Suggested Use

Add 150-250ml of water or milk into our shaker (the less liquid the thicker the shake will be). Then add 1 MP large scoop (25g), shake and consume. Use 2-3 times daily or as required.

    ordered 2.5kg of strawberry cream and its possibly the nicest whey shake i have had yet especially when mixed with milk! i had choc mint before this and it was very nice but the mint flavouring came across as a plasticy taste at times. i will definately be sticking to the strawberry from now on! 5 stars

    I started using this protein shake on the recommendation of one of my friends, i ordered the Strawberry Cream flavour of this shake 2 weeks ago and mix it with water mostly but sometimes also milk. I take it 3 times a day, morning, pre-workout, post workout. I have to say this is the best protein shake i have ever tasted, it genuinely tastes like a milkshake and i absolutely love it! i have used in the past phd whey, ON gold and various other ones but this is defiantly the best tasting. As for results 2 weeks is bait early to get any significant results and as i am on my cutting cycle i can't talk about gains. However i have noticed that my strength has maintained almost the same and i seem to be retaining more muscle than when i was on phd whey. I recommend this product to everyone! :)

    Started using this 2 months ago. I bought the Strawberry Cream flavour and mix it with milk, taking one shake in the morning, one post gym session. Couldn't ask for more from a protein shake! Flavour is perfect - not too sweet but tastes just like a normal strawberry milkshake from a restaurant. As for gains - already visible and have made a massive leap in the weights I'm doing in some areas. Definitely recommend this product and especially the flavour! Enjoy

    Amazing delivery service don't know what people moan about i ordered mine yesterday after the next day delivery time yet it still showed up today so i really can't moan. Mixability is great , taste is well not there as i ordered the unflavoured so it is what it says. Can't comment on effectiveness as i have only just recieved the product but i shall in a few months.

    Wasn't sure which flavour to order as I had been using unflavoured a while ago and it was drinkable but you kinda had to get it down you asap. Ordered some vanilla and WOW it really surprised me it's that good you could easily drink it as a treat to enjoy. It mixes perfect with some milk with no lumps etc. Will definitely order this from now on could not fault it.

    Great price and on the whole, cheaper than almost everywhere else. Chocolate Smooth: creamy, sweet chocolate flavour. Delicious, although gets very foamy with milk. Almost too sweet for drinking on a daily basis. However, 8% less protein than unflavoured. Strawberry Cream: Another excellent flavour, but very sweet as well. Goes very well with both milk or water, with no hint of off-putting eggy/cheesy flavours sometimes found in other powders. Not too thick. Banana: Sweet, but not as sweet as Choc smooth. Mixes quite thin, which I like. Overall, all three are great tasting flavours with excellent mixability. Try 1-2 scoops of protein, 1 scoop of oats and two tablespoons of olive with 400ml of semi or full fat milk for a cheap, effective and tasty weight gainer.

    This is my second order of Impact Whey Protein with MP since embarking on my workout regime in January of this year. In summary, absolutely faultless. The order process through to delivery has been second to none and I have found that the products offered are of the highest quality and of the best value. I have tried a number of protein shakes in the past, (generally the chocolate flavour) so thought I'd first opt for the smooth chocolate offering from MP. At 82g per 100g the impact whey represents superb value, mixes extremely well and is pretty good tasting, if a little sweet. For my second order, I opted for 5kg of unflavoured and have never looked back. The taste can be described similar to that of powdered milk that I actually enjoy. It also gives you free reign to change the flavour as you see fit, by adding a variety of different flavours (fruit, cocoa, honey etc). Furthermore, it works out even better value, saving £13.50 over 5kg of a flavoured alternative. Presumably the protein content is likely to be nearer the 82g per 100g claimed over and above the flavoured varieties as the additional flavourings are not present to bulk out the powder. My recommendation is unflavoured all the whey (pun intended). I usually drink one of these in the morning with 5g of creatine monohydrate and two further shakes through out the day. I add another after a workout on workout days to assist recovery. The MP offering of Impact Whey has been paramount in ensuring I'm hitting the 1g of protein per 1lb of body weight target and my gains have been notable in such a short period of time. Thank you MP - keep up the great work.

Although it doesn't have the best protein content it's just too good value for money to turn down, its the first product I have bought consecutively. Great product, by a mixer ball or grid if you find it has bits or just shake for longer.

    I am using this product for weightloss, and because as a vegetarian and feel I could do with the extra protein. I am having a shake for lunch, and it's just fantastic. I got 2.5lbs of UNFLAVOURED (I wanted to avoid sweeteners) and it's wonderful. I'm a huge iced coffee fan, so I mix a scoop of MyProtein, with 200ml of water and half a teaspoon of decaff coffee... It tastes EXACTLY like my soy iced latte from Costa's!!! I highly recommend this product, delivery was within 2 days. Oh and if you don't have a shaker, be sure to get the MyProtein one, it's great, no leaks and shakes the product really well. Can't wait to buy my next bag!

    I have tried Strawberry Cream, Vanilla, Raspberry, Chocolate Nut and Chocolate Mint. Without a doubt, Chocolate Mint is the best tasting protein shake I've ever tasted. It tastes like aero but in liquid form and tastes great with water too. I look forward to drinking this every day. Strawberry Cream is okay - I wouldn't purchase this again as I find it a little too sweet and too artificial tasting. It also tastes a bit like strawberries and coconut mixed in. As for Vanilla, Raspberry and Chocolate Nut, I wasn't too keen on them. The Raspberry nearly made me gag. The first sip tastes somewhat raspberry-ish and then the second sip tastes like I'm drinking shortbread, which is very sickly. Vanilla is creamy and bland.. Not much taste to it. Chocolate Nut tastes like a really bad watered down ferrero rocher - Not the worst tasting, but not one I'd choose to buy again. As for the mixability, chocolate mint can be a bit lumpy and can take longer to mix with a shaker, but I don't mind that. The other flavours mentioned mix relatively well with no lumps or clumps.

    Bought it few days ago, came today. Took three business days to come so not bad. I got 5kg pouch UNFLAVOURED. Drank it just now with water, mixed it in glass with a spoon. Mixability is GREAT! I expected the taste to be disgusting and actually it tasted like water and a bit of vanillia (lol). I thought I would have to add cacao or something.. but the taste is good, mixability is great. Love this product...

    Great stuff, value for money, and super-fast delivery. Mixes really well, and helped me kick my sugar cravings. Toffee is very, very sweet and tried the Chocolate Mint too. Both are absolutely delicious! After two weeks of having 2-3 shakes a day when ive been working out - I am already noticing marked results in both muscle definition and my strength. Was using the Holland & Barrett chocolate whey protein before, with some results - but not much and it was expensive for what it was!. Plus it tasted like chalk compared to this stuff!

    Excellent product, I'd recommend buying flavoured though. Unflavoured is drinkable, but honestly it's nasty (tastes like watery, rancid milk) and it is only slightly cheaper to buy the unflavoured version and flavour it yourself. If you want to relax after your workout with a nice shake flavoured is more convenient and enjoyable.

    I've tried a few of the protein powders on the market. They vary in taste, mixability, protein content etc. MyProtein have got it just right with this product. And to cap it all, the price is amazing. I bought 2.5kg of Chocolate Smooth and it's great stuff. I'm going to go for Banana next to see if that is as good. Either way: I won't be buying protein from anywhere else from now on.

    Fantastic product. Recommended to me by a top bodybuilder who took into account that I'm veggie. Mixed beautifully. I go for the unflavoured so that I can cut out the sweeteners etc plus the unflavoured has a higher protein content. I put mine in a blender with a little honey, berries,ice and water. Tastes great, tastes like melted ice cream when blended like this. Awesome!! This way you can change the flavour by switching up the fruit. Also, very fast delivery and great prices.

    Best value for money. If you're looking for a protein to use post workout this is not for you - as this protein is made with singe source protein, at post workout u better use mixed protein. but if you're looking for a protein to use between meals to suffice ur protein needs this is great product. Also this product taste amazing - but for the best taste ignore the suggested use and put half of the water or milk recommended, i put 150ml of milk or 75ml~100ml of water for maximum taste.

    I first bought the cookies and cream flavoured whey, mixed with milk it tasted like rice pudding (I added cinnamon for extra taste), and with water, just like cookies and cream. My shakers have a metallic ball in them, and mixability was stellar, extremely easy to mix up and drink. I tried the vanilla too which was not as good tasting as cookies and cream, but on the whole still did the job. Currently I am consuming the flavourless version of whey protein where you have the highest serving of protein per scoop (19 g) than any other flavour (which have less protein per scoop) variety. Don't be afraid to try the flavourless variety with water. It has a taste of skimmed milk, and is definitely easy to swallow, no weird after tastes or anything like that, pure awesome, and best value for money! You won't be disappointed.

    Went for 5kg of Smooth Choc and overall it's enjoyable to drink when mixed with milk. Mixes quite easily by shaking and does not clump up. Unfortunately it's just too sweet and it would be great if the manufacturers could reduce the Sucralose content by say 30%. On this basis I think it would be far better tasting. Think it's a bit mean that the 25g measure is not included it must only cost pence to make.

    I have been through 2 kilos of this (2-3 shakes a day) and have gained about 3.5kg in this time, which far exceeded my target. this was combined with a slightly increased diet. no noticeable fat gains. most importantly for me these shakes are gentle on my stomach. previous brands i have used caused discomfort and stomach upset, but these have not. for that reason as much as any I would buy these again. I dont buy for taste so wont comment on that in detail, just that they are fine. unflavoured mixes well with greek yoghurt and milk. strawberry is fine with water. i dont buy to enjoy the taste though.

    order the strawberry and cream and it came the following day. when opening the pouch to poor into a tub (which i brought from MP) the smell was very plesent. i mixed it in the MP mastermix with 250ml of milk. after bout 20seconds of shaking the mixture was total lump free and really smooth. tastes really good too. cant comment on effectiveness yet but will do after a few weeks.

    Been experimenting with other Myprotein products, and have returned to this - 2.5kg vanilla. It tastes so good with water - really does taste like melted ice cream and I really look forward to it after training. This mixes impeccably. It gets so smooth and frothy after 30 seconds of shaking. Yes, other proteins on the market have a higher protein content. But this is half the price, so just use twice the serving and nothing can beat it. I have gained 3.5 kg in 4 weeks, and 4 scoops of this a day is definitely contributing. Yum

    Cheaper than most other site, fast delivery which is fab. I got the latte and choc mint flavours, both mix great with water, no lumps or clumps. Latte tastes ok but not sure if i would get this flavour again (personal preference) but choc mint was amazing 10/10. Would recommend myprotein products 100% great job

    The best protein product I have ever used. I don't like all the flavours but with so much choice there's bound to be something for everyone, personally I found the Strawberry Cream to be far too sweet but the Choc Nut and Choc Mint flavours to be great! The taste can get a bit boring if you get the huge packets. I recommend you buy 3 or 4 of the 1kg sachets in different flavours and rotate them so you don't get annoyed with the same thing over and over again. Mixes just great in the shaker, soya/dairy milk works fine. I usually shake it for about 20sec then leave it for 5min to dissolve a bit then shake it again. You get a good smooth texture that way, then just neck it.

    I've been using this stuff for over a year, I usually go for the the 5kg unflavoured although I thought I would splash out on some flavour as there was an offer on. They all mix well with any shaker and seem to do the job. The strawberry cream is very sweet! manageable if drunk with water only but not for me. Best to stick with the unflavoured stuff, its a bargain, tasty and creamy enough.

    I am so impressed with this product. I have tried two expensive brands of protein recently and I couldn't drink either without gagging. This protein on the other hand is delicious! I got the strawberry and chocolate flavours and they are both just like milkshakes. They are really smooth and not grainy or lumpy.     The Raspberry is disgusting, it doesn't mix well at all, saying this I also tried some smooth chocolate and it was delicious coupled with superb mixability! Rasberry gets 2 / 5 Smooth Chocolate gets 3.5 / 5 - would get 5/5 but 8% less protein for more money is just wrong. Be careful of your flavour!

    Ordered the 5kg pouch unflavoured. Very fast delivery. Have bought MP products before and no complaints. Not too bothered about taste to be honest as all i am interested in is if it does what it says. Been a serious weight trainer for over 25 years and believe me I have drank many a disgusting drink in my time. So unflavoured with about 250 mils of water soon goes down. For those of you with a delicate palate you can always add fruit or yoghurt, if you have no blender just add some fruit squash( low sugar of course). as for the no scoop issue, no big deal, either buy one or measure it out. About quarter of a cup should do you. Happy Training!!

    Finally, a company that gets it. Some products don't need over advertising to get attention, they become popular through word of mouth. This is one such product. I know a couple of guys that use this whey and they couldn't rate it higher. What I wanted, above all, was value for money and this really is. I'll be ordering from Myprotein for as long as they remain such good value. I went for the unflavoured version and bulk bought which is the cheapest way to do it. What I got was no frills, no fancy packaging, value for money. This is a protein powder that doesn't cost an arm and a leg, mixes really well and I actually like the taste. Delivery was hassle free too. Job done.

