With the emphasis placed on Whey Protein Concentrate and Whey Protein Isolate, this blend offers a fast acting protein source ideal for use before, during and after exercise. The high protein content is provided by the best protein sources available which support growth and recovery. The vital amino acids help fuel the recovery process after intense exercise as well as providing energy during your exercise. The added Milk Protein Concentrate boosts the amino acid content whilst providing a generous supply of slower releasing protein.

Suggested Use

Add 150-250ml of water or milk to our shaker (the less liquid the thicker the shake will be). Then add 1 sachet (30g), shake and consume. Use 2-3 times daily or as required
