I now have 6 of these flavours, and I'd reccommend them to anyone. First started out with the typical 3, vanilla, strawberry and chocolate. Vanilla is a classic and I put it in loads of things, mug cakes, oats, and baking to subsidise sugar. Strawberry is gorgeous and mixed with my unflavoured protein it tastes exactly like a Yazoo. The chocolate is probably my least favourite, just because it doesn't really taste of chocolate more just like a sickly sweeter version of vanilla with a hint of fake chocolate. I then got the toffee, raspberry and banana. The toffee is gorgeous, makes the best banoffee oats with it, and the raspberry I thought would be similar to strawberry is actually a bit more tangy, exactly like a raspberry is in real life. The banana is a bit lacking, but still very drinkable. They mix extremely well and I'd reccommend it to anyone thinking of buying, gives you loads more choice when deciding what protein shake flavour to have rather than being committed to 5kg of one flavour! All in all a great product that myprotein does, and although the bottles are small because the liquid is so concentrated you do only need a few drops to get the flavour.
Got the toffee flavour and I love it! The taste is a bit artificial when tasted for the first time, but I got used to it. I put it to my morning porridge and it's definitely like thousand times better. Cant wait to try another flavours! I am just disappointed that strawberry and raspberry ones contain carmine, so it is not suitable for veg people.
I have about 5 powder flavourings and 6 or 7 of the drops. I prefer the drops as they are less sweet than the powders although the powders are probably better value for money although the drops are not exactly expensive. My favourite of the drops so far are the toffee (fool proof in anything) Strawberry and maple syrup so far, Vanilla is ok although I find it a bit boring (personal taste) the ones I find a bit disappointing are the banana as its got that kind of sharp un-natural flavour, and I find the peanut butter one just totally rank, tried it once and it'll be getting binned I think. My favourite of the powders are the Latte, I love the Rubarb and Custard too but it does have a nasty aftertaste. My Protein definitely has the most vast options in flavours in the drops and powders and when I am trying to lose weight I just mix them with coconut milk and a bit of Xanthan Gum and Konjac, a sweet snack for next to no calories. On a different note....I am so happy to see My Protein is starting to make more things with Stevia and hopefully this will be used in more of their products soon!
Literally the best invention since sliced bread, deep into a recomposition phase of my training which mean calorie restriction and these bad boys are seeing me right through!!! Can't recommend the peanut butter flavour enough❤️❤️❤️... Seriously stop reading reviews and buy now, you won't be sorryGoes Well With:0% Greek yoghurt
Just ordered in strawberry flavour, and it tastes amazing, I could smell it all day. I mix it with everything, great with yogurt or unflavoured protein powders. I will definitely order some more.Goes Well With:yoghurt, protein powder
My personal trainer told me about Flav Drops and suggested I give them a try as I have a terrible sweet tooth and am struggling to lose those last few pounds. I sent off for Toffee, Maple Syrup and Mocha. They arrived very quickly and I couldn't wait to try some out in Greek Yogurt. I put just 4 drops into a good 3 tablespoons of fat free plain yogurt and took a tentative taste - delicious! Tried out the other two at once and, yep, both scrummy! I'm delighted. It will be perfect in porridge and loads of other otherwise boring sensible food. I'm really thrilled. A great product, reasonably priced, rapidly despatched and totally delicious!Goes Well With:Porridge, plain yogurt, milk (hot or cold) and no doubt zillions of other things I have not yet had a chance to try!
I love everything about this product - for me the maple syrup flavour is true and mixes well in my unflavoured protein/ black coffee - I find all the other protein flavours way too sweet and this allows some control over how empowering the taste it - the only reason I have dropped a star on the review is I am very conscious of my food/supplements being natural and organic and this doesn't feel like a very natural product just because it's manufactured etc other than that I would highly recommend it!! Goes Well With:Deadlifts
i recently bought an unflavoured whey protein, i was not keen on the taste that it gave. I looked up on how to make it tastier and i found this! The FlavDrops are amazing! I bought the Strawberry one which tastes outstanding. I am very pleased that this kind of products exists! The smell and taste that the FlavDrop gives is incredible. Would recommend 10/10. Well worth the price. Goes Well With:Impact Whey Protein (Unflavoured) Instant Oats (Unflavoured)
Not impressed with chocolate. Vanilla more like sweetner. Toffee...lush! :-)
Not impressed with chocolate, vanilla more like sweetner. Toffee...lush! :-)
I have a HUGE sweet tooth, I used to use honey as a 'healthy' alternative which did work really well in most things! However, it wasn't the greatest mixer (especially in drinks) so I came across these flavour drop which work wonders. They mix in practically EVERYTHING, porridge, hot chocolate, cakes, yoghurt (best one), milk (tastes just as good as milkshake but not nearly as many calories). Best thing ever is toffee yoghurt. Just add a couple of drops(about 7) into some FF yoghurt (200g) and it tastes just as good as the high calorie naughty stuff. Will definitely be buying these again!!Goes Well With:Yoghurt, Porridge, Cottage Cheese, Ice Cream, Milk, Hot beverages
Great product, the strawberry and toffee drops are immense. A few drop make unflavoured shakes a delight.