    On review of the unflavoured version, it tastes awful with water. It's much better with milk, plus with the added protein of the milk. I usually take this post workout with some creatine too. I also have a scoop of this in the morning mixed with 2 scoops of Instant Oats and a 5g scoop of creatine. This is the cheapest whey protein I have come across and will continue to use it.

    Overall i am a neutral on this, the product itself is faultless,it doesn't taste made up or too sweet like the big brands and mixes well, tastes good too. The packaging is terrible though, please MyProtein swap to tubs, the seal on my bag broke within a week and I am now having to peg it down, not ideal. Also it came without a scoop, another little setback that other brands seem to include without any fuss. 8/10

    I have been using impact whey for a few years now but this is the first time I've decided to write a review for it. I've tried many of the flavours (Strawberry, Chocolate, Banana, Vanillia) and with the exception of chocolate, which is far too sweet for my liking, they do actually taste pretty good. The only problem I find is that the flavours can get a bit sickly over an extended period, especially when you have a couple of kilos to munch through. I now much prefer to buy the unflavoured protein as it is much more versatile. I just pop in a few spoonfuls with a couple of bits of fruit for flavour (banana, stawberry etc) and then a spash of milk or water (depending on how much fruit I added). Tastes great, it's healthy and a little bit cheaper too. I have a pretty good diet as it is, so I only really take this after particularly hard excersise for a bit of a boost. That said I have noticed my recovery times have been much quicker than if I wasn't to have a shake - so I can say it makes a big difference. Definately worth the £25 and it's better than eating a load of intensively-reared meat any day.

    Ive always thought Myprotein flavours were pretty good and im sure this protein is excellent but guys seriously banoffee flavour is rank....regret it and should of stuck to true whey choc orange! i feel sick at the thought of consuming 2.5kg!

    This is the umpteenth time I have bought Impact Whey Protein from MyProtein, price and quality can't be beaten. Went for the Toffee flavour 5kg as Vanilla 5kg was sold out. It tastes like a sticky toffee pudding in a glass, which isn't a bad thing if you have a sweet tooth but may be overpowering for those that don't. I do a double load (50g) with about 250ml of water which makes a good shake.

    I've had two 1kg pouches of Impact Whey so far. The first was unflavoured. I can't recommend it enough. The particle size is nice and fine, it mixes very well with a shaker. The unflavoured whey also has a nice lemony smell! It tastes fine, add some cocoa or grate some dark chocolate in if you don't like it. The second bag was toffee. I would not buy another flavored protein after it. It's sickly sweet whether you mix it with milk or water. This is a trait I've found with other brands too, I find flavored protein disgusting. For all the people saying they are gassy after drinking it, it's likely that you are somewhat lactose intolerant, whey isolates are lactose free so maybe try those.

    Iv been taking Impact Whey Protein for 3 weeks now, the 2.5 KG bag lasts forever, three shakes a day, and i still have half the bag left, At first I was hesitant to try my protein as I thought "CHEAP PROTEIN ETC" I was so so wrong, this protein goes so well with my system, no wind or cramps like with other high street proteins. Iv noticed an increase in strength and muscle size in three weeks. Would recommend this product to anyone who is looking to buy protein. well done MP will be buying more. Vanilla is lovely, but think i might try strawberry cream or cookies and cream next.

After speaking to a few people that said the taste of protein is ok or bearable I have just got the new Choc coconut flavour and it is awesome just the right amount of sweetness and flavour, tastes just the same as a regular milkshake to me mixes really well as well so smooth!

    Great product, I've been using it for over a year now. Results are fantastic and; on the whole; the flavours I've tried are brilliant. One word of advice though. For my most recent purchase, I tried Mocha; I thought I'd satfisfy my coffee cravings whilst getting my protein intake. Unfortunately, the taste is pretty horrendous. I normally chuck a few extras in the shake, like Nesquick for sugar etc, and so far everything I've tried with it tastes awful. The banana and unflavoured versions taste really nice though, so my recommendation would be to avoid Mocha and go for something else; anything else...!

    Hey all, I'm writing this review as I wish I paid attention to similar reviews before purchasing 5kg of unflavoured whey. First of all, I didn't realise what a huge pouch it came in, second of all - the taste is gag worthy. Many other reviews have likened it to frothy milk, which I can certainly taste to a limited degree - though it is more milk that has been left out a bit too long. I've bought some taste drops which will hopefully improve the taste somewhat, but I have been forced to swallow my pride and purchase a choc mint. The taste is literally worlds apart. I'm a bit peeved off I was such a tight-wad to begin with but now I've ended up spending double. So trust me - the extra £14 or whatever it is to get a flavour is WELL worth it - your going to be drinking it every day and works out like 5p overall more per shake. Hopefully this will bring an end to such comments as these! Flavoured for the win!

    After reading positive reviews on this site and also many other forums/sites, I decided to try this out. All I can comment on is the taste as today is the first time I've tried it. To test I tried it (pre training) with 400ml of water and 2 scoops (50g). I shook it for 10 seconds and then it was ready. It went down a treat and I didn't feel bloated at all. Lovely flavour. Post training I added 100ml milk, 300ml water, 25g of ground almonds and a teaspoon of cinnamon and even then, everything mixed perfectly and tasted great. I combined these products with 1 BCAA+ tablet and 5kg Creatine pre workout and I blitzed it. I felt great during and now I feel great after. I feel as though I could have pushed myself harder, even though I worked until my muscle's failed. Great product. Best tasting shake I've tried. Better than McDonalds even :)

    My first purchase was a 1kg packet of Latte flavour. The smell was great, but the taste was far far too sweet. By the end of the packet I was fed up of the taste. Seemed to be effective - to me, protein is protein really. For my second batch, I got Chocolate Smooth. It arrived and there was a split in the packet. Rather annoying. Still, I transferred it to my tub and gave it a taste. Actually was really nice, even though it smelled sweet! (It is actually quite sweet, but the taste is very pleasant, so I just dilute it with a lot of water) The only reason I got a flavour at all was so I can use it in recipes, as well as just a shake. From experience so far, Chocolate Smooth is a nice taste with water, but I'm afraid to spend the money on other flavours due to the sweetness!

    I started going to the gym reguarly (4/5 times a week) at the start of November. I weighed about 11st 4. I've just finished off 2.5kg of the Cookies and cream which is very sweet but you get used to it and it mixes easily. I now weigh between 12st 9 and 13st. I haven't put any fat on so the gain is all muscle mass. The gains are noticeable on my body too. It's a great product and if you work hard enough, it'll show.

    I have only been taking this whey protein for a week, so I cannot comment on results as yet. However I do feel less achy after workouts. I purchased the unflavoured version because it has more protein and does not contain sweeteners. It mixes very well and I never find powdery parts of the drink. This protein is also the cheapest on the market which is a big plus, since I take it atleast 2 times a day, one being straight after a workout. The one negative would be the taste, but what can you expect from the unflavoured flavour? It often makes me gag but its dealable, I just neck it as fast as I can! All in all a fantastic supplement and im hoping it will help me see some results faster!

    Brilliant supplement! Started in the gym a few months ago, and would like that extra kick of protein. Have studied a lot and came to the conclusion that this protein is the most cost effective with a high protein count per 25g. I got choc smooth; it's the best home milk-shake ever! Seems like a boring flavour on paper, however, mixes really well and tastes amazing. Nice and thick ! Motivates me for the gym even more, because I actually look forward to drinking this shake. Haha!     got the sachets to try out a couple flavours and the product and i was very very impressed, much nicer than the Pro-MX stuff i've been using in terms of taste, effectiveness and obviously price, ordering unflavoured as it'll be a wee bit cheaper and the reviews seem promising as the taste not being that bad. Tried vanilla which yes is very much like Mc D's milkshakes, just like melted ice cream when mixed with milk, but with water is the same just thinner and slightly watery (obviously) but better than almost all others i've tried. also tried raspberry which is very nice and choc smooth which i suggest if you like something abit sweeter, like liquid dairy milk, lush :) Overall, as i'm new to protein shakes and stuff, i was very impressed and don't think this product can be beaten, you got yourselves a long term customer and i will be recommending to friends and family!

    I've been using this for a few months but the unflavored one, excellent, ok tastes like nothing and can take a little getting used to so i add a teaspoon of flavored milkshake mix and it's fine, i tired it with the blended porridge a bit urrgh, but no pain no gain lol i needed to cut up and at same time not risk lossing muscle which when competing, diets can do, the extra carbs with my shake made life much easier kept my size (low gi carb so bonus) and came 1st.

One of the supplements were the Impact Whey Protein, I took it to the gym with me today and was anxious about the taste etc. I hav never tasted a protein drink like it before!!     I'm a first time user of myprotein.com and was suggested to try it by a mate. I got the Strawberry Cream flavour and I cannot rate it enough. It mixes really well (as long as you give it a bit of elbow grease) and tastes fantastic. Prior to this purchase, I was using the Precision stuff at Holland & Barrett which has gone rubbish since it’s gone like dust and tastes pretty awful too. Oh, and there is sod all protein in them! Too many reviews by people who have disliked their purchase and gripe about having to throw away 5kg of products. Come on thickos! Just do as I did and play it safe by getting a 1kg product at first. You can always by more! Also, those that don't like the unflavoured protein and have dripped online about having to throw away 5kg of the stuff, give it to me instead. I'm sure a simple £5 investment in myprotein's flavour drops would rectify any issues!     Got this product a month ago, very impressed with the taste and mixability (I ordered the unflavoured version, doesn't taste of anything despite some of the reviews i read, in fact, not sure if my stomach agreed with this, but i actually chewed up some of this stuff on it's own and it barely tasted of anything!). It seems to be turning up good results too, having been only using it for a month i have certainly added on quite some mass given the short amount of time (don't know exactly how many pounds, as the scales are broken atm). Very good product and to anyone looking to buy, i would go for the unflavoured version and flavour it yourself or just drink it down! Happy lifting!

    I take this once a day after my workout, I'm just using it for recovery and it works brilliantly. Mixability is perfect, I use unflavoured and can't even notice a taste. When I'm not using the product I can just about manage 3 workouts a week through fatigue, since starting I now train 6 times a week and run once or twice a week with limited strain, I tested how well it was working by coming off it for one day and was unable to train the next day due to muscle strain... 5*

    I have been using this protein for a couple of years now, and can't rate it highly enough. I have tried most of the big brands, but this is better and at a tiny fraction of the cost. I've never had a problem with the 'protein tummy' as with some other brands, and it mixes fine too. The best flavours, in my opinion are chocolate smooth and banana. (I'd steer clear of cookie, or choc nut; as they are a bit sweet). The unflavoured is certainly drinkable, despite all the reviews saying otherwise; mix it with oats and its just like cold ready brek. If you are someone who can handle five seconds of chugging it down I'd recommend unflavoured the most; it saves you money! All in all, a great way to get in protein after the gym or when you don't have time to cook. Try it; you won't regret it.

    been using this for around 4 months now, i take 3 shakes per day at 1.5 scoops per shake. Combined with a high protein low carb, low fat diet. I train 6 times per 7 days. I have found the muscle gains to be good, i weighed around 15 stone when i started but was very flabby, 4 months later i am stil 15 stone but a lot less flabby and my arms and shoulders are getting great definition and my chest is growing quite big. Its no miracle powder but it seems to work well as a simple protein supp., and I think it tastes great (i use the vanilla flavour and mix with 250ml 1% fat milk, no different to a MCd's milkshake). It mixes well and very rarely get lumps in it. On non-training days i mix my creatine in with it too (take seperatley with grape juice on training days). For the price i think this is a great product and would recommend, however, i am looking for greater gains now so will be trying the hurricane XS next month. 5 stars to My protein for products and delivery.

    Brilliant product. I'm only 17 years old and have tried out a fair few products on the market from the likes of Maximuscle and USN but I can honestly say this is better than all of them. It's simple, no bloated feeling after drinking like you get with some protein powders, especially good for me as I'm very fussy concerning the taste, the unflavoured version is absolutely fine and I have no problem necking back 2-3 shakes daily. It mixes perfectly with a pleasant, smooth texture just like water or milk depending on the thickness of the shake. It really enhances my daily nutritional intake being able to consume a much higher amount of protein fueling me efficiently for a heavy exercise schedule 5-6 times a week. Have been taking for 10 days now and am starting to notice changes especially in my performance and physique with the addition of a structured diet tailored for my needs and recovery after a hard session in the gym.     Excellent value for money, the 2.5KG bag cost me £29.99 i think, and tastes fantastic, i was a skeptic because of the great price i didn't think that the taste would be great but i was proved so wrong! arrived late but that was because it required signature and i wasnt at home, much better than maximuscle in my opinion! I use it mainly for recovery after intense workouts for both football and the gym. Will definitely buy here again..!

    it mixes much better than my last protien shake havnt had a lump partly due to buying a mp max blender bottle at 2.99 its a bargain got rid of the lumps in my last shake to and i couldnt get tht smooth with an electric whisk. i have a shake mid day at work and 1 after workout and it tastes great and does the trick ive gained muscle and im definately lifting more weight than before and dont feel achey or tired no matter how hard i push my self and as i have a very labour intensive job that is really helpful. will be buying more of this in future. great site great delivery great product. if u mix it with whole milk yea it has a bit of fat but it tastes great even everyone at work agrees.

