Please read

This is a great value pack, but please heed this warning. MyProtein has stated this nowhere - it is potentially dangerous to take ZMA and 5-HTP together due to ZMA's high B6 content. Google it. At very least you are probably wasting your time as it will render it ineffective. It is irresponsible in my view that they haven't warned of this. Even more so - their SleepMax product even combines the two in one pill. You can take one or the other quite safely.
