This is the perfect bundle to help you achieve the body shape you want.
I train 5 days a week, 1 day active recovery session and 1 day rest - Each session is around 2 hours.
Weightlifting - Compound movements concentrating on a body part each day
Cardio - Depending on my weight loss goals I'll incorporate some Cardio of 15 - 30 mins each session
Recovery Workout - Plenty of stretching!