    I have searched around using multiple different whey proteins and brands. But Impact whey is definitely the best i have used for the unbelievable value 5kg for 40 quid will last me 2+ months, also has more protein per 25g than other cheaper brands such as PHD, and DONT BELIEVE THE HYPE about the flavor being awful for the unflavored protein, it is perfectly fine easy as water to drink, and mixes perfectly. And if you are of the weak stomached variety have it with milk makes it even better. Top product unbeatable value and quality.

    I have to say I never write reviews for products but i felt I had to for this. I have tried myprotien unflavoured not great tasting but better than any other unflavoured I have tried. The strawberry cream flavour is really great I just mix with water its really a pleasure to drink, and by far the best protien mix I have ever tasted. I have just received 1kg of summer fruit flavour its nice 9.5/10 but the strawberry is a perfect 10. Ive had mp chocolate a nice 9/10 Ive had holland & barret chocolate a good 7/10 also over double the mp price. Ive also had Met-Rex chocolate only worth a 5/10. Myprotien so far have turned out to be excellent priced. Ive tried their beef jerky wich is far better and cheaper than M&S. I also have bought a couple of mp mixing shakers for £1.99 each and i have to say you would be happy to pay over a fiver in the shops for them. Ive got 4 different makes of shakers that all leak yet these mp ones are made far better quality and dont laek at all. The yodel deliveries have been a bit Micky Mouse but they have been sent from mp promptly I may try different courrior opt next time. Overall, Myprotien seems very good quality items at very good prices.

    Really sorry to burst anyones bubble but the fact is this is cheap for a reason! it taste like C**P and has a very watery consistency. this my second batch of myprotien powders im on Hurricane XS aswell, which to is not a very enjoyable experience. i know people say "just get it down ya" but at the end of the day i have 4 liquid meals a day so id rather pay a little premium and atleast not gag at the end of each one. for what its worth i couldn't speak higher of the: Tribulas/CEE/Zinc&Mag and dextrose products i received and delivery was excellent!

    After using total protein for about half a year now, I wanted a change, as I thought the strawberry cream mixed with water was vile. Milk was slightly better. Tried a sample pouch of the impact whey raspberry flavour and a pouch of strawberry flavour and have to say, even the strawberry flavour was an improvement on the total protein version. The raspberry was nicer again, tastes strange compared to other brands of protein as it isn't filled with sugars and sweeteners, which obviously leaves room for a higher protein content. I will write another review after finishing the 2.5kg bag I have ordered of the raspberry impact whey. I will be using it with, 5g creatine mono and 50g instant oats. But so far so good. Obviously cant comment on the effects yet, but on the taste so far, I would recommend this over the total protein.

    Ordered 2x of the 2.5kg bags of unflavoured whey protien about 9:00pm or possibly later(can't really remember). Anyway they came the second day after i orderd them which i can't complain as this is really a fast delivery IMO. The taste of the unflavoured whey is fine. It's pritty nice with milk but not so nice with water and TBH if the taste really bothers you then you can allways mix in some flavour your self. Get some milk shake stuff and mix it in. The effectiveness of the Impact Whey Protien iv'e given a 5* as it's just as good as any other whey protien you can buy and alot cheaper too. Will deffienetly be ordering again when my current batch runs out as i got a 10% discount voucher in my order so will be even cheaper next time :) Don't know if this is a ongoing thing or just for new customers but still pritty nice incentive! And i have recommended myprotien.com to all my friends.

    I bought the cookies and cream version of this product. This is the first time I have used whey protein and my first purchase from myprotein. I mixed with 250ml of milk in a regular shaker and there were no lumps whatsoever, very smooth and the taste was great. The only negative thing I can find to say about this is the difference in cost between flavoured and unflavoured which seems excessive.

    Had a few of these now, mine mix great whether I use a jam jar or the protein shaker. Strawberry I like the best so far. For anyone getting bad guts drinking this I have the solution - mix it / make it with soy milk not cow milk. Never been into that stuff myself, cow milk tastes better by far. But I get bad guts when I take it, I put up with it and I'm not lactose intolerant. Then ramping up the diet and fitness thought - lets try soy milk mixed it with that and yes! It tastes even better - more creamy and not one bit of gut bubble - taking 2 shakes a day no probs. Very happy now :-)

    I first purchased the unflavoured pouch because it was undoubtedly cheap. The taste was comparable to watered-down milk (no doubt drinkable), however I mixed EAA (Essential Amino Acids) in with my protein and admittedly almost threw up. To enhance the flavour mix Nesquik in with the solution. My second batch was strawberry cream and it is very satisfying. Overall this product is phenomenal... fantastic quality, taste and price.

    Well its your standard whey so the effectiveness is well documented! (Its great for lean gains). My favourite thing about this product is how drinkable it is! For the first time ever i had 4 shakes yesterday, I work long days and hit the gym so i have enough time to space the shakes out properly. I didnt feel bloated or anything like that, I wouldnt recommend taking 4 for everyone but im a 6ft4 and over 15 stone so felt fine taking them. I've been using Chocolate Smooth and Chocolate mint, both of which are sensational!

    Have unflavoured version. At first on its own can be quite an aquired taste but if u just neck it you get used to it after a while. I generally just put it in a smoothie machine with a banana and it basically just tastes of a banana milshake, plus you also get the added carbs after a workout which is a benifit. Take it whenever you feel like you need a added protein boost throughout the day. Overall it is a good product and you cannot beat the price for this size of product.

This is my 2nd order with MP, my 1st i had the total protein, but changed to this as recommened by a friend who thinks its amazing , so let see, i'll write again in a month. Only thing i would say is at £53 for a 5kg flavoured tub, would be great if they offered a plastic measuring scoop on the order page free of charge of course, i really dont want to be paying over £4 for delivery on a 59 pence scoop.

I was slight apprehensive about this product reading reviews that said the taste was bad, but that is pure codswallop, those guys must be used to having loadsa sweeteners.     I have only been weight training again for about 2 months after a 8-9 years absence, in the interim I have only done running and 5-a-side so I had got super skinny. I never really used supplements when I worked out years ago as either too expensive or could not stand the taste/digestion problems. I got given a sample of this in choc smooth and had it with milk after a training session and it was both very nice tasting and easily digestible and I really noticed a difference in my recovery the next day. I thought it was an expensive product but when I found out the price I couldn't believe it was that cheap in comparison to the quality so I ordered 1kg of choc smooth. I have been using it for about 2 weeks and seem to have had a massive jump in muscle size/strength and recovery in these last 2 weeks compared to before. I also like that it still taste good with water as well as milk. This product is ideal for beginners using suppliments for the first time or for those on a budget who want decent quality without breaking the bank. I will definately be buying this product again and will probably order some samples to try other flavours as well.

    I am on my 4th 2.5kg batch of the Impact whey protein. A high-quality product which no other whey protein shake can match in terms of value for money. I usually buy Vanilla flavour and mix with water, which is more than palatable. It mixes well, you just have to give it a proper 20 second shake. I've seen strong muscle gains as well as losing body fat using this product, in conjunction with a 4 times-a-week strength training regime and carbohydrate controlled diet. Moreover, it arrives next day if ordered before 2pm, which is a bonus. On a separate note, I would encourage users not to store the protein in the bag it is supplied in, but to transfer it to an airtight container – the seal on the bag is a bit flimsy and will not withstand a month of punishment. Well worth the investment. 5*.

    Great product. This is the first Protein I have used and flavour etc is as everyone has said. I'm using the strawberry flavour. I go to the gym 4 or 5 times per week for Cardio and Weights sessions, and as I raised my training levels I struggled badly with recovery. Using MyProtein under recommendation from a friend has completely changed that. I only use it after training and sometimes in the mornings but trembling muscles and next day pain are no longer an issue and even from the small intake I have seen gains in strength and body shape. Mentally I know that I can train harder without so much recovery pain which has helped greatly!

    Cant believe the results in my legs. Play 5 a sides once per week, legs have dramatically improved in strength and mass (only been using for 1 month) Even the wife has noticed! Taste is excellent, I use 2 large scoops after match and 2 in the morning after, great for recovery. It used to take 4 days for my legs to recover but now I dont even notice!     Got my unflavourd whey the other day and have been very impressed its easy to get down mixed with water and could drink it like that allday but today i mixed some no added sugar robinsons summer fruits into it and it was well tasty and you can add any flavor to it so you will never get bord of the flavor. If you want choc mint flavor add some options choc mint to it its not rockit science love this whey and will be buying the biggest sack next time 5 stars :-)

    I've had the unflavoured protein before and to be honest found it very hard to drink with just milk or water and could only drink it with a chocolate milkshake brought from the shops, that kind of defeats the idea of it been cheap to consume in such quantities. I decided I needed to try the flavoured stuff. Ordered a sample of the Chocolate smooth. Oh my god, I would easily drink it as a recreational drink.     I thought its solubility would increase in hot water, but this is not the case. Hot water creates huge lump that will never dissolve again. However it smells good (like baby's milk powder) and tastes nice, not too sweet and not too diluted (unflavoured). I think it's effective because after the day I took it after my workout I felt my muscles really pumping out. I do hate that powders are all over the pack when it came.

    Ive been using this for 3 months now as part of my controlled weight loss programme....over the past 12 weeks since a major op on my spine i have dropped from 207lbs to 188lbs. the product enables me to ensure a balance of protein and minimise muscle mass loss as i reduce weight. However, with 150ml of water the taste does improve, and with milk it tastes good. It mixes well with the blender bottle, but as I've only just started to use it I can't really comment on its effectiveness. It's the first time I've used Myprotein, but I'm very impressed with the prices and speedy delivery.

    After my last batch of MP whey protein (which was shockingly bad and everyone complained about) I was put off buying any more as it was like drinking milk and sand :s HOWEVER I thought I would give MP another go...... and have they delivered!!! the whey is perfect its back to being smooth and mixes excellently :) and the unflavoured tastes good on its own but to mix it up a bit i have just added some Crusha chocolate milk mix :D I'm that impressed ive just ordered some more MP Creatine monohydrate. Well done MP Don't change the Whey again it's perfect how it is :D

    Bought chocolate smooth first time and it didn't taste good, but I still managed it... tasted better with water rather than milk?! Now stick to what I know best, cookies & cream, taste great with milk, which it needs to when your taking it so often. A little story: Went to the gym but had run out of protein; next day I was sore... very sore. The next day I was still sore. The next day I was STILL relatively sore. When I was no longer sore and my new batch of protein had been delivered, I went to the gym, took my protein after and continued taking it when I needed to, and recovered completely within a day and a bit. This protein is a must, especially with the great taste of cookies & cream.

    Chocolate smooth is actually nice and i normally don't like chocolate shakes just make sure you don't add too much water or it will spoil it. I normally mix in an ordinary bottle and do about 50% water 50% powder and it mixes perfect and tastes great. Ive tried strawberry and its bearable but not very nice!!

    I tried the mint chocolate and the chocolate smooth flavours and it is by far the worst tasting protein i have ever had. Gives me stomatch cramps and makes me feel sick every time. I have mixed it with Creatine Monohydrate (from MP) and that makes it even more sickly. Water or milk it doesnt matter always feel sick. Would much rather recommend true whey or the chocolate orange gainer which tasted 100x better

    I ordered my raspberry flavour protein powder based on reviews on the site saying it mixed well with water. Surprisingly it does - no lumpies using the special shakers and tastes quite creamy. Nicer with skimmed milk though and goes a bit thicker too. Not too sweet. Recovery after workouts has been so much faster. Usually after a PT session I'd be sore for nearly a week - but I had a PT session on Monday and have been having 2 shakes a day and I've managed to get to the gym AND do weights on wed, thurs and fri of this week. Not like last week I was still like a John Wayne robot 4 days after my PT session!! I chose the cheapest delivery option and ordered on a Friday - it was with me on the Monday - brilliant :) Will DEFINITELY be back for more!

    Been using unflavoured whey for 6 months now and its the best value/quality product I've seen on the market. I buy some cocoa powder from the supermarket and add a teaspoon to 50g of powder and then add 2 artificial sweeteners and blend. Gives me my own chocolate flavour without the extra cost and I dont lose 8% of my powder from buying the choc flavoured version. Price went up from £35.99 to £39.99 recently but still good value.

