I must admit this was a partial impulse buy thats has assisted me in my benching. I have used these for a dew sessions now and find them both comfortable and useful whilst benching and overhead pressing. The quality of this item rivals leading brands such as titan and inzer in both comfort and quality.. I would highly recommend these to any powerlifting/strongman of any level or ability.

These wrist straps are a steal for the price. I use them to lift heavy on exercises that involve dumbells and It's been pretty effective till date. Easily adjustable on the fly thanks to velcro straps. If you're looking for cheap but quality straps that can give you an edge in your lifting, then these are the straps for you!

Goes Well With:

Dumbells and isolation exercises.

These have helped as I now have less my pain in my wrists during heavier lifts and allow me to complete more sets whereas beforehand I was needing to stop early due to the pain in my wrists! I have very small wrists and they fit me well. I usually tuck in the thumb straps as I find them a bit annoying.

Best Purchase Ever

A year ago in April I cracked my wrist bone and caused some bad nerve damage which still affects me quite bad especially whilst lifting, a friend recommended picking up some straps so I purchased these on Friday night (10PM) and they came this morning (Monday Morning) just in time for my lifting session. With the use of these wraps I felt no pain at all and was finally comfortable and able to work out properly! Literally in love with these straps and they may have changed my gym life for the better

Not Bad

These Myprotein Wrist Wraps are very good when training heavy as they give you extra stability and are a steal for the price. Myprotein really need to consider, the velcro straps as they do give after a lot of use. As to the thickness of the wrist wraps themselves, I find them a bit too think and the material could be a bit thicker, but overall they're not bad.

I bought the wrist wraps to help with the strain whilst curling and pressing, the pain in my wrists was preventing me from lifting the weights I knew I could, the straps work really well in offering support where needed. The thumb loops are good for putting the wraps on, keeps them in place whilst tightening, but I take them off and tuck them in when in use as I don't like the way they feel. The stitching around the labels have started to come away but I'm not surprised due to the tension that is put on them. I don't want to state the obvious but if you have never used wrist wraps before I recommend loosening them after each set as pins and needles then numbness soon sets in! I can't say whether they will withstand the test of time as I've only used them for a few weeks but overall they are a good product, they do what they are designed to do and at a great price.

Good for lighter lifts

- (04 / Oct / 2013)

Compared to other wraps these are rather short (approx. 25cm unstretched) and made of soft stretchable fabric. This results in the convenient fact that it doesn't take ages to wrap them around your wrist and they give you a quite comfortable feeling. But as soon as it comes to heavier front squats or cleans, they do not support your wrists as good as their longer, thicker relatives. That is why I would recommend them for lighter lifts, but as you go heavier you might want to invest in some thicker wraps. The seams seem to be of good quality, so I do not expect them to rip soon. Overall good wraps.

These wrist wraps are good, but not excellent. They do what they say on the "tin". they provide good support. Could do with being a tad longer to get more wrap and support. The only reason I have not given them a full 5 star rating is because basically the Velcro strip came half off after the first test fit. I perhaps pulled it too tight, but these things are meant to be tight and the stitching burst right out. It is repairable (MUM!!!?) so I'll probably reinforce the stitching on the Velcro strip. This may have been a bad apple as it only happened on one of the straps but still... For the price its not worth the hassle of organising a refund/replacement etc etc.

I used these Myprotein Wrist Wraps to get my PB on chest press. They are really durable, easy to put on, nice and short so you're not left with a lot of material, they are easy to wipe down if they are covered in chalk.

Purchased these as I have developed tendonitis in my left wrist. It got to the point where I definitely couldn't train anymore, I rested for 3 weeks or so and went back in to the gym equipped with these. They do work exactly as intended and keep the wrist in the correct position, they have definitely helped me get back into training sooner. I would recommend that anyone who lifts heavy use these before needing to due to injury. My tendonitis was caused from a combination of poor form and repetitive keyboard use and using these prior to the point of excruciating pain would probably have played a big part in preventing my current situation.

Bought a pair of these as I needed extra wrist support after tearing the Scaphoid ligament in my wrist, my wrist has not yet recovered to full strength but wearing these wraps on my pressing movements, even some pulling movements and squats helps to keep the wrist in a good position whilst performing the movements. Would definitely recommend to someone who doesn't have the biggest of wrists when benching or doing overhead movements,.

Worn these a few times now and have noticed right away that my wrists are not as sore as lifting weights without them. They are adequate for my use as I'm not a heavy lifter although they could withstand a good bit more than what I'm capable of at the moment. All in all very comfortable and at a great price - very happy with my purchase.
