Impact Diet Whey is a great tasting supplement which contains a unique blend of Whey Protein and Milk Protein Concentrate combined with a low carbohydrate content sourced from low GI (Glycaemic Index) carbohydrates. Impact diet whey can be taken in a post workout shake or as a handy meal replacement. You may want to try blending impact diet whey to create a smoothie or mixing it into your favourite greek yogurt.

I have been using this product for around two weeks and have lost around 5lbs while also weight training 3x a week. I use mine as a meal replacement for breakfast everyday and have found it fills me up until lunch (pasta/tuna baguette), although I do like to have some mid-morning fruit/nuts to keep me going. I have latte and mint chocolate flavour. Latte is very strong and sweet this will not suit everyone for morning meal, the mint choc is a little less on the pallet and is my first choice. Doesn't mix too great but I think this helps to keep you feeling full for longer. I train after work for an hour and try to have a reasonably healthy meal such as fish/grilled chicken with as much rise and/or potatoes as I can eat. If feeling hungry later on I may have a caramel and hazel nut choc bar from my protein which I also rate highly. It took 5/6 day for my stomach to get used to the bars and diet shakes, until then expect some horrific gas. Although I do think it was mainly the bars that were the problem. I mix this with the instant oats and red top milk and drink one for breakfast. It doesn't mix too well, but you get a taste and consistency like drinking melted Ben & Jerrys cookie dough ice cream. Tastes like a cheat meal, but actually ticking weight loss boxes too. Will be ordering more.Goes Well With:Instant Oats, Creatine, milk
Tastes nice but is too sweet for me..any ideas on any fruit that would go well with the flavour to tone it down a bit??

I've been using the chocolate mint impact diet whey powder for 11 days now and I've lost 9 pounds one shake in the morning and at lunch and a semi healthy dinner at night im totally chuffed with the results and that's with no exercise. Going to try to start adding that in next week. Only another 22 pounds to go to hit my target. Mixes great and tastes lovely in 250mls of semi skimmed milk.
I was recommended MyProtein through a friend. I have been using Maxi Muscle for about two years on and off. I was worried about changing to a different based powder, from previous other protein powders have upset my guts. I managed to order 3kg bag of Impact Diet Whey, Chocolate Mint flavour. So far I am only two weeks into using so haven't noticed much just yet but the price and size of pouch was outstanding and I also went for the cheapest delivery. The delivery come with tracking of parcel and arrived super fast. Choco Mint is also a great taste. Goes Well With:Not yet tried mixing. Just water added.
Ordered the strawberry shortcake flavour... the taste is delicious! Goes well with almond milk, not so keen on it with water! It is a little grainy when mixed but this doesn't bother me, it's not as smooth as other shakes I've tried. Will deffinately be ordering again! Haven't been using long enough to make a comment on the difference to my weight, but am hopeful it will make a change judging by everyone elses reviews :) I have been drinking for breakfast in the mornings and after a workout, on days that I don't workout I only have one serving in the mornings! I wouldn't say it's very filling though, if I have a serving at say 8am by about 10am I start to get hungry! So have been having a bowl of oats late morning to keep me going until lunch!Goes Well With:Almond milk, skimmed milk.

had this for around a week or so now, tastes pretty nice and mixes okay. (not really sure how effective it is (not had it long enough) the suggestions say take it on a morning and after workout, but does anyone know, would this be okay to take before bed and after work out rather than morning and after workout as i workout on a morning so id rather take it on a night before i sleep and on a morning after my workout.Goes Well With:water and milk both taste great mixed in

I have tried so many protein shakes over the years and have pretty much held my breath with each one. I'd read reviews for new ones and everyone would rave about them but they would all have that similar 'diet' taste. But now the chocolate mint is the one! i look forward to each shake. I have 2 shakes a day as a small meal to keep my metabolism going so this keeps me happy between lunch and the gym. Just finished a USN shake that doesn't even compare to this. This one isn't a smooth shake like I'm usually use to but that's easy to get past. Will try banana next. Can't wait!Goes Well With:Water