    I've been using Impact Whey for a couple of years now and it is by far the best protein I've tried in terms of taste and mixability. I have long been a fan of chocolate nut flavour but have just tried the banoffee flavour and that's just as good. I use it mainly as a meal replacement. I am a PE teacher in a primary school and barely get time to sit down so I take baggies of whey and a shaker with me to school and it keeps me going (plus, it fills me up enough that I don't have to eat school dinners!). I wouldn't be without it.

It got quite sickly, especially after a hard gym session. Definitely DO NOT mix with water in this flavour, was a particularly bad experience.     After been rather annoyed at a big price hike of my usual brand and from a recommendation from my fitness instructor, I decided to try this. I firstly purchased 6 sample packs of various flavours to find the ones I liked the best. I found choc smooth was nice (just like a regular choc milk shake) choc nut tasted like a liquid Ferrero Rocher and Mocha tasted like a liquid coffee cream sweet. I normally purchase a well-known brand that comes in a white tub and begins with a letter P, after they had hiked their prices I started look elsewhere. My fitness instructor recommended this and he uses this himself. I’m so glad that I tried this; I’m saving almost £15 by purchasing this over my old brand, and getting more too. My old brand only had 4.4 kg in its bag, whereas My Protein has 5 kg, which based on 1 serving been 25 grams, means that the 5 KG bag gives 200 servings, this works out at 26p per shake, which is incredible cheap. I went for a 5KG bag in mocha flavour and it tastes beautiful, just like a liquid coffee cream sweet. I find the mixability is the best out of all the brands I’ve tried. I have a mixing cup with a mesh ball, and 5-10 seconds of shaking makes a lovely shake that has zero bits/lumps in it. When I’m at home, I make my shakes in a blender and the shakes taste absolutely gorgeous, more creamier, like what shakes taste like when made in a blender. Has far as results go, then it’s too early to tell, but I’m expecting the same results has I’ve seen with other protein shakes that I’ve used. If you are going for a 5 KG bag, I would recommend purchasing the 6000ml tub. This will hold approximately half of the 5KG bag; the bag is resealable so this will keep it fresh until you need to refill your tub again. I didn’t purchase a 6000ml tub myself has I already had one from an earlier purchase of a competitors brand, but I’ll certainly purchase a 6000ml tub from My Protein if/when my current tub fails.     My first buy from myprotein having used a number of British based basic proteins previously. I have only been using it for a week or so, but I have to say it is better than I could have imagened to be even though it is only a basic protein supplement. I took a risk and went for mocha flavour as I tend to look for more bitter flavour for example chocolate mint due to its nature those flavours tent to be spot on. In fact Mocha is possibly the best tasting shake I have ever had, definite advise it to anyone who is a coffee drinking. Mixability is also second to none, I cant really comment on effectiveness but its a basic protein shake so I cant see it going wrong from here!!

Ordered this sunday at 11am came to my door at 6pm the next day. i got the 5kg bag which is massive and i got the unflavoured version, all i do is buy a tub of hot chocolate miss and mix it with that = instant great taste!!     Great tasting protein thats doesnt compromise protein content even with the great range of flavours available. I have tosay that vanilla and the strawberry are personal faves of mine. Used the same product over 2 years now and cant fault it in any way. Very freindly and well run company with every order i have ever placed being delivered within 1 - 2 days. Last purchase was a week ago for 10kgs of this protein at an incredible price and delivery was free using thier new courier service, ordered on the sunday night and it arrived on the monday afternoon, you cant ask for quicker than that. I have taken the time to read other reveiws and it seems some others have had some difficulty with thier delivery times and the new service but all i can say is that everything has always worked fine for me. Maybe its just a few glitches while they get the new service up and running, lets hope so because it would be a shame to damage the reputation of such a great company with loyal customers.

    I switched to unflavoured recently having used chocolate previously and am very glad l did. Chocolate was good mixed with water but l found it sickly mixed with milk. I was also not happy at losing protein value because of the coco added. Now l mix the unflavoured with skimmed milk and it's excellent. The taste is very good and l can see better results from the increased protein intake. Also cheaper for the powder of course. I take it for breakfast with a banana and just before bed. If you're hooked on flavoured and worried that unflavoured might be horrible then try it. It's fine.

    No regrets! Packed on 3 lbs in the space of two weeks, so I'm pretty sure this is doing more for me than all-in-one shakes - taking about 3-4 30g servings a day and its working wonders. Went for the unflavoured taste because it was a better value and has a higher protein content per 30g, and it tastes absolutely fine - just like milk or cream when mixed with skimmed milk. Have also mixed it with bananas and peanut butter, and these have worked extremely well for flavour and for pre-workout boosts. Absolute must have!

    I didnt want all the artificial sweetners and flavorings so i orderd the unflavored version. i mix the required amount with water and a banana. without the banana is just too disgusting to drink. my local well known supermarket sells a hand blender for less than £5. perfect for mixing powders with fruit. well recommended product and if you dont want the additives in the flavored ones, then just get unflavoured and blend with a banana. Its not as sweet and tasty as the flavoured versions, but you are not taking it for the taste. great benefits from using this product

    aving had Coockies & Cream and Strawberry delight from the normal whey protein range, I figured I'd try this...MISTAKE! The normal mixture ratio does not apply here. Normally its one scoop per 200ml of water/milk, but the powder is so find it has to be 2 scoops per 200ml of water and DO NOT shake like you normally would, a gentle stir is best otherwise it looks like used dish water with a sky full of cloudy froth on top. It is effective in the important area though, Protein and results. Will be sticking to the normal whey protein in future.

    I have been using this produce twice a day for at least a month and whilst i have made gains- i train 5 days a week so you would hope!?- i also stupidly did not analyse the ingredients closely enough; SUNSET YELLOW i now realise is the cause of frequent feelings of nausea and the mild flu-like symptoms i have been suffering. As my aim is to better my health and improve my general well being i am quite disgusted by the realisation of just how much of this highly negative (being polite & untechnical) substance i have put through my system. I would recommend that this product be AVOIDED, cheap does not just mean a drop in quality in this case, you have been warned!!! < This is under review and only currently present in Banana>

A previous order had come within 24 hours despite being a free delivery so very good to begin. I am quiet particular about flavour so was nervous to order in case it didn't taste so good. They mix great even if you dont have a grill in your shaker, all taste fine as if they had sugar in (which they havent) and the overall effectiveness of the product is spot on.     I am lactose intolerant and this is by far one of the best protein shakes I have had. I have tried most of the flavoursafter buying the trial packs... but the one I love the most is Melon which is absolutely scrumptious and so refreshing and light. I workout at least 6 days a week and have 2 shakes per day. Have tried the unflavoured shake but it upset my tummy and that was mixed with water, shame as I think that is by far the best value and has more protein. The unflavoured doesn't taste of anything so is ideal for adding your own flavours to. I tried it with peanut butter and it was really nice. Taste lovely mixed with peanut butter...mixes very well in the shaker. Shame they don't do the melon in bigger packs. Think the flavoured ones are a bit of a ripoff at £53 for a 5k bag when the unflavoured are £40...very big difference!

    TOFFEE FLAVOUR!!! This is the first whey protein i actualy look forward to drinking. Vanilla, Strawberry, Bananna, Choc Mint are all OK, but still have that strange after taste. Toffee flavour tastes excellent, it is sweet and i have a swwet tooth, but mix it with your poridge in the morning and it tastes like angel delight (takes me back to when i was i kid). In a shake it tastes geat with water and delicous with milk. As ever with My Protein products the quality is top notch and it mixes very well. This will be the only whey protein i buy from now on!!

    Given it a 5 but only for the unflavored! If you work out I'm assuming you care about your health, in which case you would not be consuming artificial sweeteners and colourings on a daily basis. Sucralose may be considered healthier than other sweetners but at the end of the day it's an artificial chemical you're putting into your body, and one that has only been around for a few years, without an established safety profile for long term use. When I first starting using whey I always got flavoured because I was worried about the taste of unflavoured, and didn't know much about the sweetners that are used, but the unflavoured really tastes fine, very neutral and sometimes actually nicer, like after HIIT, when I used to find my vanilla whey incredibly sickly. Unflavoured is cheaper too, if you're taking it year round it's a big saving. As for effectiveness, well I don't think I can really add any new information here, I mean it's protein, it's not the kind of product that can have 'non responders,' anyone who trains needs it! And myprotein is of course the only one I go for, for quality and price!

    Recently started taking supplements to compliment my diet and found that taking Impact Whey Protein has assisted in my recovery times, whereas before I might have had aches for at least a day or so. Especially good when I needed a quick fix to help up my protein intake on days when I haven't had the time. I intend not to get bought into the various marketing gimmicks employed by so many of the companies out there, and found that for value and functionality, this product is spot on!     Bought a 1kg pouch in chocolate smooth just to try it out really! I've had a lot of the branded products in my time of gym & swim training, and a big thing for me is getting a good quality amount of protein with a great taste. From my first few servings of it, it went down a treat! A great taste.. Result! I then noticed after a week of taking it 3 times a day, one first thing in the morning with water, one after workout and one final one with milk before bed, I was recovering much quicker and adding lean mass in just one week! I train 5 times a week in the gym with a mixture of HIIT workouts and added swimming training sessions. If I was doing a mid-morning gym session, I found a great breakfast shake that gave a good level of nutrients, ready for the workout. I mixed a serving of the protein powder, with 4 table spoons of oats, 1 large banana, milk and maybe some creatine ethyl ester, in a blender. Overall I think it's a great protein powder that rivals even the best branded whey protein powders. I'd say it's best in the morning with water on an empty stomach, as it absorbs quickly and gives your body a great serving of protein after it's nearly 8 hour depletion of food. Would definitely buy again.

    I got 2.5kg unflavoured. Taste - like weird milk, not good or bad, easy to drink. Only liked it with water, hated it with milk. Mixability - sometimes lumpy when shook in a regular container, but fine when I got a proper mixing bottle (with the grate thing) and fine overall. Personally I went for it because of price. I use it for these protein breakfast muffins I make all the time, which are absolutely delicious. Unflavoured means all it does is give them a protein punch without a load of chemicals and altering the taste.

    This gets top marks from me. I couldn't really afford rival products from the supermarket any more and reviews of other cheaper brands were very offputting. As I am someone who does my research and prefers to go for the best, I assumed I'd have to give up or make sacrifices to afford good whey protein. I've only been using it for a few days but I have not noticed feeling any different to when I was taking the rival product so i'd say they're as good qulity as each other. i've no bloating or anything like you hear about with the cheaper lower quality brands. I'll be sticking with myprotein from now on, it's half the price and easily as good. Mixability - of the unflavoured version at least I noticed straight away that is better than maximuscle (i just stir it into water or milk, no shaker) in terms of mixing through evenly and not getting stuck to the sides of the cup. Taste-wise, i got the unflavoured so i can't mark it on that, i sometimes add chocolate milk powder or sometimes just drink it as is. Tastes perfectly fine to me either way. Unflavoured is handy as you can use it as the base of milkshakes and put it in yoghurts without alering the flavour. It doesn't taste like anything, exactly as unflavoured should, so it keeps all 5 points. As for effectiveness, it's too soon to tell but I trust the hundreds of positive reviews from buyers. Overall it gets top marks, the price is great, it's packaged in a very strong resealable pouch and the savings I'll make are not to be sniffed at.

    Its a good product dont get me wrong, its just the gas that i get that is annoying, my body must not respond well to the lactose, so im going to give it another week and see what happens, and if it stays like this i will just switch to the isolate unflavoured since it has no lactose in it.     Had 1kg of this stuff unflavoured and added the myprotein chocolate powder and it is brilliant. I normally get quite an upset stomach from these types of things but this is fab. The small amount of water needed also helps taking it throughout the day. Just received the 5kg bag and it is HUGE. Cant wait to get it all down. Increases are brilliant! Just a shame myprotein uses a delivery service with a 2% recommendation rating. Would recommend this product to anyone wanting a sensible gain path.

I got the Banana Flavour and for 80% protein I couldnt believe it, it taste better then some actual Banana milkshakes.. once I've finished my 5KG Tub from a rival .. I'll be happily spending the extra few pounds to get the 5KG Banana Bag of protein goodness :') 100/10 MyProtein once again!

    Ok, so I took the time to try a few samples before commiting to a bulk purchase, started with the three chocolate variations (Smooth, Nut, Mint). First let me make it clear I also argree flavour does not matter as long as it does the job, BUT to some people it is an important factor so here are my opinions. Starting with the smooth, its a very basic aspartame tasting chocolate powder nothing to rave about. As a previous review I also got a rather strange chemical taste from the choc nut flavour but the smell is lovely really does smell like ferrero rocher! Then the choc mint, this one was the most pleasant but still a strong aspartame/saccharin taste. All of the above mix well, apart from the choc nut has some bits that tend to cling to your shaker (so does the choc mint infact). All of the above taste fine with water as I don't personally use milk but I'm sure they would taste better with it. The price is amazing for the quality of the product although I had a few delivery and communication issues with MP which made me a little reluctant to use the service again, the product just really just makes up for everything so I will be back, but I think I shall be avoiding the chocolate flavours! Cookies and Cream or Banoffee are on the cards next time I think!

