Our Egg White Powder is a spray-dried dispersible, egg protein, manufactured directly from egg whites and has a high protein content with over 80% protein per serving.
The high protein content will contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Every 3.1 grams of Egg White Powder is the equivalent to eating approximately 1 medium egg. The low fat (0.1g) and carbohydrate content (1.3g) also make this product an ideal choice for anyone looking to reduce body fat.
Egg White Powder is suitable for anyone looking to increase daily protein intake or for anyone looking for a source of protein before or after their training.

I've been using whey for over 10 years and wanted to try something different. Not sure buying 4.5kg of something 'different' is the smartest decision of my life. The reviews were a little off putting, mixability is below average compared to a good whey isolate. Taste and smell was fine, I've had far worse whey powders over the years. The foam is probably the worst part, you must shake it to mix it, but in so doing you create a huge amount of foam relative to how much powder you've used, I've eaten the foam with a spoon, my wife ran away making retching noises, bless her. I'll persevere with the foam, suggestions of Nutella and nesquick sound worth a try, anything to reduce foaming is worth trying as I've got no idea how much protein ends up as foam. Overall I'm happy and I will buy again, eggs have even better bio availability than whey and if you're vege' or intolerant of dairy or lactose this is a great choice. Another choice for the lactose intolerant out there is ISO PRO 97, not as cheap as this but a fantastic product.Goes Well With:A strong desire to make gains.
I think the product is absolutely amazing, I think that people should try to experiment with it more, doesn't have to be a drink, I personally make scrambled eggs with it every day, for every 5gms of egg white used, I add 50mls of soya milk, whisk it up in a food mixer for a couple of seconds, then cook it the same way you would scrambled eggs. It took me a few goes to get it right, but it makes a great combined omelette... What you'll need: 10" Frying Pan Flat Bottomed Mixing Bowl Hand Blender (A must - it won't mix properly by hand) 2x Medium Whole Eggs 15g Egg White Powder 40g Water 1x Medium Onion (Diced) 1x Medium Tomato (De-seeded & diced) 1x Small Chilli (De-seeded & diced) 1/2 Tsp Olive Oil 1) Put the pan on a medium low heat with the Olive Oil. 2) Dice the Onions and add to the pan to sweat and soften (not brown). 3) Weigh the Egg White Powder & Water into the mixing bowl and blend until it is a pale liquid. Making sure there are no lumps. 4) Crack the two eggs into the mixing bowl, and by HAND mix them in gently. You just want to break the yolks and combine together. It should be a streaky mixture. Add a good dose of Salt & Pepper. 5) When the onions are soft, sprinkle in the tomato and chilli and spread out evenly over the pan. 6) Turn the heat up to medium high, and gently pour in the Egg mix into the centre of the pan. Tilt the pan to spread it out. 7) The base and edges will begin to set immediately. 8) Tilt the pan away from you and scrap in the far edge to the centre of the pan, allowing more Egg mix to run onto the pan base. 9) Do the same tilting the the pan towards you. 10) Keep doing this until the Egg mix is no longer runny, but still wet on top. 11) Don't cook it until the top is cooked firm otherwise it will be over-done. 12) Take it off the heat and tilt the pan to fold the omelette in half & serve. The heat will keep it cooking on the plate. Goes Well With:Breakfast!
I really liked the product the first time I bought it - I even posted a 5-star review of it here. But since then I've ordered it two more times, and the quallity worsened each time. My last batch is terrible. Suddenly it doesn'm mix well (and if it does, then I get a shaker full of foam so thick, that I need a spoon to get it out) but what's the worst is the smell and taste... It's smell never was a perfume, that's the way it is with egg protein. But now it simply stinks with rotten eggs and the taste is horrible - it leavs an unpleasent 'plastic' aftertaste, non-existing in previous batches. When I complained to myprotein, they replied how they employ HACCP and GMP principles, that they have testers and nuances between batches can occur. If they call this a nuance, then apparently their tester is a dog... Keep in mind befor purchasing - this product is highly unstable, and varies greatly from batch to batch.Goes Well With:You need some serious amount of instant chocolate or strawberry or a very strong will to drink (eat the foam) it...
Excellent product - since I'm lactose intolerant I use egg protein instead of casein - excellent for Microwave mug cakes, pan pizzas, high protein pastries and baking -definitely recommend!Goes Well With:baking, microwave mug cakes
Found this quite difficult to mix initially. I find that the solution is to mix it with some other powder such as cocoa powder before but a small quantity of whey powder is just as good. Mix the powders together before putting in the water. Having overcome the mixing problem I find that this is easier to digest than whey and doesn't leave me with that bloated feeling. Would recommend.Goes Well With:Any other powder according to taste. After mixing the powders add the water.
I bought this some time ago, after trying to drink it straight just with water i nearly threw up... then some months later a friend told me to try adding it to my impact whey... i did this and it makes it so much better to drink down. Now i dont have any problems taking it, just add 1 scoop of it to my whey... ive checked this out with a friend of mine who is a pro bodybuilder, she has told me that it will help me out so much. I wish id started to use it earlier...
I have IBS and struggle with whey products (even isolate). Tried this as an alternative and great so far. Mixibility could be better but once mixed it isn't grainy like some of the other proteins. I found adding a teaspoon of nutella(not ideal) sorts the taste out and massively reduces the amount of foam produced (think whisking egg whites). Overall v.happy and definitely recommend adding a tspoon of nutella.

