Palatinose™ is the only low glycaemic carbohydrate providing longer lasting energy in the form of glucose. Palatinose™ is an ideal alternative to dextrose, glucose, maltodextrin and other highly digestible and highly fermentable carbohydrates.
Palatinose™ is a natural sugar twice as sweet as sugar, but causes no tooth decay. It is also heat stable so can be used in baking and cooking.
With its slow but complete absorption and hydrolysis, Palatinose™ provides a constant and extended stream of energy that lasts over a longer period of time. Its low glycemic index (only 32 G.I.) helps prevent peaks and lows in blood sugar promoting a greater feeling of fullness to reduce snacking and overeating.
Palatinose™ is ideal for anyone who wants increase their intake of carbohydrates in the form of low GI carbohydrates. Palatinose™ is a good choice of carbohydrate to consume throughout the day or around training to increase carbohydrate intake.
Add desired amount of water or fruit juice into our shaker (the less liquid the thicker the shake will be). Then add 100g, shake and consume. Use 1-3 times daily or as required to increase your healthy carbohydrate intake. Can also be used as a healthy sweetener.