    Was advised to purchase my supplements from MyProtein by a friend who has used them for some time. Decided to go for the summer fruits flavoured protein and have to say it's quite good! Have tried the banana and find it strangely weak, yet with the summer fruits it's stronger and kind of tastes like a sweet. Certainly intend on trying new flavours but hope the summer fruits will be available in the bigger packs! Also, excellent transaction in very quick dispatch. Ordered on a Sunday afternoon and received my dispatch e-mail Sunday evening. The item was given to the couriers on the Monday (as expected) and delivered on the Tuesday. Can't ask for much more!

    Ordered the 1kg bag of chocolate smooth on thursday with free delivery and arrived monday and have to say it's great , taste is just as good with water as milk & half the price of other brands. It also fills you up for several hours. Took a shake 45 mins before workout and was impressed that following gym session I did'nt have the shakes and crave food like I normally do and kept me full for several hours. The quality of customer service from myprotein is excellent, they sent me emails immediately informing me it had been dispatched and even contacted me today to make sure I was happy with the product. Been recommending to other people and will most definately buy from again.

    I have recently bought the Banoffee flavour and I absolutely love the stuff. It tastes so good I just wanna keep drinking it. I have had the mint choc chip flavour before which was awesome too but this stuff is just out of this world. Having tried a lot of proteins from a lot of manufacturers this stuff just blows me away. It mixes perfectly with the myprotein blender bottle, not a single lump (really surprised) and no blating whatsoever. I have to be careful with what proteins i use as i am lactose intollerent. this is the only manufacturer that gives me no problems ( i mix mine with soya milk). I do Muay Thai boxing and find it gives me that boost of nutrients i need for better recovery after training. i get virtually no muscle soreness when using this stuff post workout. i will definately be reordering soon.

    Bought this in choco smooth after much deliberation as to if should go for the unflavoured stuff. When buying 5kg its still much cheaper than a shop bought product but compared to its own unflavoured I found it strange that the 1kg is £1 more for flavoured but the 5kg is £13.50 more, especially seeing as the 8% taken out to add flavouring means you lose another £4 worth of product. After deciding if I bought unflavoured and hated it I'd be out of pocket far worse than £17.50 and though I think I could have bought a couple of jars of splenda and coco for far less to flavour it myself I had visions of spilling it all over the kitchen and it still being inedible so I just went ahead and bought it. I was also considering the isolate blend as it does work out a few pence cheaper over a week or so. I only mix it with water and the taste is very very sweet, it isn't a bad taste but compared to the cheapest H&B whey it certainly isn't a 'chocolate' flavour. It tastes like sweet cream to me but maybe that is the idea. I've taken to blending 200-400g of coco per kilo in with a sieve to bitter it up some and sometimes I shake it with a few sprinkles of instant coffee. I'd prefer a chocolate product or a slightly deeper taste if available but as long as its edible I'm not drinking this for the taste. For mixing I've had nothing unpalatable. Other products have had dry bits in but this only has the occasional chewy piece which I actually like. Lots of shaking or a shaker bottle prevents this btw, it mixes pretty easy. With results I'm not an advertising person or really susceptible to it so I feel this is just a whey powder which helps me hit goals on my diet. Nothing more, nothing less. Service from the company was great and the price was very good. I'd not order this flavour again due to the sweetness, infact I'm likely to try a sample of the unflavoured. If it was down to me I'd double the coco and cut the sweetener down to 1/3rd.

    Please don't take this as a review, just a first impressions, please. So I bought 3 of the samples, mainly just to see if the product would mix well and taste reasonable (taste doesn't mean a lot to me because if it does the job I'll just neck the stuff). I must say I threw the sachet and some milk into the blender and set the beast to blitz. The result was fantastic; a consistent, tasty (chocolate smooth) shake that has left me feeling quite full. Not sure if this is intended as a meal replacement but I just had one now instead of dinner and will probably just have some tuna before bed. I am going to buy the 5KG unflavoured I think, partly due to the excellent value, but, mainly due to the fact I can see myself getting slightly bored of the chocolate smooth flavour after 60 days of it. At least with the unflavoured I can throw a piece of fruit in and mix up my flavours day to day, all whilst getting 3 of my 5 a day :-) All in all, and so far, a fantastic tasting product. A note should also be made about the swift delivery; ordered Saturday, despatched Saturday evening, arrived Monday morning and all for free. Bargain! Looking forward to starting a long lasting financial relationship with MyProtein ;-)

    Good stuff at a great price. Toffee flavour dosnt taste to bad but it is very sweet, way to sweet for me so I will be trying a different flavour next time. I tried to mix it with Instant Oats but it nearly made me sick, so have to drink them separately in the mornings until I get a different flavour that they taste good with.

With water, the taste is quite good, When you associate it as a post-workout treat I look forward to drinking it.     Love this stuff, on third batch since switching to MyProtein and seeing some large mass gains . I'm quite new to 'gyming' so there was plenty of room for improvement, chest has gone from 40" to 43" in six months and I'm well chuffed. I use this with CEE and it completely masks the taste and I can honestly say the strawberry tastes as good as anything you would get from a fast food place! Not so chuffed with the toffee flavour but it's still quite palatable. 3 drinks a day, one with CEE straight after a session, but remember the rest of your diet needs to be good too!

    Well, after four 1KG Impact Whey Protein I thought it may be time to finally make a review, the first part of the sentence depicts that the protein is absolutely fantastic! Throughout the four batches I have had Strawberry and Cream, Raspberry, Cookies and Cream and my most recent is Vanilla. So, for all four I'll give the Mixability, Taste, Effectiveness and Overall. Right. Strawberry and Cream was my first batch, the mixability in a shaker was really good! I wouldn't get any, if any, bits at all. The taste was pretty good, I'd give it about a 3.5, the effectiveness was also good, so around a 4 and overall a 4.5. It was good in water and good in milk, tasted good, but not great. Next up was Raspberry, the mixability wasn't as good as the above, so it'd be around 2/3, the taste wasn't as great either so around a 2/3, the effectiveness was pretty good though, so I'd give that a 4. Overall was a 4. Tasted OK in milk and water. Cookies and Cream was next. I absolutely HATED this protein. To begin with it tasted great, as I got used to it I started to despise the taste because it was so disgusting, to give it props though, the mixability was good, wasn't as bad as the Raspberry, the effectiveness was also pretty good, around a 3. Overally I'd give it a 1.8-2, based mixability and effectiveness. The taste was so bad that I couldn't wait until I was nearly out to buy a different flavour. I still have some of it left even though I have the new flavour. Vanilla up next! The mixability is FANTASTIC. Much better than any of the other ones, I can mix it with a spoon (and not in a shaker like normal), and I'll drink, little bits will get stuck to the side but not as much as the others where you'll drink through them and feel them. The taste is epic, I love drinking it, definitely a 4.5-5, the effectiveness hasn't been tested yet, I've only had it since Monday, but overall I'd give it a 4.5-5 based on the taste and mixability. I love this flavour so far.

    I've had several protein supplements in the past- all significantly more expensive than the above. I opted for the unflavoured option too, which could have been an error, especially as I bought 5kg's of the stuff. I drink this stuff for the affects, not because I want a nice flavoured shake, and as this has more protein per grams than the flavoured stuff, it was a no brainer. Don't get me wrong, the taste isn't amazing, but it's far more barable than thought it would. It's cheaper than the flavoured stuff, it has more protein than the flavoured stuff and I can always add my own flavourings as and when. Sound purchase.

    I don't feel the need to comment on the effectiveness as I've been ordering this protein solidly for the past 6 months, that is testament enough. Always had choc smooth or vanilla but with the new flavours I just had to try bannoffee. Have to be honest, I thought it would be a bit of a gimmicky flavour but have to say that it's anything but. This has easily become my favourite flavour, its got a real sweetness to it which I like and you get a good hit of banana at first then a longer lasting toffee flavour after each mouthful! Myprotein is the best place bar none for bulk powders and adding more flavours just shows their commitment to improving.

    Exellent product!! I get unflavoured and it does the job! I add 1 scoop to 200ml milk and pour in on my weatabix in the morning and you can hardly taste it just a bit froffy lol. I add 100g porrage oats to my shakes with a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil and it bulked me up big time!!! Only down side is that i've had to pay £4 more than what i payed when i got my last 5kg bag but its still cheap as chips!

    I bought a sachet of unflavoured Impact Whey Protein to try out. I'm not a huge fan of protein powders general as I find they're too sweet for my taste, however my usual whole milk and raw egg shakes have been put on hold as it turns out I'm lactose intolerant. The sample arrived a day after I ordered it. It mixed well in a shaker (so many powders end up clumped and stuck to the top of the shaker.) The flavour is bland as you'd expect but then I prefer to add my own flavours to suit my taste and preference on the day. There was no residue left in the shaker after it was finished = no wasted product. I'm happy with the sample and would recommend it for those athletes not attracted by flashy packagng and over-hyped ads who just want a product to supplement ther protein needs.

    Without doubt the very best protein powder I have tried. Having made a couple of expensive mistakes, trying to save a few pounds only to have 5kg of totally disgusting and inedible protein powder, I will never try anything else. It mixes beautifully with no lumps or awful floury textures, to produce a smooth and delicious drink - I've tried most of the flavours and they're all lovely, but my fave is the choc-mint which is just like after dinner mints. So nice to have a protein shake that you actually enjoy drinking. Perfect.

    I ordered the 2.5kg Raspberry Flavour on Thursday after 2pm and I recieved it today. So delivery wise, that's as good as I have ever experienced. Having always mixed protein powders with milk, due to the unbearable taste when mixing it with water, I decided to mix it with water once again and have to say it tasted great! Price wise, it is superb. I paid £33.44 overall and that is unbeatable value for money! As for how effective it is, I can not comment yet, but if that matches up to what people have said and my expectations, then I look forward to purchasing from My Protein many more times. Overall, from what I have experienced with this product thus far, I would recommend it to people unsure of whether to purchase the product.

    Bought 5kg of Strawberry Cream about a month ago. To be honest I don't think it mixes that well and even after a lot of shaking I still get small lumps with water or milk. No problem in the blender or mixed in with cooked porridge though. Tastes nice - not too bad in water when completely mixed - much better with milk though. I normally use 2 x 30g scoops to get nearly 50g protein and this also makes it taste better/thicker. Wish i'd only bought 1 or 2.5kg pouch - the 5kg takes up a fair bit of room in my tiny kitchen and Am starting to get a bit bored of the flavour so next time will definately buy a smaller quantity for a bit more variety.

    Absolutely fantastic. Mixes and tastes great with milk - I've not tried it in water and don't intend to. I would avoid the vanilla flavour as it tastes a little funny and made my stomach feel pretty from time to time. Although, big love for the banana and banoffee and especially the chocolate nut (although I've stopped buying it as there's 8% less protein in it - I can settle for the 3% less in flavoured but 8% is just too far! :P).     I ordered 2.5kg + 2.5kg +1kg (free) of whey protein and it was delivered in less than 24 hours with Yodel, which was also free. I do not usually try new flavours as I can only tolerate chocolate smooth however the new 'Banoffee' flavour goes amazingly with chocolate smooth, and I only use water, with milk it would be a treat!

    Just recieved my first ever order from Myprotein of Impact Whey and Waxy Maize. Made up a shake with the protein there with 300mls of water out of curiosity and its safe to say, I hope this is the first order of many. I got the chocolate mint flavour, at first I thought it was a bit mild tasting, but the more I had, the more I realised that it was just really smooth. It doesn't leave a bad taste in your mouth like some protein powders I've tried and it goes down the throat really easily. I am not usually one for taste and have a mentality of " Taste doesn't matter just drink it" BUT in the real world, whenever you are having 3-4 shakes a day, you might as well order somthing that you wont be gagging on. I will give a more final review whenever I use it for a month or so but I know that its going to be a month full of gains, with the help of Impact Whey!

    I purchased the 6kg package deal (2.5+2.5+1 free) Unflavored. I received it today after about 3 days and I couldn't be happier. When used with the MyProtein Blender Bottle it mixes perfectly, no lumps at all, no more blender for me. The taste of the Unflavored version is OK, though i'll probably put half a scoop of Nesquik powder in for taste in the future, plus the Unflavored version has the largest amount of Protein in. Thumbs up all the way, will definately be buying this again.

