I'm no high roller so...

...this was a great alternative to buy, most foam rollers are 3-4 times the price. This one although a little narrow fits the bill perfectly. Very effective on the lower back and other over-worked muscle areas. If unsure how to use it just see numerous demo vids on Youtube for assistance. Can help increase recovery, flush out lactic and provide relief from knotted areas. You'll look like a fool using it but who cares!

Excellent Tool

I am a big advocate of foam rollers. As a strength and conditioning coach I highly recommend them to my athletes because it works. I recently purchased a large number of them for the rugby team I coach and they are seeing huge benefits. Less time off the field, less money spend for costly massages and better mobility in the gym as well as on the field. The MYPROTEIN roller is of great quality and an unbeatable price.

Exactly as it looks. Probably a tad too long but very firm. Not a wonder product but helps in recovery.

Handy

This is a great foam roller. The smaller size means it's not in the way and easy to store. I have always felt ridiculous using a roller in the gym would much rather use it at home.

This is the first foam roller I have ever got so I am not able to compare it to another to give it 5 stars. I have no complaints about the product as it is cheap and appears that it will last. Additionally it is able to help me stretch out muscles and aches before and after exercise.

Convenient

The size of this foam rollers is matching my gym bag's as if it was designed for it. Also the firmness of the roll is great. It is quite hard so you are actually able to do some great foam rolling with it instead of wiggling on a too soft roll. Tip from my fysiotherpist: instead of actually rolling, find your muscle knots and hold your bodypart static (relaxed) while applying pressure.

Great price, great product

This roller is the perfect density to really get into those stubborn knots but just pliable enough the it still feels comfortable to use. Really helped with my mid/upper back posture and feels great on calves after a heavy leg session.
