I have it pre work out as follows: Creatine Ethyl Ester Ginseng Guarana Gingko Biloba AAKG TAURINE TYROSINE D RIBOSE Follow this formula - If you think that workout is something painfull or something that needs plenty of your effort. It will cary you throu the workout on the wings of pegasus..or whatever dudes. I have some post recovery (bunch of stuff) and pre sleep (bunch of stuff),post sleep (a bunch of stuff) during the morning (a bunch of stuff) and during the day (another pile of stuff). Little advice to all this if I may: Avoid fructose,keep hydrated with gallons of water and stick to good sleep/food/lifestyle routines.
I use higher dosage of 6.5g Citrulline in pre-workout stack (mixed with 3.5g Beta Alinine, 2g AAKG, 1g Lysine, 5g BCAA, 40g hydro whey) 45 miinutes before workout. It seems more effective than AAKG as I can use higher dose without stomach upset. The taste is toxic; overpowering acidic like drinking car battery fluid when it is mixed with pre-workout stack. So I bought a capsule machine and put them in 00 size capsules (0.65g per capsule) and pop 10 capsules before workout. It definitely gives me massive pump, better stamina and less fatigue in metabolic interval training. I am sure it is not plecebo effects as it or other pre-workout ingradients consistently raise my training intensity . I don't use it any other time than pre-workout so i have no idea if it would encorage more blood flow to my manhood.

I was looking for a simple cure to my very poor circulation and I noticed a report on Citrulline Malate, I am recovering from a severe chest infection and although I am much better now and the infection has cleared my hands are usually cold and my feet and my ability to get an erection has almost gone. I am hoping that by taking Citrulline Malate will improve my circulation by dylating the blood vessels, especially in my extremities. I have taken the powder in orange juice twice a day in roughly 3 gram doses for about a week now and there has been some improvement in my circulation but no mirical cure yet.
This is the best Citrulline Malate I've come across. I have tried a few brands now and others tend to clump up and taste extremely acidic. This mixes well, stays in soft powder form, and doesn't taste anywhere near as strong.

I decided to take this Citrulline Malate as a precursor to argine to help with my circulation, and to help my small scale weight training. I've had no noticeable side effects and it doesn't taste too bad just neat in some water - it's like a sharp lemon taste. It's still a bit early but I have felt some benefit in that the training and cycling have felt easier and my circulation has improved. I will continue to use it before exercise.Goes Well With:Spirulina, Chlorella, Wheatgrass and Maca
This Citrulline Malate is a great add on to any pre-workout. It gives an awesome pump everytime and it is cheaper than all the pump products out there! And with most pre-workouts not using a suitable dose of citruline malate, using this lets you choose how much you want, so you know you are getting the right dose! "Having used this many years ago and remembering how well it worked,i chose recently to use again. Fantastic ability in allowing me to train easily for 1hr hardcore! Cardiovascularly makes a big difference in myself and coupled with creapure im getting some amazing pumps...The t-shirt i wear is loose around the arms and after 15mins of training,,ie back etc (not even arms directly) the t-shirts is tight around the arms...lol Absolutely crazy....!!...So for me it works without any doubts whatsoever ever!....Search which ammount works for you..ie i mix 2.5g or heap it to 3.5g mixed with 2.5g creapure and thats what lets me train.