I ordered the Strawberry Cream and just tried it after a workout, to be honest it isnt the best tasting protein that I've bought, I previousLy had USN Protein Strawberry and i tasted a bit better. But im not compLaining i still LOVE MYPROTEIN <3... and that was it with water so what do you expect :L Its the best vaLue for money if your buying protein.     Have just finished the Chocolate Smooth and the Strawberry flavours, both of with taste fine. Both mix easily with water in a shaker, stirred together with oats and water added, or just stirred into a tub of quark. Difficult to measure gains directly from this product, as at the end of the day all these products are supplements, they are to 'supplement' your normal diet of real food but at least your mind is at rest knowing that you are getting enough protein by adding this product to your diet. Just ordered the chocolate smooth again, choc mint, banana and a sample of the raspberry. Thanks MP.

    All i can say is WOW looked at the 5kg bag and couldnt wait to try the unflavoured protein, but i had also bought the flavour dropper from the shop rasberry and it tastes amazing , not having a scoop isnt a major problem as i have lots of them from previous protein containers, but for someone trying to measure out 25-30g of this stuff is going to be hard... All in all this product is worth every penny as i am now saving a massive £14 a month, which is in my eyes great, and mixability is also superb ..

    I have just received the strawberry flavour and i am little confused as it mixes really poor. Im not sure if they have changed the product as i have had strawberry before with no mixability problems. The last flavour i had was resberry which mixed very well.However this strawberry batch is awful and wont mix!! ah well at least it does the trick protein wise. Just hold the nose and think of getting bigger! Going to try chocolate next time!

    Accidently (or so I assume) hit Banoffe instead of banana. Just received 2.75kg bag of banoffe and tried a scoop with 200ml semi-skimmed milk, it's quite sweet but not sickly sweet as I was afraid it might be. I prefer the banana and usually chop a banana in with two large scoops of instant oats and have it for breakfast and between meals. Banoffe is OK and I'm sure I can develop some mixes to make it not as sweet.

    I was happy when the product turned up the next day and was even happier when I saw the size of the pouch I had got. My only downfall is that the "resealable" pouch, doesn't seal and I have resorted to tipping it into a large container. All in all, fantastic. Anyone who has brought the unflavoured product, I recommend frozen bananas, great taste and it makes the shake cold and frosty.

Mixabillity is fine had no problem aslong as you stick to the measurements. only been on it about a week now so cant really comment on the effectiveness but will do if i see any results :)

    I am on my second bag of the Chocolate Nut now, and I swear by it. It is a very nice drink with milk and if shaken enough, is not too bad with water. I recommend 250ml milk and a bit less for water, perhaps 200-150ml water, so that you still get the chocolatey flavour (make sure you shake it real well). It's just a shame they had to hike the prices up as it was very, very affordable a while ago.. Nevertheless it does exactly as it says on the tin, you will notice bigger build long-term. Recipe: 250g Protein Powder, 250g Rolled Oats, 2-4 table-spoons Peanut Butter, 1-2 table-spoons Honey, 1-2 Handful of Cocoa, add a few splashes of milk and mix. Put on a oat/flax covered grease proof tray, pour more oat/flax on top, squish down with grease proof paper and you have your very own "scooby" protein bars.

    Never usually write reviews but I decided this product deserves one, Been using this protein for 6yrs.Unbeatable value and awesome product all round.I only use unflavored, so cannot comment on the flavored ones,but if your serious about training and your body, why would you want to compromise on protein content? Personally i weigh 150 grm in a jug, add 3 egg whites,300ml 1% milk,600ml water and mix with a electric whisk/blender.Have 1/3 in the morning on waking,a 1/3 mixed with 50grm of maltodextrine after workout. finish the rest off just before bed. Each drink works out at roughly 265 calories,5grms fat,9grms carbs and 48grms of protien.post training with malt works out roughly 435 calories,5grms fat,56grms carbs and 48grms of protein. Used with a properly worked out diet for my body type, this product has served me well over the years for gaining muscle and maintenance whilst in cutting phase,tastes absolutley fine with out any kind of flavoring,unlike a lot of other protien powders.and trust me ive used many. If your unsure , buy a small size first,I can almost gaurantee you'll be back for the 5kg after.

    I've been using MP's Impact Whey for about 2 months now. It's excellent value for money but not the best tasting product. So far I've tried samples of strawberry & vanilla as well as bought 1kg bags of melon, banana, chocolate and unflavoured. To be honest none of the flavours appeal to me. Strawberry is extremely artificial tasting. Banana is very weak. Melon (taste like honeydew/cantaloupe) tastes pretty artificial too. Smooth chocolate was much nicer than the others but I've run out and am currently using unflavoured. The good thing about the unflavoured stuff is that it's slightly cheaper and you can mix it into whatever flavour you want with some fresh fruits. It's been working out great for me this summer. Banana & strawberry makes a great shake with a scoop of it. Much better than any of the other flavours. I also mix some cocoa powder, a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar with some unflavoured for a very effective recovery drink. Tastes great!

    This should really have all the Nutritional information printed on the actual product. Over complicated when a measure is calculated as 25mg but the Nutrition info on the web site is per 30mg. Had to get my maths head on (which hurt). Product is good though. I wack it in the shaker beaker with a couple of ice cubes and some water and use the hand blender - makes for a nice smooth post workout shake. Tastes good and seems to be working well along side my workouts.

    I've bought several times before and always get the same flavor which is choc nut. You have to be lucky to get the good quality ones. The last one I bought is the biggest one which is 5kg and when I received it, it was not properly packed so some of it spilled in the box. The quality was also different as it doesn't mix well and it taste different. If I am going to buy again, I would buy a smaller packaging instead of 5kg again coz it would be wasted if I get the odd low quality one. The response I got from customer support was below: We use multiple sources for whey protein due to the global demand. Having a single supplier for whey with the volumes we buy in the current market is literally impossible and as a result we use multiple suppliers.     Taste: Im not drinking this for the delicious, delicious flavour.. This is to augment your diet with additional elements beneficial to a variety of goals. Flavdrops really improve the flavour, and at a fraction of the price of getting a flavoured 5kg bag. Price: 40 squid for 5kg is the best price around. Delivery: From personal experience, and in the experience of my peers, the DPD delivery service is 10/10. Mixability: I regularly mix two 25g scoops in a pint glass (568ml), and mix with a fork.     i first bought this a few months ago. wasn't sure which flavour to go for so went with unflavoured. after quickly getting through it i purchased vanilla and now on the cookies & cream. both flavours are lush like milkshake, but if you're into the higher levels of protein the unflavoured tastes fine. fast delivery and after using it for several months noticed good results. taken during a gym sesh it greatly aids recovery times. i usually take once at breakfast, once working out and again before bed. for this price you won't find anything better!

    I've had a lot of experience with different flavours of Impact whey and id have to advise to stay away from cookies and cream. In the future I will be taking a different approach, purchasing the unflavoured and adding flavour myself using some of the more popular milk flavouring products. It saves a bit and you can mix up flavours to avoid boredom of one flavour.

    Nothing to say about whey protein that hasn't been said 1000000x over on the internet, but what i will say is first time buyers, give the unflavoured a shot. I can't imagine having vanilla flavour or whatever when i'm mixing products together, i'd assume it would get sicky quite quick and you'll soon loose the benefit of the flavouring. You can always put the £14ish saved towards another supp then and reap the rewards too :). If you stick weight training out you'll realise anything you can save on stuff like whey that you use often is beneficial, unless your made of money!

    So, I just recieved my 2.5kg bag of this stuff, I bought unflavoured (I'm not great for money right now) plus, if you buy any of the ones with flavour, it says you actually get a reasonable percentage less protein, so why pay more, for less? Anyway, it's more or less just been delivered, I've just tried some, and well.. it didn't taste of anything! which can't be said for most unflavoured products really. If I want any flavour I'll probably go buy some Nesquik and mix it in, no harm there. The only problem I've had is that the re-sealable bag won't reseal properly, fortunately I've kept my old protein tub and stored some in there, and made a makeshift job of taping the bag up with the rest of it in. I'll write a real review on the important stuff in a month or so, but for now that's my opinion on the flavour, not that the flavour really matters.

    Well the protein took a little bit longer that was expecting. but none the less when i saw the giant 5KG bag my eyes lit up. however on first time taking it with milk it didn't mix as well as i thought and gave me really bad indigestion and even pain in my chest. on taking with water it was better but the taste was not as good as with milk. for those tempted by cookies and cream flavour i wouldn't recommend it but still this protein does a very good job and is digested well which can be a problem with some proteins for me. so all in all a decent product apart from a few indigestion problems.

    Been using this stuff for a few weeks now and i love it! I dont have a problem with the mixability, even in the MP Shaker. I bought the unflavoured bag and i blend it in with Stawberries/Bananas etc with a hand blender i got (Tesco $5) Been using all different types of protein for over 4 years and this way is def my favourite way of taking shakes. Also means you arnt stuck with one flavour, just add whatever fruit you fancy. Good results from Impact Whey too, so ive been recommending to alot of friends.

    This review for the cookies and cream flavour. It's really really horrible. It mixes like a bottle of coke and gives me trapped wind. Even after shaking and leaving with the shaker lid off for 10 minutes it's still got a head on it. Doesn't seem to matter how many times you shake and release the air it just fizzes up again. None of the other flavours do this. If it keeps happening it's going in the bin.

    was aprehencisive when read the reviews obn mixability for this product as they said it could have a grainy texture. i did not find this at all. i have taken one 20g scoop in the morning and one at night, also taking a two scoop shake post work out staggering the Bcaa's accordingly. i am more than impressed with the results as is the GF (most importantly). great value for money and the vanilla tastes great, got half my rugby team hooked on myprotein now.

    Good mixing, good tasting product. As with most MP products, the packaging is good and works better than the huge tubs that you normally get from elsewhere which take up too much room in your cupboards. Delivery was very poor however. I paid for next day delivery and even after 3 days it never arrived. There were some excuses which I didn't care about as I just wanted a good customer experience and I didnt get one. I also didnt even receive any free points or anything a s aresult of the inconvienience. Luckily I am tolerant and I think the products are great so I will show some loyalty - for now. Cant fault the product though and would reccommend.

    Dear fellow juiceheads i bought the unflavoured version of this product. It mixes well and it lets you hit the gym and tear it up all week long. BUT, i have to say that the flavour of this unflavoured flavour is just a bit too flavoursome for my fancy. Its comparable to mixing dry milk powder with water and just lies in my stomach for like 15 mins making me wanna chunder something unholy. My advice...Dont be a cheepskate, get a flavoured flavour, because if you aint feeling fresh you dont look fresh.

    2.5kg Chocolate smooth. Right I’ve got a glass of this in my hand right now and all I can say is it’s far too sweet!!! It’s immensely sickly! I assume they use some type of strong sweetener and there manufacturing process is somewhat variable, looking at the other reviews most would disagree but some do, have a look. I’ve got through 1kg now out of a 2.5kg bag I think I might get unflavoured next and try adding my own flavours. This way I get more protein for my money. TBH this is the sweetest flavoured thing I have ever tasted and it isn’t good!

    On advice of a friend I just bought a bag of 2,5kg banana flavoured Impact Whey Protein. When opening the bag I thought, this is going to be a greast tasting shake. It smelled stong to banana. Unfrotunately it tasted like almost nothing! :-( Ok it's not disgusting but it doesn't taste like banana at all! Could this be a wrong batch? Because I also read a lot of reviews which claim the banana taste is great..... Maybe somebody of My Protein can respond to this? Mixability is great though. I'll try the added sample some day. That's a chocolate tasting mix. Maybe that will have a better taste.

    Was using a competitor's whey until a friend recommended this site. Tried the banana flavour which was nice and mixed with creapure i saw amazing results in size and strength. Just ordered cookie and cream and must say it is the best protein flavour i have ever tasted.. having used others this was by far the best flavour and value around!

    the only bad thing would be the mixability, this is the first powder that still has lumps in it after I use my blender to mix up the milk, banana, and strawberries. never have I had problems with mixing before, and this I have to use the ball shaker to get rid of the lumps. if mixability was good, or just normal like other protein products, then this would be a 5/5

    This is my third batch of smooth chocolate flavoured whey and it is quite different to the previous batches. It tastes more powdery and has less flavour than the first two batches. I wonder if this is a repeat of the bad batch issue MP had with the unflavoured / unsweetened whey a couple of years ago. I am disappointed with what MP have supplied this time :-( < MP - this has now been corrected.>

    So I've just started going to the gym and wanted to start using a protein shake. Found this company and the reviews were raving so thought I'd try it. I love vanilla milkshakes so thought I'd try the vanilla flavour. It's very nice, but drinking it 3-4 times a day - it can start to get a little sickly/boring, plus I didn't really want to drink loads of milk before a workout as it will swish around in my tum and make me feel sick! So ordered the unflavoured on a risk as some people said it was rank - it's not. My plan was to mix it with water and then I thought of squash (I use double concentrated) and it's great! Tastes just like squash, easy to drink and tastes perfect! Great alternative if you don't want to drink loads of milk. Unflavoured + squash and water = Perfect! :)

    i ordered my first batch of this 2 months ago and i must say it was great quality. It mixed great tasted flavourless (which is what i like) and i noticed gains while using the product. i ordered my second batch just over a week ago and have to say im very dissapointed with the quality. i dont know if they've changed the ingredients or this is just a one off but it mixes horribly, it feels like sand grains in my mouth no matter how long i shake it for. it still tastes ok but the texture is horrible. if i knew how to return this believe me i would.

