Cinnamon Extract has been used for a number of decades for its health supporting properties.
Above and beyond its use as a spice, Cinnamon has been shown in various studies to support digestive health through its ability to calm the digestive process and ease certain digestive problems.
More recent scientific research has shown Cinnamon Extract can help maintain balanced energy release by supporting glucose metabolism, resulting in healthy blood sugar levels. When used as part of a structured diet, Cinnamon can support glucose metabolism and may be useful for certain health conditions. In addition to its potential for glucose metabolism, cinnamon may also provide antioxidant activity. Cinnamon contains flavonoids, which are potent antioxidants and may work synergistically with vitamins and trace elements.

It's not easy to tell if Cinnamon Extract is working but I used some on one of my recent diets and was amazed at how much more balanced my energy levels were and how much better I digested some of the harder diet foods. I've tried dieting with and without it and I can say it's just a few percent better with this. I personally can't stand the taste of cinnamon (never could) so I like having pill extracts of it. This is a very cheap addition - it might only make a slight difference but if you feel less bloated, more alert and have more physical energy (without a cheap stimulant jolt) it's worth the low extra cost.Goes Well With:Any diet meals, especially if you've just changed your overall diet
