It is good if you mix your own pre-workout like I do. Getting exact measurement of caffeine, arginine etc. is important. 100g is very low tho, need to buy another scale for food.Goes Well With:Caffeine
This scale works just as good as i expected it to. It measueres down to 0.01 grams, which is very usefull when mixing your own preworkout, i can really recommend this!
The scales I received looked different to the ones in the picture but they work great and have all the functions I need. They are very sensitive so are great for weighing light powders such as caffeine where it's important to get a correct dose.
Alot smaller than I'd hoped and only measures 100g but OK for prep for smaller meals/oats! Great scales, pity about size!
Manufactured by PAD Mini Scales RZ series. I bought these scales to measure pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and such like for adding to my daily bowl of porridge. So typically I will measure out 5-10 grams of each type of seed, my current digital scales which was designed for upto 5KG with a graduation of 1g was not happy measuring 5g and could often be out by +/-5g hence why I bought these scales. These are much better at measuring small quantities and have no trouble measuring 5g and I am generally happy with its capabilities, however I have only one issue with these scales and it has to do with accuracy. The graduation or readability as they say on the box is 0.01g and the accuracy is +/-2d (what ever that means) would have you believe they accurately measure to within 0.01g but I find they measure in steps, ie loading the scales with very small pieces of paper it will read 0g (no load) then 0.6 then 1.19 then 1.79 then 2.39, irrespective of variation in paper size. You see a pattern ?, it increments in 0.6g steps. Not really a problem with my 5g of pumpkin seeds as they may actually be 4.7-5.39g, who cares, not an issue for me, but if you are thinking of measuring accurately 1g or less of anything that 1g could be +/- 40% out. I am assuming of course that my scales don't have some weird fault ! Having said that I would recommend these scales bearing in mind the accuracy is variable from 0.01g -0.6g and most people on here aren't interested in +/- 1g of anything. If anybody already has these scales and finds there scales are happy measuring 0.01,0.02.....0.1,0.2 etc please let me know.
These are the most accurate set of scales I have owned. They can perfectly measure powder such as the phosphatidylserine I bought from MyProtein in milligrams, which is just what I required. Backed up with a two year warranty and I can't really fault this product.
Brilliant, small, compact set of scales. Not the same as is shown in the photo, but brilliant all the same. Very precise measurement as stated and very portable. Only measures up to 100g though which I didn't find to be a lot especially if you measure supplements like me by adding your water into the mixer, putting your mixer on the scales, setting it to zero and then adding your protein. Not a problem to change methods though.