    This stuff is great, tastes much better than a lot of other brands I've tried (I got cookies and cream), and mixes with just a couple of shakes, really quick ( I use with water). I've only been taking it for a week, and my recoveries are much much better, plus the pump you get is addictive. Ill report back in a couple of weeks about results, but so far 5/5

    I'v being using the smooth choco powder for about a week now. I mix 80g in a blender with 1 pint of milk which delivers about 55-60g protein x2 a day. Thats a huge amount from just 2 shakes daily. The flavour is amazing, no chemical taste whatsoever, and mixes really really well. One pint of milk usually makes 1.5-1.75 pints of finished shake in a blender as its frothy as hell but does not leave me bloated, just wanting more and more. The price has just gone up but its still about £11 per kg if you buy the 5kg bag, delivery was within 2-3 days which was perfect and its nice to be able to use paypal. I would recommend this to anybody and am now waiting for the results.....

    I've been working my way through the different flavours, I loved the Chocolate Mint, the Chocolate Smooth and the Strawberry Cream. I'm on the Cookies and Cream at the minute and I feel like I may have cocked up majorly, I think the child in me thought that it would actually taste of cookies where as it tastes more like Vanilla Ice Cream but it's a bit sweet for me, I'd better get used to it though I have another 2.5kg to get through! Overall though it's an impeccable product and unbelievable value, my new years resolution was to train harder than ever and to sink 2-3 shakes per day and so far I've cut my bodyfat in half and seen some tremendous aesthetic results on the muscle increases. Well done myprotein.

    as far as value for money, this is great. I bought 1kg smooth chocolate flavour. was very wary when choosing flavour as i have previously bought strawberry flavour from a competitor which resulted in making me gag from the how bad the flavour was. i usually mix choco smooth with milk and banana and blend, tastes just like choco milkshake. all in all a good buy.

    I recently purchased this in the chocolate nut flavour and I'm really impressed with the product. It mixes really well, a little frothy but this soon settles and it tastes really good, not too sweet either. Excellent for post workout, I also use the shakes as a meal replacement as I work nights and struggle to eat past 3am. Would highly recommend this product to anyone.

    Good quality, taste and value for money in comparison to what you can buy on the high street. Have so far bought Strawberry Cream twice and Chocolate Mint both 5kg. Strawberry Cream is great tasting with milk/water. Chocolate Mint is also great but cant leave a after tangy taste at the back of the throat for a few seconds after each sip, but its only minor. Both great in my opinion.

    Great protein powder. Mixes extremely easily using a Myprotein blender bottle and never has lumps. I have tried Vanilla and Chocolate Nut and both taste excellent. 1-2 scoops of this and 1 scoop of dextrose post workout has given me excellent results.     The cookies and cream flavour is the best tasting protein powder I have tried.. Although I was expecting it to taste like real cookies and cream flavoured ice cream.. It tastes more like vanilla to me than cookies and cream but still the taste is excellent. Perfect mixability, I dont even have to mix vigorously. I was using a weight gainer before where I didn't gain after finishing a 5kg tub. But the combination of Impact Whey protein + MP Instant oats are amazing.. I gained 3.3Kg in 3 weeks.. Pre-work out : 45g Impact Whey Protein +60g Instant Oats + 5g creatine.. Post Workout : 45g Impact Whey Protein + 30g Maltodextrin + 5g Creatine.

    I have tried many other whey protein products and have found that they always result in an upset stomach. Since I have been using impact whey protein I have suffered no ill effects. Also, it mixes really easily and following the recommended measurements leaves you with an easily drinkable and pleasant tasting amount. Unlike other products which leave you with a pint of sickly sweet shake to down! Too early to comment on lean mass growth but otherwise this product gets a big thumbs up from me! Also delivery was very good too and arrived in just a few days. Buy some!

    As a first time buyer at MyProtein I was a little apprehensive when it came to parting with my money on a huge 5kg bag of Impact Whey Protein. I ordered the Strawberry Cream flavoured version and it arrived very quickly. In my experience it tastes absolutely incredible compared to the various other whey protein products on the market. Having tried them in the past I can say that MyProtein's product is far better. It mixes well with water and milk as far as I have seen and it tastes absolutely incredible. In fact when it arrived I could smell the strawberry cream seeping through the plastic before opening the seal and was itching to taste it but had not shaker at the time. This is a great product and most importantly as far as value for money goes it is a no brainer to choose the 5kg bag.

    OMG, I got the smooth chocolate variety today, just had a workout and tried it, it is actually delicious! It tastes just like milkshake!! I used the mini pink blender bottle to shake it and there was not a lump in sight. Highly recommend this - will defo but again. Super cheap too.

    I can say that these are the best protein concentrate that you can buy. So cheap but delivers a very high quality. I tried a lot of protein supplements, including unflavoured versions (WPC80), but Impact Whey Protein is much better! The mixability is absolutely perfect, you don't have too worry, it won't bond to the wall of the shaker. The taste of unflavoured version is very good, neutral. Sometimes I use the Chocolate Smooth version. It's taste so good, as good as an other make's well known protein (it was the best selling protein in the USA for 4 years!) A use it along with Instant Oats for breakfast(150g Instant Oats, 50g Impact Whey Protein), but I also make a shake with them in the other periods of the day. Sometimes I also add Creatine Monohydrate. After training I make my own super shake: 50g Impact Whey Protein, 50g Vitargo Pure and 15g Creatine Monohydrate . Its a huge and dense combination, but you can't go wrong with this! Since I use these combination, a gain muscle faster, regeneration goes well and I know that my body gets what it needs. My brother eat this protein too! Now he looks better than me :D

    Overall a fantastic protein with some very good results ideal on a cutting schedule due to a very low carb and fat content although can be equally as effective on a bulk when taken with instant oats! managed to maintain almost all of my muscle mass during a cut and dropped quite a bit of fat following good diet and exercise regime of course but also aided by this great product. would definitely recommend and will definitely be buying again. Chocolate and chocolate nut flavors slightly on the sweet side but its still pretty nice and mixes brilliantly with water. 5/5!

    I have been using this protein whey for about 3 months now and have seen noticeable gains. I usually have three a day on gym days, and two a day when off. It is fairly good for what it is, which is of course a supplement. I try to source a lot of my protein intake from food, but the shake is good for helping me to reach my goal. I have been drinking the vanilla flavour which tastes great with water or milk and can be consumed in 30 seconds and mixes very well. HOWEVER, I recently discovered it has the sweetener Sucralose, which has had some bad reviews from various health sources and is often compared to aspartame (not good), I'm now planning on using the unflavoured, unsweetened powder.

The taste is good, as I mix mine with half water, half milk (I preffered this option that buying a flavoured bag with less protein).     Amazing Stuff....Used To Have True whey....because i struggle with digestion......but actually this hasnt made it worse at all...i always take probiotics anyway!.....i read these reviews purely for what flavours recommend (yeh i know it doesnt really matter cause proteins protein, but it helps!) Ive been through everyone except chocolate....the only one i can say is abit dodgey is bannana, i dont like it, even really thick its a little strange! Cookies and cream is a dessert!....chocolate nut is ace (an i dont even like nutella!!!)...toffee fudge is ace...had chocolate mint ages ago an remember that was amazing....you dont really wanna eat anything with it tho cause its minty!! dont think ive tried vanilla either.....what are peoples favourites??? :)

    Great protein very effective and didn't have to worry about the amount i have been using as its so cheap so been able to use protein properly for once and its still much cheaper and as good as if not better than a leading protein brand which has surprised me a lot . Taste is a bit weird as i have unflavored but it could just be downed quickly but i prefer something with nice taste to remove temptation from sweets and chocolate which is always good to keep your diet balanced and not crave junk food as much. I'm sure flavored mixes are much much better so overall i give it a 5 as even unflavored beats a few raw eggs in a glass!

    I haven't been using this protein exclusively but I can say it has been a part of my great results at the gym lately. Mixes really, really well, a little bit thin though so use less water than normal. With water it tasted slightly sickly to me, but mixed with other things such as oats, it tastes good. I just tried mixing it with 300ml milk and have to say, it tastes GORGEOUS! I could drink it all day. Brilliant product at a brilliant price. I recommend this to anyone.

    This is a good whey protein, flavouring isn't the best compared to other brands (had chocolate smooth so far but bought unflavoured now). I have been using myprotein brand for 2 years now, and im glad i switched. Some people seem to belive that these are the source of their gains and rely on these suppliments too much ( its your diet and the training sessions), therefore give bad reviews because they havent gained too much from these brands(because their diet is bad or too lazy to do a good gym session), but these are suppliments and they MAY help in reducing the recovery times and replacing the protein in your body. My point is this is a great whey protein and does the job! (same as the more expensive brands) I will continue to use this brand. Great job! Myprotein

    Bought this as a recommendation from a friend and it's brilliant. Been taking a shake in the morning and one straight after a work out in the evening. Seen good gains and less aches after a big session. I bought the vanilla flavour and started mixing it with just 200ml of water. The taste was actually surprising considering i thought it was going to be disgusting as some people have said. Recently though i've been mixing it with 200ml of semi-skimmed milk and it is quality!! Just like a normal milkshake.....milk is the way forward now! Good product!

Im on a very low cal diet and this gave me the boost and energy to make it through the day. Also kept me fuller so no crazy hunger pangs. Only downside for me is the extra wind it gives me, so ill go with the isolate next time,mind you it isnt that bad, but i felt better on the isolate. LASTLY. The service from MY is just bloody fantastic, what more can i say. One item was missing in original order, a tub to put my powder into. One email to them and NO MORE comms were neccessary, the tub arrived with a free protein shake.     this protein compared to previous ones ive used is impressive! the taste is lovely, i bought the strawberry cream and it tastes a bit like strawberry candyfloss! you dont need to stir atall (i use with milk) shaking is enough and no lumps will be left after you shake guaranteed! i have been using for 4 weeks now and feel as though my recoverys are more effective, i have noticed considrable size increases on my triceps its impressive. I took creating monohydarte with this product and it mixes well. Its like icing sugar! you dont taste it atall and it works, it really helps you push out that last couple of curls. i can see myself continuing to use this product untill one as effective for cheaper comes out but with this price that unlikely! overall amazing product! :)

    As far as Protein powders go, you CANNOT go wrong here. Whey is naturally better for you then Casein. I bought 2.5kg of Cookies and Cream flavour, and I cannot fault any part of the powder! Although it says serving size is 25g I usually take between 30-50g (depending on my other protein intake throughout the day). Cookies and Cream flavour is delicious! I even go as far as sprinkling some into my porridge in the morning just to add some protein! Overall 5/5, there are better powders out there, but for this price and quality of Protein, nothing comes close!!

    I bought the strawbery cream, mixability I gave it a 4 and taste I gave a 5 as long as it is with milk. It has the best taste of protein powder that I have tasted over the years of training. value for money all the way with this company.     This is my first time to try MP and l can tell you i am happy with the flavour. The vanilla flavour is really good and it mix very well with both water and milk. If you love vanilla milk shake you will enjoy this flavour. l will definitely recommend this product to anybody looking for protein shake. It has the value for money, even though this my second day to try it, l am still enjoying it and l will definitely buy more.

    I only recently bought the Chocolate Smooth flavour so I'm unable to review the effects. But I find the taste too sweet to my taste buds, so much so that I am seriously thinking about purchasing unflavoured so I can mix it together to make the sweet taste less. It mixes well with water or milk, I use milk and it only take a few shakes before it's smooth. My only gripe with the product is the sweetness of Chocolate smooth. I will probably give raspberry a go next. For price and quality I found it difficult to beat.

    I have been using this for around 4 months, and I have definitely seen the gains (given that I had a adequate diet), in about 4 months I had put on 4kg of muscle while remaining at 16% body fat. I've only tried the Chocolate Smooth and the Cookies & Cream flavour, and I can definitely say that Chocolate Smooth is definitely the best tasting, mixing and effective!

