereal anyday.Goes Well With:eggs

The mix arrived the next working day as said so. It tasted much better than I thought it would - really impressed with the taste. Definitely something that you can whip up quickly for breakfast or after your workout. The only problem was that I used a blender to mix it and sometimes found not all the mix would blend. So make sure everything is mixed before you pour the mix! Goes Well With:Turkey Bacon and Greek Yoghurt!
Mixes well with almond milk and cooks quickly on a medium heat. Cooks best in an oiled then wiped dry pan. Maple syrup flavour is good and not overpowering. Goes Well With:Peanut butter & fruit.
I have the golden syrup flavoured ones, around 1-1.5 scoops to around 100ml whole milk (i dont tend to measure), makes 2 fairly thick pancakes. I just mix it in a jug with a fork, get some small lumps on the top but makes no difference when cooked. I put olive oil in the pan so ive never had them stick. They taste amazing with honey and almond butter spread over the top, a very filling breakfast or late night snack.Goes Well With:Milk. Honey, almond butter
so i've been using the chocolate pancake mix for about 2 weeks now...and i have to agree with the comments that say that is no good...as long is still hot it has some taste...as soon it gets cold it's tasteless... :/ the good thing is that is really easy to cook, and quick! -in order to make it have some taste i add a tablespoon of strawberry flavored greek yogurt and i think that way it tastes really good...u can try it!Goes Well With:strawberry flavored greek yogurt
Protein pancake is absolutely amazing I've now brough a few things from my protein and bean happy with ever single product so will keep buying more from my number one protein site :)
Very sweet but I love that! Really tasty and great texture, looks like a proper batter when they're cooked and protein content so good. Will be buying many more!Goes Well With:Fruit and yoghurt
Great product, easy to mix and a great taste!
Bought the maple syrup flavour, impressed with the taste as most protein snacks I've come across are horrible but this one actually tastes of maple syrup. The first time I tried making them it turned out like scrambled eggs but i found just using a little bit of the mixture was a lot easier so I get 4 small pancakes out of one mix.
I can be naughty and have pancakes for breakfast without the extra burpees at the gym. Can anyone really argue with that!! I flavour them with the maple drops so no need for any real maple syrup. Shame free snack :) #winnerGoes Well With:I have them for breakfast or as a snack with fresh berries and Greek yoghurt.
Just received my pancake mixture today! I couldn't wait to open the box and cook it! I purchased the unflavoured mixture and I weighed it and then mixed it with water and I then put it in the fridge whilst I went out, I came back and the mixture was smooth and creamy. I poured it onto the frying pan and it was almost done within 5 minutes! It was a deep thick fluffy pancake with lots of bounce! I served it with lemon juice and Stevia sugar and ate it! It tasted like the real thing and I am happy that it is suitable for Vegetarians as well. Which is also a Plus!! Buy it whilst it is still on Offer and try them out! Goes Well With:Lemon and Stevia sugar, maple syrup, fruit
Having read many reviews saying they were tricky to get right, I was a bit apprehensive to try it. The good news is they are really easy! Following the instruction of flipping it over when bubbles show is spot on. Yes you pay for the convenience but the price isn't bad and the flavour (maple syrup) is nice. I've recommended the product and would continue to do so.Goes Well With:Mixed fruit.
I use it for breakfast, easy to mix with my hand whisk. Cooks quickly, must get pan hot. The suggestion on the packet makes two large pancakes, I spread blueberries, banana and greek yoghurt with a drizzle of raw honey on them and roll them up. If you're in a rush pop them into and Tupperware tub and eat them when you get to work or wherever you may be. I also like them with cashew nut butter and banana.Goes Well With:Banana, yoghurt, cashew nut butter
Like many of the other comments I struggled with these at first. I watched a video on YouTube though and since then have had no problems. Mix 100ml of milk with 55g of powder, shake and off you go. Taste is a little bland (I have chocolate) but I like to add toppings anyway so no issues there. Consistency etc. all really good and a great way to hit macros whilst enjoying your food.Goes Well With:Walden Farms calorie free syrup.
I look forward to waking up in the morning knowing I'll be making these. Currently using the chocolate flavour. 1 and half scoops mixed with 125ml semi milk, coconut oil in the pan and finished with mixed berries. Great way to start the day. 30 seconds of mixing and 3 mins in the pan. Quick and delicious Goes Well With:Coconut oil Mixed fresh berries
Good snack between meals, a bit to tasteless for me but fills a whole
Oh my lord! These maple syrup pancakes are brill. I have yet to perfect making them fluffy, but have tried various different methods and recipes for protein pancakes. This is by far the best tasting and easiest m, but I would use less water/milk than suggested, or more mix to make it thicker. I have these with frozen yogurt and maple syrup and it makes for a brilliant macro ratio :) highly recommend Goes Well With:Froyo Maple syrup Calorie free syrup Protein latte/mocha as a side ;)
Maple Syrup protein pancakes.... as good as normal pancakes! I add a spoon of peanut butter in the mix for extra taste (and protein!!!) Only had them a week or so so not much to say on results yet. :) Goes Well With:Peanut butter, banana, maple syrup
Great and simple to use - after reading all the negative reviews I was concerned - I took the advice to mix with an egg - they are absolutely stunning.Goes Well With:Fruit and calorie free syrup
Great pancakes. Make sure you first cover the pan with butter/oil to make sure they don't stick and they come out fineGoes Well With:Peanut butter
These taste good, but very hard to make, mixes well, I mixed it in my shaker and was lump free, you have to use less milk than recommend. I use 100ml and they are a little thicker but don't turn into a mess in the frying panGoes Well With:Almond milk
I used the chocolate pancake mix, I added some oraganic cacao and used almond milk for the liquid then cooked it in coconut oil. Really quick and easy and great tasting. I use it as a light snack or post workout.Goes Well With:Strawberries!
These protein pancakes are just the things for satisfying that sweet tooth. They are quick and easy to mix and make and are equally great hot or cold.
I bought the chocolate flavoured pancake mixture, was excited to try them out as soon as they arrived, followed the instructions on the the pouch, though I'd probably use less liquid then it states, but that's just how I like my pancakes really... They're so quick and easy to make, I put the mixture in to my shaker, which seemed to be easiest way too, instead of getting the whisk out. They taste great! I added peanut butter on to the pancakes, though they could'v done with actually tasting like chocolate instead of just being a chocolatey colour. I'd buy this again but probably be getting the unflavoured one as I can add my own flavours to it that way.
Great for breakfast though it took me 2 attempts to get it right. Those reviews that talk of it being like omelettes - they are not using porrige oats. You need this to thicken it up. Mix in a blender 1 scoop of the mix with 2 -3 parts oats and a good dashing of milk (the milk will depend how thick/runny you want it. More milk, more runny and more pancakes). Add natural fat free yoghurt on top to avoid it being too dry. Thoroughly recommend.
