"Ok this product is good but it needs to be taken in much higher doses than described. Only buy if you can afford to buy 8+ bottles in one go which should last just under 8 weeks. Yes that's right you need to take alot of these. One bottle of 60 caps should last 6 days (10 per day) if you want to get the best gains. if you don't take these high amounts you will be wasting your money. I take 3000mg per day (10 capsules) spread over the day with protein and have noticed my muscles after a few days were more pumped; after one week were bigger, harder and more defined. I have been taking this for a month now and my body has lost a layer of fat and muscles are bigger, more defined and harder than ever before. you must take this with protein and should be considered a protein booster which forces your body to absorb and utilise protein. I take 2 cap around 7am with 10grams of BCAA powder and 15g of Spirulina mixed in a glass of juice plus a banana eaten. 08:30-9am I have 4-5 boiled eggs & 2 caps. 11am I have 30g protein shake & 1 cap. Lunch 12:30-1pm higher protein lunch + 1 cap. gym 3-4:30pm then post workout shake & 2 caps. dinner 7:30 (lots of meat) & 2 caps. BCAA 10g powder + Alfa 20g powder mixed with juice 8:30pm. This probably the only product I have tried that really helps to increase muscle size (apart from protein) and I have tried them all. the negative comments will be from people that only take one or 2 per day which is a waste of time and money. taste and smell is chemically but wash down easy as they are small. No negative side effects at all. No significant, noticeable strength gains but muscle size increase is noticable."

I'm taking 6 Beta Ecdysterone per day - 3 at 10am with PHD Synergy Iso 7 then 3 at 5pm after training. I've seen improved ability/recovery/strength. Fat loss has increased and muscle gain improved, so it's a great product. Nearly 50 and training harder than ever.
"Firstly a great product. I do agree that it is most effective if more than two caps are taken daily. I found ordering two bottles at a time is good. With the ecdy i have found that it has dramatically increased the protein synthesis in my body and I know this because I am constantly hungry when taking this and training 6 times per week. I am not just hungry for any crap, I actually want to eat protein because my body digests it so quickly when using ecdysterone. No supplement is 5 stars, but I would recommend this to anyone looking for that extra legal edge when building muscle."
It works but its not cheap - i say so cos what I found out is that you need to take a lot to see results BUT they are great \nI was taking Ecdy from different supplier in a powder form in piramid fashion. started with 500mg and ramped up to 2000mg/day.\nIF you take 1gr at once with big protein shake you will see what im talking about - after an hour i felt pumped (without excersises) which is weird and awesome at the same time!\nI wish only that MP could sell it as powder so it would be cheaper and I could cap it

Been using Beta Ecdysterone solidly for 2 weeks now. Took other peoples advice and started with 4 per day. Smaller capsule to take does have a slightly chemical taste which is irrelevant because its if they work that's important. 2 weeks in and seen greater gains from the previous 3 months. Muscles are firmer, bigger and fuller. Max rep weight improved and recovery time greatly improved. Feel stronger already. Don't feel fatigued in gym even stopped taking a pre-workout. Would recommend this product, good quality as usual.Goes Well With:True whey
"This is a great product for anyone wantin more from there diet, started on 2 a day as instructed, and noticed gains from 2 weeks+ , then taking 3 a day there after until the tub was empty! one with breakfast (eggs) one with lunch (chicken or tuna) and one post workout with a weight gainer protein shake, precourse weight was 14.8, and finishin weight was 15.2, with out changin much at all, nice one MP"
"Great price compared to other brands! I found it works well, you have to take it as advised high quantity, with high protein diet. Doing so I have seen good steady gains in strength and size. Am taking 900-1200mg and also taken with methoxy isoflavone which seems to work well together. I agree with previous review takes a few weeks to get going so stick with it. make sure your protein intake is sufficient and train hard, theyre not magic, you have to put the work in at the gym."

"i've been searching for this product for a long time as i have read positive press on it. \n\ni didn't increase my protein intake as it is already high as i train all the time. \n\nthis product didn't do anything,no size, density or composition changes. i even upped the dose after 2 wks.\nthe guy above says to mix trib,beta and methoxy together, which is interesting as only methoxy worked for me (i have tried all 3 seperately)my methoxy and beta overlapped so i was taking both at the same time at one point. no noticeable difference\n\nif you want something to increase the synthesis, i'd recommend methoxy with bcaa. works for me."
Gave these a try as a 44 year old hitting the gym hard, just to give that extra push. Was taking 6 a day but made no difference to increased energy levels, if anything probably made them less. Think they attributed to a restless sleep pattern and subsequently made me tired through the day. I've a high libido anyway so absolutely no effect there either. Only used them for 10 consecutive days with no apparent positive results so won't be using them again.
Seems to be working but it's too early to tell for certain.
