      I brought these to make up my own BCAA Capsules - Ok, I need more to get the same 5g benefit than if I mixed it with water - but as I cant stand the taste of BCAA powder mixed - for me this is a great option. I set them up on a Sunday afternoon watching films with the Mrs - I can generally make 500 caps during a film - takes a few goes to get used to it and making sure you have everything ready to hand is beneficial, but the savings and ease of you once made is fantastic. For BCAA 5g hit - you need to make about 8 capsules - so 16 of these in a day to get the 10g recommended dose - 5g before and 5g after workout - they seem to dissolve in me pretty quick so no faults there. Would recommend for anyone who wants to make up their own pill form supplement - get the capsule maker as well - its not as bad as some of the reviews say. Would recommend

      4 caps = 1 MP small scoop (this is using creatine CEE but should be relevant to other powders). \r\n\r\nFit capping machine perfectly. I put a moisture absorbing packet with the caps to stop moisture from making them swell in size.
