This is the perfect bundle to help you achieve the body shape you want.
I train 7 days a week, 1 day active recovery session and during my off season I take one day rest - each session is around 1.5 to 2 hours.
Weightlifting - I use a variety of training techniques including Heavy Compound movements as well as Isolated exercises where I concentrate on muscle activation. I train heavy mainly in the glutes and the rest of my workouts vary in sets and reps where I focus on each body part
Cardio - Depending on my weight loss goals I incorporate Cardio varying from 20 mins HIIT to 45 mins LISS each session
Recovery Workout - I love plenty of stretching and swimming
