Player nutrition is quite an individual thing. The players undertake regular skin fold tests and the results of this assist in dictating the approach an individual will take in terms of nutrition. We encourage all players to have a high protein low carb diet during the off season. During the season this changes and carbs become increasingly important pre and post game. Educating the players to make the right choices and follow a healthy balanced diet appropriate for professional athlete is a key part of the process.
As a squad we use a vast range of products. The majority of the products we use come from the Myprotein Informed Sport range. In particular Impact Whey Protein, Total Nutri Greens, Creatine Monohydrate, Pulse V4, Beta Alanine. We have an individual approach to supplementation so each player will have their own prescription dependent upon their requirements.
Deciding what to wear inside and outside of the gym becomes more difficult on a weekly basis with Myprotein continuously launching spectacular attire.
