What is PRE:PARE?
PRE:PARE is a part of Myprotein’s Endurance Range and is a unique formula of carbohydrates and minerals to help prepare you nutritionally for your high intensity exercise. PRE:PARE also provides a protein blend of whey protein concentrate, isolate, and casein hydrolysate (PeptoPro®), and 5g of Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT’s) per 50g serving.

PRE:PARE provides 80mg of caffeine per 50g serving and 26g of carbohydrates sourced from Maltodextrin, Palatinose™, and Fructose. Each serving provides over 13g of protein which will contribute to the growth and maintenance of lean mass.
Who is PRE:PARE Suitable for?
PRE:PARE is ideal for anyone looking to for a source of protein and carbohydrates prior to exercise or competition with the addition of caffeine. It is recommended to consume 1 serving (50g) of PRE:PARE 45-60 minutes prior to your exercise for optimal effects.
Add 400-500ml of water into our shaker (the less liquid the thicker the shake will be). Then add 1 and a half MP large scoops (50g), shake and consume. We recommend consuming 30-60 minutes before exercise.

I'm really strict on diet and even more so in the week before a marathon or ultra race. I carb-deplete in the first half of the week before and then carb-load in the last three days to top up as much as possible. In the past it seems like an eating frenzy, where I'm constantly eating pasta, sweet potato, and plenty of fruit and veg still wondering if I've ate enough but now I have tri carb and pre:pare I feel like I have that box ticked. I now have 2 drinks of tri carb each day x and 1 pre:pare each day on each of the 3 days before. On the morning of the race, 2 hours before I'll have the instant oats with 2 scoops of pre:pare mixed in. In the last 3 events over marathon distance I haven't been let down by energy sources. I always drink this before I go to the gym as I need quick energy and dont want to eat too much before going and then having to wait until I have digested it. This is a perfect mix as it has caffeine to wake you up and energise you as well as protein and carbs to give you some more energy and stop your tummy from growling halfway through your exercise!Goes Well With:water
I've been using my first bag of this for about a week now. I've tried a few pre-workouts and not been massively keen on most... Tingles and come downs... Poor taste... Nothing much going for them at all. This stuff is different. The taste is like that of a smoothie... I keep expecting to find seeds! It mixes well but if you leave it sitting for a few minutes you get a collection of sticky at the bottom of the shaker and it doesn't mix in particularly well after that. But if you get it down you quickly its great. I find myself somewhat more perky and keen to get going after about a half an hour of taking it and the fact that you don't get that headachey tired feeling a few hours after and no tingles during is great... Give it a try I think you'll like it. PS I mix mine with creatine and it doesn't alter the taste that I can notice.Goes Well With:Water, creatine monohydrate

Been using PRE:PARE for a couple of weeks now. I do trail/hill running and have been feeling hungry and thirsty half way through. The routes are around 9 miles and I felt like I needed something to help. I can definitely say that I am feeling much stronger on my run and don't have that annoying hungry feeling draining me. I also use it for big cycle rides on my mountain bike. The taste is good and not like some kind of punishment to take.
I found this product perfect before I play football/go running Didn't notice the effects in the gym. One thing I noticed is that there is a bad comedown once it wears off after the workout. Either its that, or I'm wearing my self out that much! Get a good nights sleep after it!
I have tried other, more expensive products but PRE:PARE was far more effective for me. It has a great taste and boosted my energy levels to achieve more at the gym.
I ordered PrePare and I have to say it does get your heart rate up - it is ideal to take pre-workout as it has the right amount of protein and carbs in it to give me enough energy and a full tummy without feeling bloated. Would definitely recommend pre-workout - only thing I don't like is the flavour and you only get berry flavour - I'd prefer a sweet or citrus taste.Goes Well With:Water