These drops are amazing with yoghurt. My PT put an eating plan together for me, which included 0% natural yoghurt (fage brand). It's almost sour, so he told me about these drops. I decided to buy some and give it a go and they're absolutely brilliant. They have completely transformed my yoghurt. It's exactly like eating strawberry yoghurt. I add about 6 drops to the tub (170ml), which is perfect. Really tastes very good. I also bought the toffee flavour for my porridge in the morning. I really like the flavour, but the taste the sweetener quite strongly, which isn't brilliant. I now add some banana and cinnamon to the porridge with the toffee drops, which seems to have taken the artificial sweetener taste away but left the flavour. Now it's amazing. Really changes the taste. Oddly, the strawberry doesn't seem to have the artificial sweetener taste in the yoghurt. I use 10 drops of the toffee in my porridge and that's the perfect amount. I would highly recommend these drops. The apple is apparently also lovely in yoghurt, so I've been told, but I haven't tried it yet. Goes Well With:Yoghurt and porridge.
Right been buying these for some time with unflavoured protein . I would very recommend as they taste great so far iv tryed strawberry . Rasberry . Bannana and chocolate I would say out of them banana is thr best followedby sstrawberry and Rasberry . Unfortunately I would not recommend chocolate because it doesnt taste nice at all . Doesn't evan taste like chocolate either
I bought toffee which is excellent, so much that I bought another 3. It has a natural toffee flavour. I got apple and raspberry too on second order. I find the raspberry more like the raspberry syrup you put on a whippy icecream cone so personal I'm not a big fan as I flavour Greek yogurt and shakes. If you like the syrup, you're in luck. The apple is like appletiser lemonade. It's quite synthetic flavour but it's ok to flavour protein pancakes. I would def recommend the toffee. I goes great with shakes, yogurt, protein fluff, tea/coffee and most baked products like cheesecake.
Buying these is the best decision I've made, never going back to flavoured protein. Mixed with just Impact Whey Protein (unflavoured so saving on money) and water tastes like a milkshake, plus you can have multiple flavours for a different shake each day. I've got quite a few so here's a review of each: Strawberry: Probably the best of the lot, go for a few flavours so you can mix it up, but definitely include this one. Toffee: Great on its own (even better mixed with banana for banoffee flavour (please bring out a Dulce de Leche flavoured one MyProtein)); a little sweet if too much used on own. Banana: Same as for toffee. Raspberry: Very good although I prefer strawberry. Vanilla: Good mixed with other flavours (and in coffee); not so great on its own. Chocolate: avoid at all costs - it is awful (unless you add cocoa powder as well but better off getting the pre-flavoured protein if you really want chocolate).Goes Well With:Impact Whey Protein, Water, Milk (optional)
I have tried the peanut butter and toffee flavours. I bought them to add to banana or chocolate smoothies for a change. The PB has a great, quite strong flavour. The toffee is less strong but also nice. They're also nice in a hot chocolate.Goes Well With:shakes, smoothies, hot chocolate
I got this and 2.5kg of unflavoured whey after all the great reviews. I was hoping that I could get that from now on and get my protein for less and with a better range of flavours. Raspberry (Stevia) Sadly on first taste I wasn't impressed. It does work and does put flavour into the whey but I needed whey more than the 7-10 to give it any flavour. (sorry for the pun) * 5 drops - No real change * 10 drops - Slight raspberry coming through * 15 drops - Still not up to the taste of the raspberry whey powder When calculated that I would need 15+ drops per serving to get a nice flavour the servings you get from this decrease and this then means the £/g protein goes down to where I might as well just buy the flavoured whey powder.Goes Well With:Unflavoured whey poweder
When I first got it I thought it will be one of those sweeteners that no really make any differences in the test. After trying it, This is the BEST thing ever, no more honey or sugar.Goes Well With:yogurts, oats, smoothies.
