Our formula is based on the same essential amino acid profile as our Impact Whey Protein, only it has a faster amino acid absorption rate* (unlike intact protein, free amino acids don’t require digestion - plus, it's fortified with a 4:1:1 ratio of the BCAAs, leucine, isoleucine, and valine. These occur naturally in protein, which helps to build and repair new muscle.1

Building blocks
I'm a big believer in using aminos and these are my go to. Good dosage and good value, I also the powder to add flavour to boring old water. Highly recommend these and many of My Protein other items.

The tablets are big and powdery - yuck
I think BCAA or EAA's are something I'm lacking in my diet, so I've ordered these EAA's for the first time to help supplement. The tablets are huge! I normally have no problems with swallowing tablets, but these are seriously big. In addition, they're very powdery and they smell awful. I have a mild panic attack thinking about taking these, so I have a big glass of water nearby to help stop me choking. It's only happened once, but it's not fun. The worst thing is, the advice on the bottle is to take THREE before *and* after training. That's a lot. I'm only taking two afterwards a heavy session. Not the recommended dose, but it's two more than zero. And once I'm done with these, I'll look for a different product. Probably from a different supplier.
