I was taking this with carnitine, 2 of each tablets a day after breakfast. Within days, I noticed my belly fat had reduced. I was pretty lean already but had the problem fat that nothing seemed able to budge. I switched to only carnitine and the fat loss stopped. So I am now back on it. Works better and faster than anything else I have tried.
I don't normally write reviews on a product if any at all, but I genuinely think this deserves one. After hitting a plateau in my fat loss, I decided to purchase some of these as recommended by a fellow gym member. Now I have only been using these for a week (2 with breakfast, lunch and dinner) but I can honestly say that my stubborn belly fat has reduced a noticeable amount (Currently around 12%). True to these results, I have only gone and bought another 180 to help get me down for good!! i go to the gym 3 days a week with a good diet. i am looking to loose body fat around the abs so they stand out. am i wrong in thinking that these are fat burning tablets that will help out with ripping ab muscles. i have been taking for 2 weeks with little effect. any other tablets on here that may be better for burning fat and help ripping absGoes Well With:water
I have been eating g these for around 3 weeks now I wasn't seeing any change but at the weekend I noticed amazing results from around my middle (I'm talking big belly not average semi tidy stomach) The sides have cam in my over hang at the front is raising and my belly button isn't as southwards as it was I've had to buy 38 inch trousers down fromm 40 My thighs and ass also trimmer I'm only half way through the pot too wich is even better chuffed to bits with what it has helped me achieve as the weight loss really started to slow up on me
I used it for the last 3 months, consistently for the first 2.5 months and then not at al for the last two weeks. I've just ordered some more today. I noticed my toning was good using this with a decent diet, and a good gym regime, but wasn't sure how much the supplement had to do with it. And now I know! the two weeks off it have seen me redevelop a thing layer of surface fat on my abs, which weren't there when I was on it... basically, I've seen more definition on it without changing exercise habits, so i'll be sticking with it!
In the first two months of using these (combined with green tea capsules) I lost 9% body fat. Was sceptical whether it was just the change in my diet/training so stopped using them for a month and only dropped 3% body fat. I take 2 with meals that have Carbs in, there's no flavour so just take them with water. Disappointed that they've changed to now include 0.8g of CLA per capsule instead of 1g as the others did so unsure whether the effects will be reduced?Goes Well With:Carbs

Really good supplement to consume if u are after a steady weight loss especially burning off extra fat to obtain a shredded look, the use of these alongside impact whey and regular training helps your results become visible much quicker. Goes Well With:Anything
I haven't noticed anything from taking these.
Have only been taking these for 3 days but will unfortunately be stopping there. Of course side effects vary from person to person, but for me they have caused intense stomach cramps. I train 4-5 times a week and eat healthy, so it's just not worth it for me!
I delayed my review until I had finished cutting so I can review honestly. Used this supplement alongside the mega green tea extract. During cutting I saw slightly better results than when I have previously tried cutting without the aid of the supplements. IT seemed to help with the reduction of body fat around my abdominal region, and I felt it aided with ab definition. However this was alongside a strict diet and hard cardio routine. This may not work for everyone, but in my opinion for the price, even if it doesn't work, the placebo effect on motivation and outlook is worthwhile. Goes Well With:Mega Green Tea Extract
works well. helps to burn a bit more fat, and helps to keep muscles more pumped and solid whilst doing lots of aerobic exercise. great product in my opinion
I am in the middle of a 12 week gym programme and in the last three weeks I've been taking CLA along with EPA fish oils. My body fat % reduction rate has increased dramatically from 18.8 to 14% in those three weeks. I am training 4/5 times a week and also carb cycling with high protein content so CLA seems effective and gives an extra boost to those who are training hard and eating well. Been looking for an alternative to grenades now for a while as the cost is quite high and i found that the effects werent as good as the first few times i had run them. i have been on the tabs for 6 weeks now and waited til now to review them. i am 6 foot and 83 kilos, do cardio 2 times a week (circuits and hiit) and then the rest of my week is weights. the first week or so was pretty rough on my guts and to be honest i didnt see a change until around week 3 or 4 when i started to notice a change in my stomach. i eat well and gym 6 times a week, this is by no means a wonder pill, but if you eat right, work hard in the gym and take as you are supposed to (im on 6 a day) i think you will be pleased with the results. will post a follow up on the 12 week mark!
Used CLA several times over a few years and never saw any noticeable benefits. Did a little reading and unlocked the power of it - it needs to be combined with L-Carnitine. Preferably in Acetyl form. I combined 2 x CLA caps daily, with Acetyl-L-Carnitine powder, 3 times daily. 1) With first fat-containing food of the day 2) After lunch/with pre-workout food 3) The Acetyl-L-Carnitine I'd take with my food post-workout, as I found taking it just before bed interrupted sleep on occasion. 3.5) CLA with my last food before bed. Naturally if post-workout is last meal, I take both. I'd dropped my BF% down to around 18% (female) and was struggling to reduce the fat on my stomach. I track my diet incredibly closely and was running workout plans at the time. There were no other changes to my routine other than the addition of CLA and A-L-C. I managed to reduce the fat on my stomach and saw little reduction elsewhere; which was ideal as at that BF% I had previously had jutting ribs/pelvis simply due to how fat typically comes off of my body/my body shape. It takes a while for to build up within your system, so you won't see results immediately and you need to take the doses consistently. Naturally you will also need to be in calorific deficit, they're not magic beans. Goes Well With:Food. May get CLA burps/the taste repeating on you, but it's nothing horrific. Just tastes kinda odd.
So I have been taking this for a few months and can say that there is a difference in my middle section. They do suppress appetite. I take two in the morning with my first meal. Then two in the evening. If I'm training or have eaten more carbs than I should, I'll take two in the day too. I'm finding as long as I train, eat well and drink 3 litres of water a day, it's all good! However what works for me may not work for others so it's trial and error. Goes Well With:L-Cartenine
Helps you lose inches really well with no effect at all so no stimulates in them so cant really feel them working but you will see results! Thats what its all about

The softgels are easy to swallow and I've been witnessing good results. But the softgels stick to the walls of the container which is annoying.