Good addition to unflavoured whey. I've tried the chocolate and peanut butter variety and prefer the chocolate version in shakes. I've found that mixing 5-6 drops of the PB drops with 2 tablespoons of fat free Greek yogurt and a tablespoon of natural peanut butter creates a taste similar to Ben and Jerrys peanut butter iced cream. So understandably, I've become addicted to this concoction. No disability issues whatsoever. Will order again.Goes Well With:Unflavoured whey, Greek yogurt and peanut butter.
These are the best invention EVER. Just add a few drops to yoghurt and it tastes just like the yummy sugar filled kind! I have toffee (my favourite for sure), banana and strawberry and add them to greek yoghurt on a daily basis. Don't know how I ever ate it without them!Goes Well With:Greek yoghurt
Excellent products - bought toffee, strawberry, white chocolate and vanilla and they are all amazing! Use toffee the most mixed in with practically everything from peanut butter to cottage cheese and it's delicious. Just adds that bit of indulgence without the guilt. Great value for money too!Goes Well With:Plain yogurt, cottage cheese, ice cream, myprotein pancake mix
So i bought one of these in toffee flavour not really expecting too much but thought i'd give it a try from a recommendation from lex Griffin. So went ahead and mixed it in with some greek yogurt and oh my god it tastes just like muller's toffee flavour without all the extra sugar. Also tried it with my oats and scoop of protein for breakfast and same again tastes amazing and for a long time i never ate porridge for breakfast until now :P. Liked it that much i ordered another two and will probably try other flavours at some point but an amazing product worthy of 5 star any day.Goes Well With:oats, yogurt, pancake mix
I use this to flavour my coffee or porridge (or whatever else I feel like) and absolutely love it! So far I've tried both Chocolate and Peanut Butter, and it's a great way of making guilt-free variations of coffee/porridge! Will definitely be buying more :)Goes Well With:Porridge Coffee
Looking at the reviews I thought I'd give a shot at the toffee flavour as I was getting bored of the rather bland unflavoured protein powder. The reviews on here are raving it like the stuff is a product sent from heaven. Quite the opposite, it's ridiculously sickly, even as someone with a sweet tooth, a drop or two makes the shake unbearable I would certainly not recommend the toffee flavour, possibly something else that is a bit more bland because it makes this makes honey taste like water. Horrible tasting experience to say the least and has certainly put doubt in my mind as to whether these positive reviews are legitimate. Goes Well With:the bin
I have now three flavors of these (toffee, choc stevia and raspberry stevia) and toffee is the best! I didn't quite like the chocolate flavour, but raspberry is nice.Goes Well With:greek yoghurt, porridge
I use it in my breakfast, with oatmeal and milk. The white choclate flavor tastes the best! It's super intense just with a few drops. I really recommend using those to add a little more flavor to your diet.
I bought the toffee flavour one and I absolutely love it, urs really nice mixed in your porridge or Greek yogurt Goes Well With:Porridge, Greek yogurt
I have 6 of these now as I bought 1 at first and they've been saving my life whilst cutting. I bought toffee first which goes well in most things. I then bought maple and strawberry, I would say maple is fairly similar to toffee so it's probably not worth buying both although they are both good. Strawberry is amazing, in yoghurt it tastes just like strawberry yoghurt and it has a slight sharpness as well as the sweetness so it isn't too sweet. Recently I bought peanut butter, banana and mocha. I haven't tried mocha yet but have tried peanut butter and banana. Peanut butter isn't a very strong flavour and doesn't really stand up to porridge so I'll try it in yoghurt next and hope I can taste it. Banana is my absolute new favourite, it definitely doesn't taste like the fruit but tastes like the sort of artificial banana flavour in milkshake, yoghurt etc which personally I really like. If like me you get bored quickly and like adding all sorts of flavours to food these are a great way to do so for cheap and no calories. Would highly recommend. Will update this review on mocha and peanut butter.Goes Well With:Cottage cheese, porridge, beltsander brownies, yoghurt, coffee
