The blend of Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Protein Isolate and Milk Protein Concentrate provide a fantastic nutritional profile with an excellent amino acid content. With the emphasis placed on Whey Protein Concentrate and Whey Protein Isolate, this blend offers a fast acting protein source ideal for use before, during and after exercise. The high protein content is provided by the best protein sources available which support growth and recovery. The vital amino acids help fuel the recovery process after intense exercise as well as providing energy during your exercise. Suggested Use

Add 150-200ml of water or milk to our shaker (the less liquid the thicker the shake will be). Then add 1 heaped MP large scoop (30g), shake and consume. Use 2-3 times daily or as required.

1 x level MP Plastic Scoop (large) weighs 25g.

    i constantly buy the Strawberry Cream as my protein, i think everything about this protein is great - taste, mixability, cost efficiency and protein levels i can have quite a few of these during the day if busy and dont get that trademark 'protein stomach' where you get the squits. i have tried the vanilla - which i find a little thicker and slightly more intense, the choc mint was nice for a change once in a while but the strawberry one is still the best.

    Just got this as a free sample with an order, I got sent the Chocolate Mint flavour, so I gave it a go! I always rate the flavour of protein when mixed with water, as I very rarely use milk as most of the time I take the powder with me in the shaker and add water. When mixed with water the flavour really is 5 out of 5, it has that light easy texture you get from the impact protein as apposed to the heavier thicker taste of True Whey for example. The mint is a real treat as an addition there's no sickly after taste and it masks the often too sweet flavour of a straight chcolate protein. I put 3 as an effectiveness as I only got a sample so would be a little inaccurate for me to rate 5, but with the nutrient content I imagine it may well be MP's most potent straight protein formula! Good work guys, more innovations like this please!

    Nice vanilla flavour which mixes really well. I've tried it with semi skimmed milk the consistency is a little thinner than what I was expecting with the deluxe version. Even tried reducing the amount of liquid really didn't make a difference. One other point, it is sweet, too sweet in-fact. The 'true whey' product was for me better, thicker, sweetness was just right. Could just be the batch I had, though this is still good, I will be sticking to other tub. In terms of effectiveness, too early to tell, but generally whey is whey, if it has what it says on the 'tin' then I am sure all is good.

    Just finished my 2nd bag of this protein and I've gotta say it's been brilliant. It mixes after 4/5 shakes in a blender bottle and goes smooth. I've only had vanilla and its a great flavour, I also mix this with fine scottish oats to increase my calories during the day and it makes them taste great. As for effectiveness I've increase my muscle mass a lot over the past 2 months, not all down to this product as my diet has been great as well but this has certainly helped get the protein in whilst I'm working 12 hour shifts, would highly recommend this to anyone.

    just had to write a review because this product is awesome - I got the strawberry cream flavour and it is DELICIOUS (with semi-skim milk). With water it tastes somewhat "thin" but that's to be expected of most shakes. It's instantised so mixability is second to none. Great for pre or post-workout or halfway through the next day to aid recovery, but also good for cutting if you need to get those calories in from protein. Mmm, drink it in - it always goes down smooth. Overall 5 star product.

    This is the best protein shake I have used. Especially the choc mint flavour. The shake is very smooth, no lumps when mixing. I can drink this very easily and always look forward to doing so.

    Decided to try a bag of the Choc Mint after reading the reviews. If you want it to taste like After Eight's, you'll need to make the shake quite thick (eg 150ml of liquid per scoop) otherwise it tastes like seriously value brand equivalent of After Eight. Also the taste becomes quite sickly if you don't have another flavour to change to every now and then. As usual the quality and mixability are brilliant.

    I've been using True Whey for many months (Cookies & Cream and Toffee Fudge flavours). I thought that was the ultimate in taste, but this stuff's just as good if not better. Don't know if it's the milk protein or the vanilla flavouring but it's great! Not been using long enough to report on results, but I suspect the mixture of slow and fast protein release will be exactly what I need whilst cutting.

    Took strawberry cream flavour. Very impressed! Compared with Impact Whey protein: Better results Better mixability, although I personally preferred the taste of Impact Whey Strawberry. Am definitely going to use again, maybe choc mint

    Great tasting product, it is slightly creamier than the other Impact Wheys, mixes well with water (not tried with milk). Good protein sources used too, so a better Amino profile. I tried Strawberry Cream, tasted like "Frijj Milkshake", wasn't too sweet like the other ones, just right.

    9 month user of the Impact range and this is the cream of the crop. Have seen some very noticeable gain in strength, muscle size and definition. Doesn't seem to mix as well as the regular impact formula and needs a good few shakes more to make it smooth. Currently working my way through the Strawberry Cream, the flavour is good but not brilliant. Going to try the Chocolate Mint next time.

    I've given this product top marks for it is the best tasting protein powder I've had, an actual pleasure to drink! Think I might very well be a convert from the smooth chocolate whey concentrate. Mixes really easily as well and though I've given it 5 for effectiveness that is obviously quite subjective. Big thumbs up.
