Beta Alanine is a non-essential amino acid that combines with L-Histidine to help form Carnosine. Increasing the concentration of Carnosine in muscles is vital to athletes as Carnosine can increase your ability to work harder and perform for longer. It may also prevent lactic acid build up during intense exercise, thus reducing fatigue.
Supplementing with Beta Alanine can increase endurance and endurance based performance by reducing the effects of the fatigue inducing by products of intense exercise. This in turn can lead to greater gains in strength and lean body mass.
Warnings: Beta Alanine can cause a tingling and flushing effect on the skin. This is a perfectly normal reaction by the body and not harmful.
Loading Phase (days 1-5): Consume 2 tablets 4 times daily, spaced evenly throughout the day.
Maintenance Phase (days 6-35): Consume 2 tablets 2 times daily, spaced evenly throughout the day. For best results continue the Maintenance Phase until day 35. A complete 35 day period requires 160 tablets (2 tubs). Upon completion of the 35 day period we recommend taking a 2 week break before starting again. Servings are best taken in-between meals. Serving size: 2 tablets

The tingling with Beta Alanine is nothing to be worried about, it's like having extremely mild pins and needles to say the most. I train fasted so muscle endurance is a slight issue but BA completely tackles it.
My only intake is before the gym and about 30 minutes before of four tablets.Goes Well With:water

Great product. Instantly noticed greater endurance and a distinct reduction in lactic acid build up. I didn't adhere to the recommended daily intake as it seemed excessive. I took two tablets half hour prior to working out and it gave me bags more energy. Definitely no 'placebo' effect!

Beta Alanine is easy to consume, tablets aren't too big. It seems to help in my training. I have slight tingles in my face after about 10 minutes of taking but nothing major.

"This product definitely gives you a kick for when you're in the gym, however the two downside's are: 1) Part of me thinks the kick doesn't actually give you any more energy, it's more of a tingling/pins and needles, than a boost of energy; 2) Immunity builds up real fast, so after a couple of weeks you'll need to start upping your dose, or take some time off it for a while. Interesting product, but I wont be buying it again."