I bought this product because protein shakes have been giving me awful stomach pains so wanted to switch to milk, but I can't stomach the taste of milk so needed something to vamp it up ! I was recommended to try the toffee flavour by several people on twitter, so i took the plunge and ordered some. I first tried it mixed with plain 0% fat Greek yoghurt and honestly, it was to die for!!! Absolutely delicious!! Next, I tried it with milk and again, absolutely delicious!! I'm thrilled with this item! Great value too because I only needed 5-8 drops for a strong flavour in my yoghurt (200g) and milk (1 pint) ! Seriously stop reading reviews and just order some- you won't regret it! I'm off to order myself some other flavours now :-)Goes Well With:Milk / Yoghurt / Unflavoured Protein Formulas / Probably even oats but haven't tried it myself
New customer to MyProtein over the past 6 wks and I have grown to love the flavdrops. I mixed them with porridge mostly and they make such a difference. The toffee is def my fav. I also have the choc peanut butter which has a strong taste of choc and the banana flav too!! They are great little mix to help with sugar craving also great with Greek yogurt. I used them with the unflavoured impact whey and the do the job. I have an option of which flavour I fancy on a daily basis now instead of the same everyday. Goes Well With:Unflavoured whey protein, porridge, yogurt
Flavour drops are a lifesaver for bland porridge and Greek yoghurt. Toffee, Apple and Strawberry are my favourites. easy to carry, easy to mix and last quite a while. Already recommended to work colleagues to brighten up our porridge 😊Goes Well With:Oats Greek Yoghurt Homemade Protein Pancakes
Chose these because i find the powder flavours taste too much of sweetener, these do the trick nicely. Strawberry is ok still tastes a bit of sweetener and not as much flavour as I'd like but the toffee is fab! Mixed with the plain soy protein and soya milk - the decent Alpro stuff - it gives a malty taste a kinda like Horlicks. Lush.Goes Well With:Soya milk Soy protein powder unflavoured
Amazing taste can't fault all flavours
These are definitely the best thing i've ever purchased! So many different flavours that are incredible .. Banana and Toffee are my favourite! They produce so much flavour when added with greek yogurt, oats or if used for baking! They're so effective because you don't need to use sauces or flavourings with added sugars and calories so these are brilliant! Hopefully you can produce some more flavours in the near future *cough* coconut flavour haha! Goes Well With:Greek yogurt, oats, baking!
I buy unflavoured soya isolate which on its own is disgusting. I bought flavor drops in mocha, peanut butter and vanilla and they are all 10/10 on everything. It also means I don't get bored of having the same flavor shake when I can use whichever one I fancy on the day. It mixes in really well and you can decide how much flavor you want. The mocha one is probably my favorite out of the three and I can't wait to try more flavors!Goes Well With:Soya protein isolate
I have a super sweet tooth and these are great. I use them every day in my coffee or protein. They mix well and taste fab Goes Well With:Coffee, protein, cakes, sauces ☺
I mix this with unflavoured protein to make protein pancakes. It mixes well however there is little flavour so I needed to use alot. Worked better with shakes. Goes Well With:Milk/water for shakes
Cut sugar right down in my diet, these magical drops sweeten up bland foods! I put a few drops of maple in my morning coffee and it tastes fantastic Goes Well With:everything
I used the strawberry flavour drops with unflavoured why protein. It tastes great and mixes really well. It seems to last along time, I used about 10 drops on average with 300ml of milk) I have no idea how well it would work with water though. Overall, I am very pleased!Goes Well With:Unflavoured protein shakes
Brilliant have it in tea , with cereal makes life so much easier Goes Well With:anything food and drink related
I'm fairly new to the whole fitness world and was recommended these by my PT after purchasing the unflavoured Whey Protein. I bought the Toffee one to start and fell in LOVE with it! I now have 7 of the different flavours; Banana PB Chocolate White Chocolate Toffee Raspberry Strawberry Chocolate I mix a bit of toffee and banana in with my plain greek yogurt and it tastes just like angel delight dessert!! The fruit ones are a lot stronger in taste so you dont need half as many drops! I haven't used the White Chocolate or Chocolate ones yet but will be adding them to some baking recipes when I have time! I would highly recommend these to anyone looking to add a bit of flavour to bland food or those with a big sweet tooth!! They are amazing!!