Very good! Taste's awful in a shake, really bad, GAG! but mix it with some oats and blueberries plus some dessicated coconut and some MyProtein flavour drops and you have the most wonderful pancakes!! Terrific taste and effect.Goes Well With:A home-made pancake recipe.
I dislike eggs and don't eat ANY eggs at all, so I was naturally cautious of this product, especially after some of the reviews! Yes the powder itself smells horrible, but I just mix one scoop of this with one scoop of normal flavoured protein (strawberry for example), mix it with milk or water and bingo, a protein shake that tastes NO different to the strawberry on it's own! And in fact, it's frothier, which is great :)Goes Well With:Flavoured protein.
Mixability could be better but overall it's a good source of protein. Overall v.happy and definitely recommend adding a teaspoon of strawberry milkshake powder.
This protein has the worst taste of anything I have ever personally tried. It seems like a quality product and I think if I could stomach it then it would be a very good protein source. However I can't so its sitting on the side in the kitchen until I find something to do with it. On another note the scoop that came with it was in several pieces inside the bag, so if you get protein powder just be careful there's no sharp bits in what you are drinking.
Let's make it short, the taste of the Egg White Powder couldn't be worse, but with FlavDrops, banana or some frozen berries. You can really mask the taste and you will love it. I used Whey Protein for 5 years and it had no effect. I was just drinking it because it was tasting good and I believed that it helps. After using the Egg White Powder for 2-3 weeks, I felt the power of it. Seriously it gives you energy and lots of power at the gym. This is real stuff without any chemicals (this is the reason I bought it), it's the only pure protein. Believe me, this is worth a try and if you are after effectiveness than taste, then you will stick with it for sure. Bought this as a change to whey protein. So far I just mix one scoop with two times warm water and add it to two scrambled eggs for breakfast it solidifies to make a nice scramble.Goes Well With:Eggs,sauerkraut, chillies, tomatoes.

The egg white powder doesnt mix well with water alone. But if you mix it with 10-20 grams of blended oats it becomes perfect. No foam or anything. The taste however is horrible. But the MP flavor drops og flavor powder makes it taste pretty good. It you are bulking and using it as a PWO shake you can even add a little dextrose which makes it taste like milkshake. As long as you combine the egg white powder with something else before adding water you should be fine. been using it for 3 years now due to milk protein allergies and Im very happy with it. Regarding the price you can even get it close to the same price as WHEY if you buy when MP are giving discount codes.. Goes Well With:MP flavoring Instant oates
Overall a quality product. I wanted to give my body a variety of proteins and this seemed to tick the box in terms of price and the amount of protein per scoop. I have the unflavored version so I add it my other protein / pre workout shakes. Alternatively, you can add a scoop of my protein peanut butter. In terms of mixability, the product mixes well and without any foaming at the top (i do however use a blender rather than a shaker). In terms of impact on my performance or physique - a little early to say. However early signs are good.Goes Well With:Peanut Butter, Milk or another flavored whey protein.
This is for me as good as any egg white powder can be. It does the job when one is trying to get the required amount of protein to stimulate muscle growth when weight training. It's a great alternative to the popular whey protein, which I simply am unable to tolerate as it causes me upset stomach and restless legs. None of the high street bodybuilding/health shops seem to stock egg white protein at all in the 2 towns near me. I find it mixes easily with a whisk or shaker. So many people expect this stuff to taste great, but it simply doesn't. Saying that I find it not unpleasant at all and rather neutral in flavour which is fine. I wonder if it might make a good meringue?? !Goes Well With:Just mix with water!