    Having never bought any type of protein before I was advised by friends to buy from my protein so I bought the Vanilla flavour. It tastes fine with water and really helped my recovery time.     I have just received a 1kg Bag of Chocolate Mint, after using impact whey isolate I feel this is a much better tasting drink, in fact I would go so far to say it's the best tasting protein drink I have had. I want to try cookies and cream but will order a 2.5kg of this and a 2.5kg of cookies n cream. It mixes fine, I like it quite watery and it goes down well and tastes nice and minty.     I have given this a 4 for mixablity as it is near perfect but if i had to pick a fault it would be that is is slightly throthy and slightly sticky but almost perfect really. It gets a 4 for taste [I buy Unflavoured] as its plain as you would expect but perfectly acceptable with water after workout and then it tastes almost just like milk on its own when mixed with milk, if you want to use some as a slower release protein before bed. Again I give it a 4 for effectiveness as they are other protein powders that are more pure, ie have a high protein content and lower carbs if you just want to gain lean mass etc. BUT OVER ALL THE 4 STARS I HAVE GIVEN IN THE PREVIOUS DESCRIPTION COMBINED WITH THE INCREDIBLE VALUE, THEN IT GETS A STRAIGHT 5 STARS OVERALL!!!     Order process was quick, product choice easy, results.... I'm waiting! Ok more effort involved it's not a miricle cure. However the product and service are great. I chose unflavoured and for all those people who avoid it becuase they are unsure of the flavour or taste let me expand. Its unflavoured - like warm water. Not nice to drink, not nice to taste but remember the first time you ever took a protein shake. Exactly, it is a case of getting used to it and enjoying the rewards from it not tantilising your tastebuds on - there are a million expensive products to do that. Buy it, use it, grow to like it and it will help you grow.

    I've never used protein powers before but my friend recomended my protein. I brought a 5kg bag of the cookies and cream. I first mixed it with water and it didn't taste nice at all! (There was even a slight after taste of coconut, I don't like coconut!) Today i decided to have it with milk and wow it makes a difference, i actually want to drink the stuff now!     Absolutely great stuff, the Mint Choc tastes great, the most drinkable protein power i have ever tried. Seems to mix a lot thinner that protein powders i have tried in the past (which i think is a good thing) and it also seems to lack that gooey/slimey texture that you often get with many powders.     Cookies and Cream is not as good as True Whey (Taste) I normally buy True Whey and have done for quite some time. I decided to give this a go, as it's much easier to get a big bag instead of a tub. I got Cookies and Cream... It tastes nothing like the True Whey Cookies and Cream, and I really do not enjoy it -- really not good when you purchase 5kg of the stuff! Still, it's great value for money and mixes well. I just think if the flavours are so different (to the point of where I totally love the True Whey and hate the Impact) they shouldn't be listed as the same flavour. For now, I'm sticking to True Whey.

    OK, listen up. I bought 2.5kg of Choc Mint, had a try with milk, and it was amazing. I look forward to drinking it! I mix about 25-30g of it with water before a weights session and then the same with water after sessions, or when I need a protein top up (with milk before bed). About its effectiveness: usually when I increase my weights at the gym I am in a lot of pain the next day, however after taking this shake I was in a significant less amount of pain! Brilliant. Taste is literally incredible, best protein shake I have tasted. I would definately recommend this.

    Cookies and Cream flavour Impact Whey Protein is by far one of the nicest protein powders I have tried from MP, and MP products in general are the best tasting out of all sports suppliments. I would describe the flavour as being incredibly similar to Walls soft scoop vanilla ice-cream and a couple of friends have actually just had a drink of this product for pleasure as it tastes better than most milkshake powders and syrups. It is however not all about the taste when it comes to high performance sports suppliments and I am happy to say that the powder performs in the neccessary areas. The mixibility of this product is superb, it takes about 10 shakes to be completely dissolved in milk or water and this is a breath of fresh air in comparison to some arm-achingly annoying powders I have tried in the past, and it has greater mixability than the Impact Whey Isolate series of powders from MP aswell. Performance wise, I have recently changed from the Impact Whey Isolate to this and I can say even though I have been working out less I have noticed the effects more, although I am unsure why this is. I will also say it is miles better than all of the main stream brands and a damn sight cheaper, which is always good. If there is one problem to be found with this flavour then it could be how sweet some people may find it, I however have a very sweet tooth and love it but some may find it hard to take multiple times a day. I will also recommend the Choc Mint flavour as I have had this before and also found it to be excellent, it Does indeed taste a bit like aero as one other reviewer mentioned.

    I thought I'd give this a try instead of my usual tipple, MP MAX total peptide, in order to save a few quid. Big mistake. Yes this is a rich source of protein. Yes I have seen gains using it. However, this has been at the expense of far higher levels of bloating. It turned me into the Graff Zeppelin every time I used it, followed by violent gaseous expulsions later on in the day. Now I know the price is very good, but I'm sticking to total peptide in future. I don't like being a fart machine. I have a girlfriend. She doesn't find it funny. The extra £2 per kilo for the digestive enzymes and multiple protein blend in TP is worth it.

    Normally love this stuff but just got a bag of banana (high anticipation!) and it tastes like nothing. It smells absolutely fantastic, but it's like swallowing air. Not really sure how to place it, I'm not ranking it low, on it's quality - I've only started using this one and my results with chocolate nut (which tastes great but is slightly over-sweetened) have been good. Also, what on earth is it with delivery these days? I've had problems with my last two orders; really since I switched email address. Have a word with your couriers, please!

    Got 2.5Kg of Banana. Tastes awful. Nearly made me sick the first time I drank it so not its a hold nose down in 1 job. The mixing isn't as good as my last shake either. Need to use a fork otherwise it becomes a foaming mess. All that said. The protein content is very very good and the results are faultless and also the price is fantastic, especially compared to the market leader.

    Got 1KG of unflavoured to start. Never used any type of protein power before. Thought tasted fine with milk. Actually after a few you can drink it as if it's just milk. Would advice not to mix with water! After 3 weeks of using mostly 2 times a day started noticing first signs of it having an impact, after months of little change to my body without suppliments. Just received my second 1KG bag of smooth chocolate. After reading many great reviews of this flavour had high expectations. These expectations were met and exceeded. Fantastic taste, price and so far, touch wood, performance. Keep it up my protein, i will be back for more soon!

    My very first order from MP, so I didn't know what to expect, being from another country (delivery, etc.)... well, needless to say I was pleasantly surprised (understatement of the year). Ordered on Saturday and a brand new, fresh, 5kg batch of Chocolate Smooth is already sitting on my table as it arrived with the early morning mail. The taste is probably one of the best I've come across in my life and I've tried a whole lot of different. Can't speak of effectiveness yet, although I did already make myself two glasses full of it (and that's even before heading out to the gym haha :)), but it'll undoubtedly be equally impressive. Overall you've gained at least another satisfied customer (probably more, considering my boyfriend and his friend split this batch up with me, which means more orders in the very near future) and two thumbs up for the speedy delivery and a great product. The price is excellent for the amount of protein per 30g serving i wish they could be a bit more descriptive on the amino acid profile stated in the key benefits. Cant really judge the gains from this product yet as first day but i will after a month.     I was very surprized how quickly the order came. Ordered Sunday delivered yesterday. I had my first shake today it mixed well with the soya milk. Had no problem with mixing the shake. The flavor was very nice. I have the Chocolate Mint flavor. The zip closure is fine as long as you rub both sides of the zip together. I will let you know how it goes in a weeks time as I am trying to loss weight at the moment. I am on high protein, fat and low carb diet. Curretnly following Go Lower.

    I've used this for 3 Months now, I take it twice a day, and have even baked my own protein + oat flapjacks with it. This is the only protein I will ever use, it's that good. Unflavoured with water is absolutely fine, don't winge just drink, if you want a milkshake, go to McDonalds. My strength and bulk has dramatically increased, when combined with a good controlled diet, whilst avoiding fat gain. If you put the effort in, this protein will reward you. 5 Stars!

    I've bought this twice now, first I bought the Cookies and cream flavour, and second I bought the chocnut, both 2.5kgs I take one in the morning with 200ml of milk, one half our before workout with 200ml milk, and one straight after work out 200ml water. Effects are defiantly noticeable. I bought the chocnut because the reviews on here said it was the best tasting one, but imo cookies and cream is the nicest flavour, would buy again!

    This was the first protein powder I ever bought and i heard all the usual cliches, eg. bloated feeling, gas etc. However none have turned out to be true for me. A top quality product, great price and after 2 months of use I have definitely noticed a difference. Only very minor problem is that the strawberry flavour + water = gag, but thats just my taste and the chocolate smooth is superb. Keep it up my protein!!!!

    I purchased the unflavoured 5kg and was very satisfied overall. Protein is relatively expensive in the UK as most of the supplement brands are US based so when they are sold here are relatively pricey. To pay 35pounds for 5kg of whey is just superb. Taste for the unflavoured was well unflavoured tbh has a mild milky flavour, not bad or offensive at all n taste isnt really important, lets face it most of us down our protein shakes anyway. Negatives (but not really negatives at this price range) is the protein is slightly lower quality than say an isolate or a conc/isolate blend & the texture is more chunky & less refined that other brands I have used before, this however has no effect on its mixability which is great. Lastly the packaging was solid plastic packet which obviously means you have to buy some sort of tub (which wont cost much) since it isnt very practical to be scooping out of the huge bag and resealing it. I have purchased from other budget uk supplement companies who sell their products in tubs but often they are very difficult to open and are best transferred to a seperate container or tub for daily usage as well so the packaging in a plastic bag isnt a downside. All in all i am very pleased with my pruchase

    I'm looking to pack on lean muscle and this product forms the backbone of my supplementation. I take 3 or 4 servings daily to maximise recovery and build body tissue. I bought a 5kg bag and believe it represents amazing value for money! It is also the best mixing whey powder I have ever used (and iv tried a fair few), a couple of shakes using a mixing ball shaker and it's 100% mixed, it doesn't leave any lumps on the sides of the shaker which can be a pain to clean off. I bought the unflavoured version as for me nutrition comes before taste every time. Half expecting it to be a case of 'hold your nose and get it down you' I was really surprised about how good it tastes with water, even better with milk if you don't mind the extra calories. As for effectiveness, I made the switch from a branded whey (costing about TWICE as much per serving) about 3 weeks ago and I haven't noticed any difference, I'm still making good gains in the gym whilst maintaining relatively lean. I may consider switching to the whey isolate to reduce fat and carbs when I start cutting in the summer but for now this is doing the job nicely.     Here's what you want to do with this bad boy. Make up some porridge using the oats and some skinny milk. Keep a bit of the milk back, then when the porridge is done chuck the rest of the milk on it and and add a scoop of the choc nut. Stir. Eat. DAMN!

    At first I was skeptical about any protein shake tbh. However I was recommended this site. Initally bought the unflavoured 5kg it is best with water and I love the texture especially when you get to the bottom of the shake. Received my strawberry cream now (5kg) awesome smell! with 2 packets of free banana samples! thank you guys! as for results I am happy so far. Im going for a bit of shape and so far so good. Great stuff!

    this stuff is simpily the best. best when mixing 50 grams whey, 100 grams instant oats and 5 grams creatine. take this 2 times a day once during anytime during the day, the second straight after workout. i went from 14st 8 pounds to 15st 8 pounds in 4 weeks only training 3 times a week with 2 extra days cardio ( rugby). and added little fat if anything improved my six pack and core.

    I have searched high and low spending a lot of money on whey protein powders. This is by far the best I have used, I have been using the Choc Mint flavour for the past 3 months, it mixes up well with skimmed milk or water, tastes great. More importantly combined with a good low fat high protein diet, it produces good results. I do a lot of MMA & Muay Thai and this aids my recovery and helps me to push harder and to train longer.

    I mostly use the unflavoured as I like to mix mine with oats and fruit into a shake. However, I have just bought 2.5 kg of cookies and cream...lovely flavour in water or milk.

    Been training hard for years and have tried all those very expensive Whey protein powders in my time. If you want a high quality, very effective powder then save your money and buy this for great results. Even the unflavoured is great and at £35.99 for 5KG!! you cant go wrong, believe me.

    I used to love this stuff, but the last batch gave me terrible stomach cramps, I was in a lot of pain every time I had this stuff, so I had to throw it all away, which is a real shame, I'm buying else where now

    I was pleasantly surprised by this. I chose the raspberry and initially mixed it with skimmed milk. I've just started a low carb diet so I've switched to mixing it with water and it still tastes good.

    its not bad stuff if it actually turns up. half of my orders have had problems now which isnt leaving a good taste in my mouth so to speak. if a cheap product is what you want then this is good. if you really need it by a certain date then i would look elsewhere.

    I have just tried my first scoop of this, quite surprised was a little afraid after trying my smooth milk which was a little powdery and the mint flavour was not too nice but i am slowly coming round to it by adding more water to get rid of the powdery mouse. This impact is ok and I am drinking un Flavoured version, thank god. Taste is a bit like baby milk I think! Do not bother buying the flavoured version probably very fake tasting but more importantly loss in protein. I will defintely buy this one again instead of my old one for the price and the neutral taste