I ordered the toffee flavour as I seem to have a major sweet tooth recently...its soooo good. Tastes great, goes with a ton of stuff and you only need a tiny bit. My housemate couldn't believe it, he thought I was joking when I gave him a vanilla protein shake with these drops in, and told him it literally had no cals except from protein. awwwwesome product. Ive ordered the choc peanut butter and peanut butter flavours too as I am a pb addict...theres differing opinions on those flavours but I guess I'll have to wait and see!Goes Well With:yoghurt, shakes, smoothies, pancakes, baking, coffee
I tried the White chocolate flavour and vanilla. Let's start with the positive. I really liked the vanilla, it seemed natural in taste and didn't leave an aftertaste. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the White chocolate flavour which was horribly artificial and I have already thrown the rest of the bottle away because I really couldn't stand it ;-( I'd still like to try more but don't like wasting things so not sure if I'll risk it or just stick with the vanilla which I now know I like!Goes Well With:Porridge, milkshakes
I bought a chocolate peanut butter drop as I love peanut butter and oh my! Absolutely gorgeous. I bought more a few days later. I used with unflavoured protein powder and also in yogurts. On the bottle if says 8-10 drops but I use more because I think it's delicious! Highly recommend and an excellent price Goes Well With:Unflavoured Protein & yogurt
I bought some unflavoured protein, mainly due to the quantity (I'm only recently out of university... you get the idea!) and the reduced cost compared to flavoured (and the sugar contents!). I saw these drops and checked a few reviews, everyone seemed to have something positive to say about them and for the price they are not a risk. I bought Toffee (the only one I have opened so far), chocolate and vanilla. Toffee is fantastic, often after mixing my unflavoured protein I will lick the lid of my shaker so not to drip before squeezing some flavdrops in and the difference a few drops make to the flavour is incredible. You honestly have to try it to believe it. I think anyone would enjoy the flavours, even if all you want is to make unflavoured drinkable.. you will actually want to savour your shake as drinking it too quickly will feel like a waste. Unless there is an unmissable offer on some flavoured protein that fits my diet I will always look for unflavoured first now, knowing that these drops will transform it into a really enjoyable drink. I also add toffee into my special K and unsweetened almond milk (also your standard Scottish oats and water), again, since I have tried it I can't help but add a few drops each time... again, a total transformation! The other great thing... I have been using my first bottle for some time, using a good number of drops each time and the bottle is still 3/4 full. I want to try white chocolate and hope for more flavours to be added.. maybe a cookies and cream or something. I have NO regrets over my purchase and I see absolutely no reason why I would not come back and purchase more bottles. More flavours please myprotein! Goes Well With:Whatever you like! Unflavoured protein, oats, cereal... (I wish I was more of a baker so I could explain to you all how great it tastes in baking.. one day!)
I used to consume a crazy amount of sugar, 3tsp in tea or coffee (and several a day) and loads of sweets, chocolates, biscuits. Some how I stayed slender, however after having a baby the weight was creeping on, and wanting my son to grow up not being addicted to sugar, so as a family we cut out excess sugar, me and hubby going regularly to gym and eating lean and very low sugar, and the results have been dramatic. Sugar cravings are hard to deal with but having a complete balanced morning shake, flavoured with theses drops ( and I now have a choc nut mp flavouring as well) So far I have; toffee, goes with most things, coffee, porridge, yoghurt White chocolate; subtle sweet creamy taste, I like it personally, vanilla whey and coco powder was still a bit bitter but add some of this and makes a nice chocolate flavour when I get a craving. Maple; subtle but again works well, like in yoghurt and porridge, can't wait to try on pancakes mixed with a bit of vitafibre. Goes Well With:Shakes, yoghurt, porridge, cakes, home made protein bars, coffee
These flavour drops are awesome, so far I have had peanut butter and toffee, toffee is by far the better of the two, I am a peanut butter addict, so the drops do nothing to match proper peanut butter taste. The toffee are awesome in a black coffee, to help fight a desire for milk, and in oats oh my days!! I will defo work my way through the flavoursGoes Well With:oats yogurt cottage cheese coffee and I imagine many other things
You can add this to porridge, cream cheese, or any other spread to get the peanut butter taste without the calories. As peanut butter has roughly 700+ calories/ 100 grams, it is otherwise really hard to incorporate this taste in your diet, if you a)really like peanuts and b) are trying to lose weight rather than bulk up.Goes Well With:Porridge, cream cheese
Recommend to anyone. Makes any shake taste so good. I now buy unflavoured shakes and just add one serving of Flavdrops, tastes nicer and saves you cash. If shaken well and served with milk it is the nicest shake I've had yet. Easy and quick. Definitely recommend to anyone.Goes Well With:Milk
